前記ヘキサフルオロケイ酸カリウムベースの混合物(204)が、光源(400)上に置かれて前記光源(400)上で蛍光体を形成するように構成された流動性蛍光体ブレンド物(302)を形成するために、樹脂性材料(300)と混合されるように構成された、方法。 - 前記流動性蛍光体ブレンド物(302)を形成するために、前記ヘキサフルオロケイ酸カリウムベースの混合物(204)を前記樹脂性材料(300)と混合するステップをさらに備える、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記光源(400)上に前記蛍光体を形成するために、前記流動性蛍光体ブレンド物(302)を前記光源(400)上に置くステップをさらに備える、請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記ヘキサフルオロケイ酸カリウムベースの粉末(200)が、マンガンをドープされたヘキサフルオロケイ酸カリウムを備える、請求項1記載の方法。

- ヘキサフルオロケイ酸カリウムベースの粉末(200)と、流動化材料(202)と、樹脂性材料(300)の混合物である流動性蛍光体ブレンド物(302)を得るステップであって、前記ブレンド物が、光源(400)上に置かれて前記光源(400)上で蛍光体を形成するように構成された、得るステップと、
前記流動性蛍光体ブレンド物(302)を、ノズル(404)から出し前記光源(400)上に供給するステップと、を備える方法。 - 前記ノズル(404)は、前記流動性蛍光体ブレンド物(302)が通って供給される出口を有し、前記出口は、約70ミクロン以下の開口部を有する、請求項28記載の方法。
