Abstract
Description
本明細書で使用される用語「物品」は、製品、パッケージ、ラベル、又はこれらの任意のものの任意の部分、任意の構成要素、又は部分的に形成された部品を指す。流動性製品の場合、物品は、容器及び/又はその内容物を含み得る。物品が複数ある場合には、第1の物品、第2の物品、第3の物品などと称することができる。
原位置混合方法、又は他の混合方法により達成される混合の度合は、PCT国際特許出願第CN2017/087539号(P&G Case AA 1232F)に記述される非均一混合液体製品のデジタル画像における微小な不規則性の全体的評価を行うための、デジタル画像処理方法及び装置により判定することができる。この方法は、次のステップを含む:
1.解析対象のデジタル画像から背景領域を除外して関心領域を抽出する。具体的には、デジタル画像が液体混合物で部分的に満たされた透明又は半透明のボトルの画像である場合、液体混合物を含む部分のみを抽出し、ボトルの外側の背景領域、及び、液体混合物を含まないボトルの部分を、除外する必要がある。
2.抽出された関心領域のスケール空間解析を行って関心点を検出し(すなわち、極大値又は極小値を示す極値)、がことでソートを表し、少なくとも各関心点に対する強度値とサイズ又はスケールを提供する。液体混合物の場合、十分な高強度及び/又は十分なサイズを備えたそのような関心点のいずれも、顕著な局所的不規則性(すなわち不良な混合の証拠)を示す。よって、最小閾値を上回る強度及び/又はスケールを有する極値を選択することによって、不良な混合を示す顕著な局所的不規則性の領域が、容易にかつ効果的に検出され得る。
3.検出された全ての局所的不規則性による寄与を合計することにより、合計不規則性スコアを計算する。液体混合物の場合において、そのような合計不規則性スコアは、液体混合物中の色及び光度のばらつきにかかわらず、混合がどの程度良好であるかを示す単一の定量的尺度として機能する。この単一の定量測定により、非常に異なる明度条件下でも、異なる色の液体混合物間の客観的な比較を可能にする。
Claims (14)
- 要求データに基づいて製品を生産するためのシステムであって、当該システムは、
物品のための複数の搬送体と、
物品搭載搬送体がその上を推進可能な送路を含む送路システムと、
前記送路システムに沿って配置され、および少なくとも1つの最終製品を作製するために協働するように構成された、複数のユニット操作ステーションであって、
各物品は搬送体上に配置され、前記複数の搬送体は前記送路システムに沿って独立にルーティング可能とすることにより、少なくともいくつかの前記物品を、少なくとも1つのユニット操作ステーションに配送する、該複数のユニット操作ステーションと、
前記送路システム、前記搬送体、及び前記ユニット操作ステーションと通信を行う1つ以上のコントローラユニットを含む、制御システムであって、
・作製される最終製品の要求を受け取り、
・搬送体のためのルートを決定し、前記決定されたルートは1つ以上のユニット操作ステーションのステータスに基づいて決定され、
・前記決定されたルートに沿って進行するように搬送体を推進させ、1つ以上の前記要求された最終製品を作製し、および前記1つ以上の最終製品を除荷ステーションに配送する、該制御システムと、
