Abstract
Description
− 加熱されるエアロゾル形成基体を提供する工程と、
− エアロゾル形成基体を加熱するための導電性の強磁性またはフェリ磁性材料を含む電気抵抗性のある発熱体を提供する工程であって、発熱体が、AC駆動電流を通過させる際にジュール加熱によって加熱されるように構成される、提供する工程と、
− エアロゾル形成基体を、エアロゾル形成基体に近接させて、またはエアロゾル形成基体に接触させて配置する工程と、
− AC駆動電流を提供する工程と、
− AC駆動電流を発熱体に通過させる工程と、を含む。
本発明を、添付図面を参照しながら、例証としてのみであるがさらに説明する。
Claims (12)
- エアロゾル形成基体を抵抗加熱するためのエアロゾル発生装置の電気加熱組立品であって、前記加熱組立品が、
− AC駆動電流を提供するように構成された制御回路と、
− 前記エアロゾル形成基体を加熱するための導電性の強磁性またはフェリ磁性材料を含む電気抵抗性のある発熱体であって、前記発熱体が、前記制御回路に動作可能に結合され、前記制御回路によって提供されるAC駆動電流が前記発熱体を通過する際にジュール加熱によって加熱されるように構成され、前記発熱体が、少なくとも一つの支持層と少なくとも一つの加熱層とを含む多層発熱体であって、少なくとも前記発熱体が前記導電性の強磁性またはフェリ磁性材料を含み、前記多層発熱体の縁層であり、前記少なくとも一つの支持層の層の厚さが前記少なくとも一つの加熱層の層の厚さよりも大きい、電気抵抗性のある発熱体と、を備える、電気加熱組立品。 - 前記多層発熱体が、前記少なくとも一つの加熱層に加えて少なくとも一つのさらなる加熱層を含み、前記少なくとも二つの加熱層が前記支持層を挟み、前記加熱層の少なくとも一つが導電性の強磁性またはフェリ磁性材料を含む、請求項1に記載の加熱組立品。
- 前記少なくとも一つの支持層が導電性材料を含む、請求項1または2のいずれか一項に記載の加熱組立品。
- 前記少なくとも一つまたは二つの加熱層の前記導電性材料の比抵抗が、前記少なくとも一つの支持層の前記導電性材料の比抵抗よりも低い、請求項3に記載の加熱組立品。
- 前記少なくとも一つまたは二つの加熱層の前記導電性材料の相対透磁率が、前記少なくとも一つの支持層の前記導電性材料の相対透磁率よりも大きい、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の加熱組立品。
- 前記少なくとも一つまたは二つの加熱層の前記導電性材料が強磁性またはフェリ磁性である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の加熱組立品。
- 前記少なくとも一つの支持層の前記導電性材料が常磁性である、請求項3〜6のいずれか一項に記載の加熱組立品。
- 前記二つの加熱層が前記多層発熱体の縁層である、請求項2〜7のいずれか一項に記載の加熱組立品。
- 前記多層発熱体の少なくとも一つの層が実質的に固体材料からなる、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の加熱組立品。
- 前記発熱体がブレード構成またはロッド構成またはメッシュ構成または芯構成である、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の加熱組立品。
- 前記発熱体のAC抵抗が、500kHz〜30MHzの範囲の周波数を有する前記発熱体を通過するAC駆動電流に対して、10mΩ〜1500mΩの範囲である、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の加熱組立品。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の加熱組立品を備えるエアロゾル形成基体と併用するためのエアロゾル発生装置。
