Abstract
Description
以下、図2〜図4を参照して、本発明の一実施形態に係る車両用無線電力送信装置を説明する。
ただし、NFC用PCBを別途に構成する必要が無くなる。
これを可能にするのは、これら無線電力伝送用アンテナと無線通信用アンテナ160とが、磁場遮蔽シート140の形成する平面に垂直な方向に対して互いに重畳するのではなく、磁場遮蔽シート140の同じ一面の同一平面上に配置されるからである。
下記の表にて、UCL、TOPAZ、ULTRA LIGHT、EV1は、それぞれNFC tagの使用のためのチップのモデル(カードタイプ)を意味し、それぞれの性能スペック基準を有する。
仮に、UCL製品は、読出モードにおいて最小10mm以上で作動しなければならない、などである。
カードモードにおいても最小規格についてすべて満足する結果を示した。
また、それぞれ配置された無線通信用アンテナ260は、直列連結されることが好ましい。
そのため、無線通信用アンテナの長さが図6の実施形態に比べて長くなることにより、限定された面積内でより多くのコイルを巻き線が可能で、NFCの検知性能をより向上させることができる。

- 磁場を遮蔽するための磁場遮蔽シートと、

- 前記磁場遮蔽シートは、Ni−Znフェライトシートであることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の車両用無線電力送信装置。
- 前記磁場遮蔽シートの一面に配置される板状の放熱プレートをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項3乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の車両用無線電力送信装置。
- 前記放熱プレートは、銅プレート、アルミニウムプレート、およびグラファイトシートのいずれか1つであることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の車両用無線電力送信装置。
- 磁場を遮蔽するための磁場遮蔽シートと、
前記磁場遮蔽シートの一面上に配置される無線電力伝送用アンテナと、
前記磁場遮蔽シートの前記無線電力伝送用アンテナが配置された面上に配置される無線通信用アンテナとを含み、
前記無線電力伝送用アンテナと前記無線通信用アンテナとは、前記磁場遮蔽シートの平面に垂直な方向に対して重畳しないように配置されることを特徴とする、車両用無線電力送信装置。
