Abstract
Description
本開示は、漂白剤と、特定のシェル材料を含む封入有益剤と、を含む組成物、典型的には多組成物系に関する。封入有益剤は、ポリマーコーティングなどの付着補助剤を含んでもよい。
組成物は、多組成物系の形態であってもよい。系は、第1の組成物及び第2の組成物を含んでもよい。第1の組成物、第2の組成物、又はその両方は、液体組成物であってもよい。
本開示の組成物、系、及び方法は、漂白系を含んでもよい。漂白系は、漂白剤、又は1つ以上の漂白剤を含む。
(1)光漂白剤、例えば、スルホン化亜鉛フタロシアニン、スルホン化アルミニウムフタロシアニン、キサンテン染料、チオキサントン、及びこれらの混合物。
(2)予備形成された過酸類。好適な予備形成された過酸としては、予備形成されたペルオキシ酸又はその塩、典型的には過カルボン酸及び塩、過炭酸及び塩、過イミド酸及び塩、ペルオキソ一硫酸及び塩、例えばOxone(登録商標)、並びにこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される化合物が挙げられるが、これらに限らない。特に好ましいペルオキシ酸は、フタルイミド−ペルオキシ−アルカン酸、特に、ε−フタルイミドペルオキシヘキサン酸(PAP)である。好ましくは、ペルオキシ酸又はその塩の融点は30℃〜60℃の範囲である。
(3)過酸化水素源、例えば、過ホウ酸塩(通常、一水和物又は四水和物)、過炭酸塩、過硫酸塩、過リン酸塩、過ケイ酸塩、及びこれらの混合物のナトリウム塩などのアルカリ金属塩を含む、無機過水和物の塩。無機過水和物の塩は、使用する場合、典型的には、布地ケア及びホームケア製品全体の0.05〜40重量%又は1〜30重量%の量で存在し、典型的には、コーティングされ得る結晶性固体としてこのような布地ケア及びホームケア製品に配合される。好適なコーティングとしては、無機塩、例えば、アルカリ金属ケイ酸塩、炭酸塩若しくはホウ酸塩又はこれらの混合物、又は有機物質、例えば、水溶性若しくは分散性ポリマー、ワックス、油又は脂肪石鹸などが挙げられる。
(4)R−(C=O)−L(式中、Rはアルキル基であり、場合により分岐しており、漂白活性化剤が疎水性である場合、6〜14個の炭素原子、又は8〜12個の炭素原子を有し、漂白活性化剤が親水性である場合、6つ未満の炭素原子又は更には4つ未満の炭素原子を有し、Lは脱離基である)を有する漂白活性化剤。好適な脱離基の例は、安息香酸及びその誘導体、特にベンゼンスルホネートである。好適な漂白活性化剤としては、ドデカノイルオキシベンゼンスルホネート、デカノイルオキシベンゼンスルホネート、デカノイルオキシ安息香酸又はその塩、3,5,5−トリメチルヘキサノイルオキシベンゼンスルホネート、テトラアセチルエチレンジアミン(TAED)及びノナノイルオキシベンゼンスルホネート(NOBS)が挙げられる。
(5)漂白触媒。本開示の組成物は、ペルオキシ酸及び/又はその塩から酸素原子を受け取って、その酸素原子を酸化可能な基材に転移させることができる1つ以上の漂白触媒を含んでいてもよい。好適な漂白触媒としては、イミニウムカチオン及びポリイオン;イミニウム双性イオン;修飾アミン;修飾アミンオキシド;N−スルホニルイミン;N−ホスホニルイミン;N−アシルイミン;チアジアゾールジオキシド;ペルフルオロイミン;環状糖ケトン及びαアミノ−ケトン並びにこれらの混合物が挙げられるが、これらに限定されない。特に好ましい一触媒は、4−(2−(2−((2−ヒドロキシフェニルメチル)メチレン)−ヒドラジニル)−2−オキソエチル)−4−メチルクロリドなどのアシルヒドラゾン型である。
(6)触媒金属錯体。金属含有漂白触媒の好ましい1種は、銅、鉄、チタン、ルテニウム、タングステン、モリブデン、又はマンガンのカチオンなどの、規定の漂白触媒活性の遷移金属カチオンを含む触媒系である。
本開示の組成物、系、及び/又は方法は、本明細書において「封入体」とも呼ばれる封入有益剤を含んでもよい。
本明細書に記載の洗剤組成物は、従来の洗濯添加剤などの他の従来の洗浄添加剤を含んでもよい。好適な添加剤には、ビルダー、キレート化剤、染料移染防止剤、分散剤、酵素安定剤、触媒材料、漂白剤、漂白触媒、漂白活性剤、高分子系分散剤、汚れ除去/再付着防止剤、例えばPEI600 EO20(例えばBASF)、高分子汚れ放出剤、高分子分散剤、高分子グリース洗浄剤、増白剤、泡抑制剤、染料、香料、構造弾性化剤、布地柔軟剤、担体、充填剤、ヒドロトロープ、溶媒、抗菌剤及び/又は保存剤、中和物及び/又はpH調整剤、処理助剤、乳白剤、真珠光沢剤、色素、又はこれらの混合物が挙げられる。典型的な使用濃度としては、下は蛍光増白剤及び日焼け止めのような添加剤の組成物の0.001重量%から、上はビルダーのための組成物の50重量%までの範囲となる。好適な添加剤は、米国特許出願第14/226,878号並びに米国特許第5,705,464号、同第5,710,115号、同第5,698,504号、同第5,695,679号、同第5,686,014号、及び同第5,646,101号に記載されており、これらはそれぞれ参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
(i)非高分子系結晶質のヒドロキシ官能性構造化剤及び/又は
(ii)高分子系構造化剤。
本開示は、漂白剤及び特定のシェル材料を含む封入有益剤を含む組成物の使用方法及び製造方法に関する。
本開示の具体的に想到される組み合わせを、ここで以下のアルファベットを付した段落に記載する。これらの組み合わせは、事実上例示的なものであり、限定的であることを意図したものではない。
体積加重平均封入寸法の決定方法
封入寸法は、Particle Sizing Systems(Santa Barbara CA)製Accusizer 780Aを用いて測定される。この器具は、Duke粒径標準を用いて0〜300μmの範囲で較正される。封入寸法評価のためのサンプルは、約1gの乳濁液(乳濁液の体積加重平均封入寸法を求める場合)、又は1gのカプセルスラリー(最終カプセルの体積加重平均封入寸法を求める場合)を約5gの脱イオン水に希釈し、約1gのこの溶液を約25gの水に更に希釈することによって調整する。
