Claims (9)
- 傾斜している少なくとも一つの篩目付の篩シートを有する篩部と、
掻取り部を有する清掃機構部と、を備え、
前記篩シートに建材原料が供給され且つ前記篩シートが波動運動している建材製造モードでの装置稼働時には、前記掻取り部は前記篩シートから離隔しており、
前記篩シートに前記建材原料が供給されておらず且つ前記篩シートが波動運動していない清掃モードでの装置稼働時には、前記掻取り部は前記篩シートに接触しつつ回転する、建材製造装置。 - 前記掻取り部は、前記清掃モードでの装置稼働時には、前記篩シートに接触して回転しつつ前記篩シートの前記傾斜の方向において移動可能である、請求項1に記載の建材製造装置。
- 前記掻取り部は、回転可能な軸部と、当該軸部に取り付けられた対篩シート接触用のブラシとを備える、請求項1または2に記載の建材製造装置。
- 前記ブラシは、前記軸部のまわりに螺旋状に取り付けられている、請求項3に記載の建材製造装置。
- 前記清掃機構部は、前記篩部に対向して配置される架台構造部と、当該架台構造部と前記掻取り部とを連結し且つ前記清掃モードでの装置稼働時に前記掻取り部を前記篩シートに接触させるように変位させうる連結構造部とを備える、請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の建材製造装置。
- 前記篩部と前記清掃機構部とが相対移動することにより、前記清掃モードでの装置稼働時に前記掻取り部が前記篩シートに接触する、請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の建材製造装置。
- 前記清掃機構部は、前記掻取り部に向けて送風するための送風部を、前記篩シートの前記傾斜の方向において前記掻取り部よりも上位側に備える、請求項1から6のいずれか一つに記載の建材製造装置。
- 前記清掃機構部は、前記掻取り部によって前記篩シートから掻き取られる建材原料を吸引するための吸引部を備える、請求項1から7のいずれか一つに記載の建材製造装置。
- 前記吸引部は、前記篩シートの前記傾斜の方向において前記掻取り部よりも下位側に位置する、請求項8に記載の建材製造装置。
