Abstract
Description
以下、本発明の第1実施形態について、図面を参照しながら説明する。
図1は、本実施形態に係る電源システム1を搭載する電動車両V(以下、単に「車両」という)の構成を示す図である。
第1バッテリB1は、第2バッテリB2よりも出力重量密度が低くかつエネルギ重量密度が高い。また第1バッテリB1は第2バッテリB2よりも容量が大きい。すなわち、第1バッテリB1は、エネルギ重量密度の点で第1バッテリB1よりも優れる。なお、エネルギ重量密度とは、単位重量あたりの電力量[Wh/kg]であり、出力重量密度とは、単位重量あたりの電力[W/kg]である。したがって、エネルギ重量密度が優れている第1バッテリB1は、高容量を主目的とした容量型の蓄電器であり、出力重量密度が優れている第2バッテリB2は、高出力を主目的とした出力型の蓄電器である。このため電源システム1では、第1バッテリB1を主電源として用い、第2バッテリB2をこの第1バッテリB1を補う副電源として用いる。
図4〜図6は、従来の起動処理によって電圧変換器5を起動した場合における電流(最上段)、電圧(中段)、及び制御デューティ比(最下段)の時間変化を、シミュレーションで再現したものである。ここで従来の起動処理とは、電流センサ33によって検出される通過電流値Iactが起動時目標値Itrgになるように、第1回路電圧センサ24によって検出される第1回路電圧値V1及び第2回路電圧センサ34によって検出される第2回路電圧値V2に基づいて定められた制御デューティ比(より具体的には、後述の基本デューティ比)の下でPWM制御を行うことによって電圧変換器5を起動するものをいう。
図8〜図9は、図7の起動処理によって電圧変換器5を起動した場合における電流(最上段)、電圧(中段)、及び制御デューティ比(最下段)の時間変化を、シミュレーションで再現したものである。
(1)電源システム1は、第1バッテリB1を有する第1電力回路2と、第2バッテリB2を有する第2電力回路3と、これら回路2,3の間で電圧を変換する電圧変換器5と、この電圧変換器5をPWM制御によって操作する通過電力制御部73aと、を備える。通過電力制御部73aは、電圧変換器5の起動時には、第1及び第2回路電圧センサ24,34によって取得される第1回路電圧値V1及び第2回路電圧値V2に基づいて通過電流値Iactが起動時目標値Itrgになるように基本デューティ比を定め、この基本デューティ比の下でPWM制御を開始する。この際、電圧センサ24,34に誤差があると、通過電流値Iactが起動時目標値Itrgから外れてしまい、通過電流値Iactと起動時目標値Itrgとの電流偏差の値が許容範囲を超えてしまう場合がある。そこで通過電力制御部73aは、基本デューティ比の下でPWM制御を開始してから、電流偏差の値が許容範囲を超えた場合には、電流偏差の値に基づいて補正デューティ比を算出し、この補正デューティ比と基本デューティ比とを合算して得られる制御デューティ比の下でPWM制御を行う。これにより電源システム1によれば、通過電流が許容範囲を大きく超えて乱れるのを抑制しながら電圧変換器5を起動することができる。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態について、図面を参照しながら説明する。
図10は、本実施形態に係る電源システム1Aを搭載する車両VAの構成を示す図である。本実施形態に係る電源システム1Aは、コンバータECU76の構成及び起動処理の具体的な手順が第1実施形態に係る電源システム1と異なる。以下の説明において、第1実施形態に係る電源システム1と同じ構成及び同じ処理については、同じ符号を付し、その詳細な説明を省略する。
(4)シミュレーション演算部76bは、電圧変換器5が起動されたときにおける電流偏差の値の時系列データに基づいてシミュレーションを行うことにより、第1及び第2回路電圧センサ24,34の誤差を推定するとともに、この誤差の下でPWM制御を開始した場合に通過電流値Iactと目標値Itrgとの電流偏差の値を最小にするような最適補正デューティ比を算出する。また通過電力制御部76aは、このようなシミュレーション演算部76bによって第1及び第2回路電圧センサ24,34の誤差が推定された後の電圧変換器5の起動時には、基本デューティ比と最適補正デューティ比とを合算して得られる制御デューティ比の下でPWM制御を開始する。よって電源システム1Aによれば、シミュレーション演算部76bによって第1及び第2回路電圧センサ24,34の誤差が推定された後であれば、電圧変換器5の起動開始直後から、第1及び第2回路電圧センサ24,34の誤差を考慮した最適な制御デューティ比の下でPWM制御を行うことができるので、通過電流の乱れをさらに抑制できる。

Claims (4)
- 第1電源を有する第1回路と、
第2電源を有する第2回路と、
前記第1回路と前記第2回路との間で電圧を変換する電圧変換器と、
前記第1回路と駆動モータとの間で電力を変換する電力変換器と、
前記第1回路の電圧値である第1回路電圧値を取得する第1回路電圧取得手段と、
前記第2回路の電圧値である第2回路電圧値を取得する第2回路電圧取得手段と、
前記電圧変換器の電流値である通過電流値を取得する通過電流取得手段と、
PWM制御によって前記電圧変換器を操作する制御手段と、を備える電源システムであって、
前記制御手段は、前記電圧変換器の起動時には、前記通過電流値が所定の目標値になるように前記第1及び第2回路電圧値に基づいて定めた基本デューティ比の下でPWM制御を開始した後、前記通過電流値と前記目標値との電流偏差の値が許容範囲を超えた場合には、前記電流偏差の値に基づいて算出した補正デューティ比と前記基本デューティ比とを合算して得られるデューティ比の下でPWM制御を行うことを特徴とする電源システム。 - 前記制御手段は、PWM制御の実行中に前記通過電流値が前記許容範囲を含む保護範囲を超えた場合には実行中のPWM制御を終了することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電源システム。
- 前記制御手段は、前記基本デューティ比の下で前記PWM制御を開始してから前記電流偏差の値が前記許容範囲を超えるまでの間の前記電流偏差の値の変化率に基づいて前記補正デューティ比を算出することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電源システム。
- 前記基本デューティ比の下でPWM制御を開始してから前記電流偏差の値が前記許容範囲を超えるまでの間の前記電流偏差の値の時系列データに基づいてシミュレーションを行うことにより、前記第1回路電圧取得手段及び前記第2回路電圧取得手段の誤差を推定するとともに、当該誤差の下でPWM制御を開始した場合に前記通過電流値と前記目標値との偏差を最小にするような前記補正デューティ比に対する最適値である最適補正デューティ比を算出するシミュレーション手段をさらに備え、
前記制御手段は、前記シミュレーション手段によって前記第1回路電圧取得手段及び前記第2回路電圧取得手段の誤差が算出された後の前記電圧変換器の起動時には、前記基本デューティ比と前記最適補正デューティ比とを合算して得られるデューティ比の下でPWM制御を開始することを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れかに記載の電源システム。
