Abstract
Description
a.急性呼吸不全
b.中枢性低換気症候群(オンディーンの呪い)
c.OAS、CSA及びチェーン・ストークス呼吸の発生/悪化
d.神経性過呼吸
e.CO2感受性の減少
f.無呼吸呼吸
g.失調性呼吸
h.難治性吃逆
を含む。
a.急性呼吸不全

を含む。故に、解析されるデータが、患者は前述した呼吸変化の何れかを経験していることを示す場合、患者は脳卒中を経験していて、故に52に示されるように、1つ以上の警報が引き起こされる。患者の気流及び圧力波形からそのような呼吸変化の認識は、既知の及び/又は簡単に利用可能な手段により簡単に達成されることも分かるべきである。本発明の例示的な実施例において、これらの状態の各々は、患者の気流及び/又は圧力波形に関する特定の特性と相関している。一例として、無呼吸呼吸は、吸気中又は吸気直後の気流の休止により特徴付けられる。これは、センサ22からの信号を解析することにより検出可能である。
Claims (15)
- 圧力支援治療を受けている患者の脳卒中を検出する方法において、
気流発生器から患者回路を介して圧力支援治療を受けている間、患者の呼吸に関するデータを集めるように構成される1つ以上のセンサからデータを受信するステップ、
前記患者に圧力支援治療が施されている間、前記1つ以上のセンサからの前記データを解析するステップ、
前記1つ以上のセンサからの前記解析されるデータが、患者は脳卒中を示す呼吸変化を経験していることを示すと決定するステップ、及び
前記決定に応じて、少なくとも1つの警報を引き起こすステップ
を有する方法。 - 前記1つ以上のセンサからの前記解析されるデータが、患者は脳卒中を示す呼吸変化を経験していることを示すと決定する前記ステップは、患者の気流及び圧力波形を解析するステップを有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記1つ以上のセンサは、圧力センサ及び流量センサを有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記1つ以上のセンサからデータを受信する前に、前記患者は脳卒中の危険性が高い患者であると決定するステップをさらに有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記1つ以上のセンサからの前記解析されるデータが、患者は脳卒中を示す呼吸変化を経験してることを示すと決定される場合、前記気流発生器の設定を調節するステップをさらに有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記気流発生器の設定を調節する前記ステップは、患者の強制的な生命維持換気を施すように、前記気流発生器の設定を調節するステップを有する、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 脳卒中を示す呼吸変化は、急性呼吸不全;中枢性低換気症候群;OSA、CSA及びチェーン・ストークス呼吸の出現/悪化;神経性過呼吸;CO2感受性の減少;無呼吸呼吸;失調性呼吸並びに難治性吃逆の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの警報を引き起こす前記ステップは、可聴警報を引き起こすステップを有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの警報を引き起こす前記ステップは、可視警報を引き起こすステップを有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの警報を引き起こす前記ステップは、医師又は介護者の少なくとも一方に自動メッセージを送るステップを有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの警報を引き起こす前記ステップは、救急サービスに通報するステップを有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 患者に圧力支援治療を施すための圧力支援装置において、前記圧力支援装置は、
患者回路を介して前記患者に圧力補償を提供するための圧力を生成するように構成される気流発生器、
前記圧力補償の有効性に関するデータを集めるように構成される1つ以上のセンサ、及び
処理ユニット
を有し、前記処理ユニットは、
前記1つ以上のセンサからデータを受信する、
前記患者に圧力支援治療が施されている間、前記1つ以上のセンサからの前記データを解析する、
前記1つ以上のセンサからの前記解析されるデータが、患者は脳卒中を示す呼吸変化を経験していることを示すと決定する、及び
前記決定に応じて、少なくとも1つの警報を引き起こす
するようにプログラムされる、圧力支援装置。 - 前記1つ以上のセンサは、圧力センサ及び流量センサを有する、請求項12に記載の圧力支援装置。
- 可聴インジケータをさらに有し、前記処理ユニットは、前記決定に応じて前記可聴インジケータを稼働させるようにプログラムされる、請求項12に記載の圧力支援装置。
- 可視インジケータをさらに有し、前記処理ユニットは、前記決定に応じて前記可視インジケータを稼働させるようにプログラムされる、請求項12に記載の圧力支援装置。
