Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a radioactive gas treatment device, a radioactive substance treatment system, and nuclear reactor equipment.
By the way, the processing gas released from the filter vent to the atmosphere contains a small amount of radioactive rare gas such as Xe and Kr. It is desired that these radioactive noble gases are not released into the atmosphere. However, a large amount of vapor and air are present in the process gas in addition to the radioactive noble gas. Therefore, there is a problem that the volume of the processing gas is large and smooth processing cannot be performed.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and is a radioactive gas treatment device capable of appropriately treating a treatment gas discharged from a filter vent, and a radioactive substance treatment system including the radioactive gas treatment device. And to provide a nuclear reactor facility equipped with the radioactive material treatment system.
The present invention adopts the following means in order to solve the above problems.
That is, the radioactive gas treatment apparatus according to one aspect of the present invention is a radioactive gas treatment apparatus that treats the processing gas discharged from the reactor containment vessel, and condenses a part of the vapor contained in the processing gas. A vapor condensing unit, a dehumidifying unit that introduces the non-condensing gas separated in the vapor condensing unit to remove water contained in the non-condensing gas, and an adsorption that introduces the non-condensing gas that has passed through the dehumidifying unit. A tank; and an adsorption tower having an adsorbent housed in the adsorption tank and capable of adsorbing at least the radioactive noble gas among the non-condensed gases.
According to the above configuration, after a large amount of vapor is condensed and removed from the processing gas discharged from the filter bend, the moisture contained in the non-condensed gas can be further removed by the dehumidifying section. Then, by adsorbing such a non-condensed radioactive noble gas on the adsorbent in the adsorption tower, the radioactive noble gas can be efficiently concentrated. Therefore, the space of the facility for storing the radioactive noble gas for a long time can be significantly reduced.
In the radioactive gas treatment device, a plurality of the adsorption towers are provided, and the adsorption tanks of the plurality of adsorption towers are sequentially connected in series, and on the first connection line, a first connection line that connects the adsorption tanks so that they can communicate with each other. A first vacuum pump, which is provided in the suction tank on the front stage side and can pump the gas into the suction tank on the rear stage side, and the suction tank connected to each of the suction tanks. And a discharge line capable of discharging the gas in the adsorption tank that is not adsorbed to the outside of the adsorption tank.
By repeating the adsorption and release of the non-condensed gas stepwise by the adsorbents of the plurality of adsorption towers, the concentration of the radioactive noble gas in the finally obtained gas can be significantly increased.
The radioactive gas treatment device includes a storage tank capable of storing gas, a second connection line connecting the adsorption tank at the last stage of the adsorption tanks and the storage tank so as to communicate with each other, and the second connection. A second vacuum pump, which is provided on the line and is capable of drawing gas from the adsorption tank at the final stage and sending the gas under pressure to the storage tank, may be further provided.
Thereby, the radioactive noble gas with a high concentration adsorbed by the final stage adsorption tower of the plurality of adsorption towers can be introduced into the storage tank. Then, by storing the radioactive noble gas in the storage tank for a long period of time, the radiation dose of the radioactive noble gas can be reduced.
The radioactive gas treatment device is connected to the storage tank and a rare gas adsorbent capable of adsorbing Kr and Xe as the radioactive gas contained in the storage tank, and the gas in the storage tank is connected to the storage tank. May be provided with a take-out line that can be discharged to the outside, and a pressure adjusting unit that is provided on the take-out line and that can adjust the pressure in the storage tank.
By adjusting the pressure in the storage tank by the pressure adjusting unit, either Kr or Xe adsorbed by the rare gas adsorbent in the storage tank can be released first from the adsorbent. As a result, only one gas can be taken out to the outside through the take-out line.
The radioactive gas treatment device, an inspection tank connected to the adsorption tank by the discharge line, a radiation sensor capable of measuring the radioactive amount in the inspection tank, and connected to the inspection tank, in the inspection tank And a release line capable of releasing the gas to the atmosphere.
Thereby, the gas discharged from the plurality of adsorption tanks can be temporarily stored in the inspection tank. Then, as a result of measuring the radiation dose of the gas in the inspection tank with the radiation sensor, when it is determined that the radiation dose is low, the gas can be released to the atmosphere through the release line.
In the above radioactive gas treatment device, the dehumidifying section may be a refrigerator that cools the non-condensed gas to condense the moisture in the non-condensed gas.
The dehumidifying section can appropriately reduce the water content of the non-condensed gas.
In the radioactive gas treatment device, the vapor condensing unit accommodates stored water in a lower portion thereof and a condensation tank into which the treated gas from the filter vent is introduced into the stored water, and one of the stored water in the condensation tank. And a circulation line for returning a part of the stored water in the condensing tank to the upper part in the condensing tank by cooling it outside the condensing tank. You may have.
As a result, a large amount of vapor contained in the processing gas can be effectively condensed and removed.

放射性希ガスは、例えばXe(キセノン)やKr(クリプトン)である。

<Effect>
The effects of the first embodiment will be described below.
When gas is generated in the
The processing gas introduced into the condensing
The steam that has been condensed into water is temporarily stored in the
Through the above process, in the vapor phase in the condensing
In the
The non-condensed gas that has passed through the
When the
Next, the operation of transferring the gas adsorbed by the first adsorption section in the
After that, the non-condensed gas introduced into the
Then, after the non-condensed gas is sufficiently condensed in the
Next, the operation of transferring the gas adsorbed by the second adsorption section in the
Most of the secondary condensed non-condensed gas is occupied by radioactive noble gases Kr and Xe. Such non-condensed gas is stored in the
As described above, in the present embodiment, after a large amount of vapor is condensed and removed from the processing gas by the
Further, in the present embodiment, the concentration of the radioactive noble gas in the finally obtained gas is significantly increased by concentrating the radioactive noble gas in two stages by the
Further, since the

The

Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described. In the third embodiment, the same components as those in the other embodiments are designated by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof will be omitted. The third embodiment is different from the other embodiments in the configuration of the

The take-out
Here, depending on the structure of the adsorbent such as zeolite, the pressure for releasing Kr and Xe adsorbed by the adsorbent may be different. In this embodiment, for example, when the pressure in the

According to the above configuration, after a large amount of vapor is condensed and removed from the processing gas discharged from the filter bend, the moisture contained in the non-condensed gas can be further removed by the dehumidifying section. Then, by adsorbing the radioactive noble gas of such a non-condensed gas on the adsorbent of the adsorption tower, the radioactive noble gas can be efficiently concentrated. Therefore, the space of the facility for storing the radioactive noble gas for a long time can be significantly reduced.
Further, by repeating the adsorption and release of the non-condensable gas stepwise by the adsorbents of the plurality of adsorption towers, the concentration of the radioactive noble gas in the finally obtained gas can be significantly increased.
