Abstract
Description
アルミナは、数多くの化学反応、特に、酸性の操作条件が必要とされる反応の触媒として用いられる。これは、例えば、アルコールの脱水のための反応を伴う場合である。このような反応において、アルミナがより活性であればあるほど、転化率はより高くなる。それ故に、高い酸性の性質を呈するアルミナについての必要性がある。
本発明は、径が70〜2000Åである細孔の容積が0.15〜0.50mL/gになるような孔隙を有する構造を呈し、かつ、少なくとも1種のアルカリ金属(M)を含むアルミナであって、アルカリ金属の重量含有率が、M2Oとして表されて、アルミナの全重量に対して、400〜1500ppmである、アルミナに関する。
本発明は、径が70〜2000Åである細孔の容積が0.15〜0.50mL/gであるような孔隙を有する構造を呈し、かつ、少なくとも1種のアルカリ金属(M)を含むアルミナであって、アルカリ金属の重量含有率が、M2Oとして表されて、アルミナの全重量に対して、400〜1500ppmであるようなアルミナに関する。

(水銀ポロシメトリ法)
径が70Å以上である細孔の容積(V70Å)および径が2000Å以上である細孔の容積(V2000Å)の測定は、アルミナサンプルについて、規格ASTM D4284-83に従い、4000バールの最大圧力での、表面張力484dyne/cmおよび無定形アルミナ担体についての接触角:140°を用いる水銀ポロシメトリ法によって行われる。
・ Oは、細孔の径を示し、
・ γは、水銀の表面張力を示し、
・ θは、水銀と固体との間の接触角を示し、
・ Pは、絶対圧力示す。
すり砕かれた本発明によるアルミナ500mg(粒子のサイズは400〜500μmである)が、ガラス製反応器に導入される。生成物は、3.9L/hの流量にあるヘリウム流れの下に2時間にわたって300℃での現場内(in situ)の条件に置かれる。反応器の温度は、その後に、2回の300℃およびその後の400℃での静止した段階を経過しながら上昇させられる。各静止温度の段階において、反応器へのブテン0.2mLの3回の注入が行われ、反応器は、常に、3.9L/hにあるヘリウム流下に維持される。
(実施例1)
アルミナA〜I(表1を参照のこと)のそれぞれは、以下の方法で調製される:
ハイドラーギライトの粉体が、高温ガスの流れを用いる1000℃での迅速脱水に付されて、粉体1が得られる。この粉体1は、3200重量ppmのNa2Oを含有している。粉体1の一部は、水性媒体中で処理され、粉体2が与えられる。粉体2のNa2Oの含有率は、500重量ppmである。粉体1および2は混合される。混合物は、その後、水と共に、場合によっては、細孔形成性化合物の存在下にビーズの形態に造粒されて、ビーズ形態のアルミナが得られ、このものは、粉体1対粉体2の比率に応じたナトリウム含有率を呈する。
1−ブテンの異性化力は、上記の方法および操作条件に従って、実施例1により調製されたアルミナA〜Iのそれぞれについて決定される。
実験スケールの反応器中のアルミナA〜Iの存在下でのイソプロパノールの脱水に関する試験。
Claims (16)
- 径が70〜2000Åである細孔の容積が0.15〜0.50mL/であるような孔隙を有する構造を呈し、かつ、少なくとも1種のアルカリ金属(M)を含んでいるアルミナであって、アルカリ金属の重量含有率が、M2Oとして表されて、アルミナの全重量に対して、400〜1500ppmであるようにされている、アルミナ。
- 径が70〜2000Åである細孔の容積は、0.15mL/g以上、好ましくは0.20mL/g以上、かつ、0.50mL/g以下、好ましくは0.40mL/g以下である、請求項1に記載のアルミナ。
- アルカリ金属の重量含有率は、M2Oとして表されて、アルミナの全重量に対して、400〜950ppmである、請求項1または2に記載のアルミナ。
- 全細孔容積は、0.50mL/g以上である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載のアルミナ。
- 径が70Å以上である細孔の容積(V70Åで示す):0.35mL/g以上、優先的には0.45mL/g以上、好適には0.50mL/g以上、より一層好ましくは0.52mL/g以上を呈する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載のアルミナ。
- BET比表面積:少なくとも65m2/g、好ましくは少なくとも150m2/g、より好ましくは少なくとも200m2/g、かつ、多くとも350m2/g、好ましくは多くとも325m2/gを呈する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載のアルミナ。
- 前記アルミナの全重量に対して、SiO2として表されて、多くとも500重量ppmのシリカ、好ましくは多くとも100重量ppmのシリカを含有し、より好ましくはシリカを欠いている、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載のアルミナ。
- χ−アルミナおよび無定形アルミナを含む構造を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載のアルミナ。
- 厳密に80重量%未満のγ−アルミナ、優先的には厳密に50重量%未満のγ−アルミナ、好適には、35重量%未満のγ−アルミナを含有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載のアルミナ。
- 厳密に35重量%未満のη−アルミナ、好ましくは厳密に12重量%未満のη−アルミナ、優先的には厳密に8重量%未満のη−アルミナ、より一層優先的には厳密に5重量%未満のη−アルミナを含有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載のアルミナ。
- アルミニウムの水酸化物またはオキシ水酸化物の迅速脱水によって得られる、請求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載のアルミナ。
- 少なくとも1種のアルコールを含む供給原料をオレフィン性流出物に変換する方法であって、請求項1〜11のいずれか1つに記載のアルミナの存在下に前記アルコールを脱水する段階を含む方法。
- 前記供給原料は、前記供給原料の重量に対して、最低50重量%のアルコール、好ましくは最低70重量%、優先的には最低80重量%、より好ましくは最低85重量%、より一層好ましくは最低90重量%の前記アルコールを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記アルコールは、3〜9個の炭素原子、好ましくは4〜6個の炭素原子、より一層好ましくは4個の炭素原子を含む、請求項12または13に記載の方法。
- 前記アルコールは、第二および/または第三アルコール、好ましくは第三アルコールである、請求項12〜14のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 脱水段階は、反応セクションを含み、該反応セクションにおいて、脱水反応は、気相中、液相中または混合相中において行われ、その際の温度は、200℃〜450℃であり、その際の圧力は、0.1〜4MPaであり、毎時空間速度(HSV)は、0.5h−1〜10h−1である、請求項12〜15のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
