前記ハイブリッド車両を後退させる荷重が作用する走行路を前記エンジンから前記第1駆動輪にトルクを伝達して推進走行している時に、要求駆動力に相当するトルクを前記エンジンから前記第1駆動輪に伝達することができないフェールが発生したか否かを判断し、
前記フェールが発生したことが判断された場合に、前記係合機構を解放状態とし、かつ前記モータから前記第2駆動輪に前記要求駆動力に相当する要求トルクを伝達する後退回避制御を実行するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動制御装置において、
前記モータに電力を供給する蓄電装置と、
前記エンジンから出力された動力を電力に変換して、変換された電力を前記モータに供給する発電機とを更に備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記モータから前記要求トルクを出力するために要する要求電力を、前記蓄電装置から前記モータに通電することができるか否かを判断し、
前記蓄電装置から前記モータに前記要求電力を通電することができる場合には、前記蓄電装置から前記モータに通電して前記モータからトルクを出力するバッテリ走行モードを設定し、前記蓄電装置から前記モータに前記要求電力を通電することができない場合には、前記発電機から前記モータに通電して前記モータからトルクを出力するシリーズ走行モードを設定するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動制御装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動制御装置において、
前記モータと前記第2駆動輪との間に前記モータのトルクを変更して出力できる自動変速機を備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記要求トルクを前記モータから出力できるか否かを判断し、
前記モータから前記要求トルクを出力できないことが判断された場合に、前記自動変速機の変速比を増大させるダウンシフトを実行する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動制御装置。 - 請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動制御装置において、
前記モータは、停止から所定回転数までの間の回転数で回転している場合に出力可能な最大トルクが一定であり、かつ前記所定回転数以上の回転数で回転している場合に出力可能な最大トルクが回転数に反比例して低下するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動制御装置。 - 請求項3または4に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記モータからトルクを出力する前に前記自動変速機でのダウンシフトを実行する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動制御装置。 - 請求項3ないし5のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動制御装置において、
前記自動変速機は、前記エンジンが停止した状態であっても変速比を変更可能に構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動制御装置。 - 請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動制御装置において、
前記フェールは、エンジンストールを含む
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動制御装置。 - 請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動制御装置において、
前記フェールは、前記係合機構がスリップして前記要求駆動力に相当するトルクを前記エンジンから前記第1駆動輪に伝達することができない状態を含む
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動制御装置。 - 請求項8に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動制御装置において、
前記エンジンと前記第1駆動輪との変速比を変更可能な他の自動変速機を備え、
前記他の自動変速機は、前記係合機構を係合することにより所定の変速比を設定するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動制御装置。 - 請求項1ないし9のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記フェールが発生した場合に、前記モータの最大動力が前記ハイブリッド車両に要求される走行パワー以上であるか否かを判断し、
前記モータの最大動力が前記走行パワー未満である場合に、前記エンジンから前記第1駆動輪にトルクを伝達することができる状態となるまで、前記第1駆動輪と前記第2駆動輪との少なくともいずれか一方の駆動輪に制動力を作用させて停車させるように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動制御装置。 - 請求項10に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動制御装置において、
前記エンジンが停止した状態であっても、前記一方の駆動輪に制動力を作用させることができるブレーキ機構を更に備えている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動制御装置。