封入スラリーは、以下の手順に従って調製することができる。
実施例2及び3では、以下の命名法が使用される。
以下の実施例では、摩擦前及び摩擦後の乾燥布地の臭気(DFO)に関する専門調香師の判定に従って、封入体1及び2の性能を比較した。性能は、PAPの有無にかかわらず、ベース洗剤組成物を含む洗浄サイクル(北米のフロントローディング機)で判定した。それぞれの群について、封入体1は洗浄液中に10ppmの濃度で存在し、封入体2は洗浄液中に2ppmの濃度で存在し、PAP(存在する場合)は洗浄液中に約270ppmで存在した。それぞれの群について、2回の試験を実施した。それぞれの群の平均結果を以下の表2に示す。
Claims (15)
- 多組成物系であって、
漂白系を含む第1の組成物と、
コア−シェル型封入体を含む第2の組成物であって、
前記シェルはアクリレート材料を含み、
前記コアは有益剤を含む、第2の組成物と、を含む、多組成物系。 - 前記漂白系が、予備形成された過酸を含み、
好ましくは、予備形成されたペルオキシ酸又はその塩、
より好ましくは、過カルボン酸及び塩、過炭酸及び塩、過イミド酸及び塩、ペルオキシ一硫酸及び塩、並びにこれらの混合物を含む、予備形成された過酸を含む、請求項1に記載の多組成物系。 - 前記漂白系が、フタルイミド−ペルオキシ−アルカン酸、好ましくはε−フタルイミドペルオキシヘキサン酸(PAP)、又はこれらの塩を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の多組成物系。
- 前記アクリレート材料が、ポリアクリレート、ポリエチレングリコールアクリレート、ポリウレタンアクリレート、エポキシアクリレート、ポリメタクリレート、ポリエチレングリコールメタクリレート、ポリウレタンメタクリレート、エポキシメタクリレート、及びこれらの混合物から選択され、好ましくは、ポリアクリレート、より好ましくは、アミンアクリレート部分、メタクリレート部分、カルボン酸アクリレート部分、カルボン酸メタクリレート部分、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される部分を含むポリアクリレートである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の多組成物系。
- 前記アクリレート材料が、1つ以上の多官能性アクリレート部分に由来するポリマーを含む、
好ましくは、三官能性アクリレート、四官能性アクリレート、五官能性アクリレート、六官能性アクリレート、七官能性アクリレート、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、1つ以上の多官能性アクリレート部分に由来するポリマーを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の多組成物系。 - 前記有益剤が香料原料を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の多組成物系。
- 前記コアが、植物油、変性植物油、プロパン−2−イルテトラデカノエート、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される分配調整剤を更に含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の多組成物系。
- 前記封入体が、前記封入体の壁の外表面を少なくとも部分的にコーティングする付着ポリマーを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の多組成物系。
- 前記多組成物系が多区画容器内に収容され、前記第1の組成物は前記容器の第1の区画内にあり、前記第2の組成物は前記容器の第2の区画内にある、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の多組成物系。
- 前記第2の組成物が、該第2の組成物の5重量%〜60重量%の界面活性剤系を更に含み、
前記界面活性剤系は、アニオン性界面活性剤、非イオン性界面活性剤、カチオン性界面活性剤、双性イオン界面活性剤、両性界面活性剤、両性電解質界面活性剤、及びこれらの混合物から選択される洗浄性界面活性剤を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の多組成物系。 - 前記第1の組成物、前記第2の組成物、又はその両方が液体組成物である、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の多組成物系。
- 布地を処理する方法であって、前記方法は、
a)漂白系を含む第1の組成物と布地を接触させる工程と、
b)コア−シェル型封入体を含む第2の組成物であって、
前記シェルはアクリレート材料を含み、
前記のコアは有益剤を含む、第2の組成物と前記布地を接触させる工程と、を含む、方法。 - 前記漂白系が、予備形成されたペルオキシ酸又はその塩、より好ましくは、過カルボン酸及び塩、過炭酸及び塩、過イミド酸及び塩、ペルオキシ一硫酸及び塩、並びにこれらの混合物、より好ましくは、フタルイミド−ペルオキシ−アルカン酸、更により好ましくは、ε−フタルイミドペルオキシヘキサン酸(PAP)、又はこれらの塩を含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 工程a)及びb)が、実質的に同時に起こる、請求項12又は13に記載の方法。
- 前記布地に接触させる前に、
(a)前記第1及び第2の組成物は、多区画容器内に収容されているか、又は
(b)前記第1の組成物は、第1の容器内に収容され、前記第2の組成物は、第2の容器内に収容されている、請求項12〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
