Abstract
Description
Claims (19)
- 内側導体と、外側導体とを有する同軸の伝達ラインに接続するためのらせん形のアンテナ構造体であって、
誘電性の支持体と、
前記誘電性の支持体の上に共に配置され、互いから電気的に隔離された第1のらせん形の電極及び第2のらせん形の電極と、
前記第1のらせん形の電極を同軸の伝達ラインの前記内側導体に接続するための第1の接続手段と、
前記第2のらせん形の電極を同軸の伝達ラインの前記外側導体に接続するための第2の接続手段とを有し、
前記第1のらせん形の電極及び前記第2のらせん形の電極の少なくとも一方は、マイクロ波/RF場を外に向かって放出するための放射アンテナ構造体として作用することが可能であり、かつ
前記第1のらせん形の電極及び前記第2のらせん形の電極は、それらの間のらせん形の領域内で電場を維持するように構成されている、前記らせん形のアンテナ構造体。 - 前記第1のらせん形の電極及び前記第2のらせん形は同一のピッチを有する、請求項1に記載のらせん形のアンテナ構造体。
- 前記第1のらせん形の電極は、前記第2のらせん形の電極と正反対に配置される、請求項2に記載のらせん形のアンテナ構造体。
- 前記誘電性の支持体は、円筒形またはほぼ円筒形である、先行請求項のいずれか一項に記載のらせん形のアンテナ構造体。
- 前記誘電性の支持体は、丸みがつけられた遠位端、またはその遠位端における半球形状の部分を有する、請求項4に記載のらせん形のアンテナ構造体。
- 前記らせん形のアンテナ構造体の近位端から遠位端までマイクロ波/RFエネルギーを伝えるために導波路構造体または伝達ライン構造体をさらに含む、先行請求項のいずれか一項に記載のらせん形のアンテナ構造体。
- 前記導波路構造体または伝達ライン構造体は、前記誘電性の支持体の表面の真下に配置された、またはその中に埋め込まれた第3のらせん形の電極の形態である、請求項6に記載のらせん形のアンテナ構造体。
- 前記第3のらせん形の電極は、前記第1のらせん形の電極と同一のらせん形の経路をたどり、そこから半径方向内向きに配置される、請求項7に記載のらせん形のアンテナ構造体。
- 前記第1のらせん形の電極及び前記第3のらせん形の電極は、導電材料から作製されるため、前記第1のらせん形の電極及び前記第3のらせん形の電極はマイクロストリップラインを形成する、請求項8に記載のらせん形のアンテナ構造体。
- 前記第1のらせん形の電極は、前記第3のらせん形の電極より少なくとも3倍幅が広い、請求項9に記載のらせん形のアンテナ構造体。
- 前記第2のらせん形の電極の遠位端は、導電部材によって、前記第3のらせん形の電極の遠位端に電気的に接続される、請求項7〜10のいずれか一項に記載のらせん形のアンテナ構造体。
- 前記誘電性の支持体は、前記同軸の伝達ラインを収容するためのチャネルまたはチャンバを含むことで、前記同軸の伝達ラインの遠位端は、前記誘電性の支持体の前記遠位端に、またはその付近に配置される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のらせん形のアンテナ構造体。
- 前記同軸の伝達ラインの前記遠位端は、前記誘電性の支持体内に埋め込まれ、前記第1の接続手段及び前記第2の接続手段は、前記誘電性の支持体の中を通る孔の中に配置され、前記孔は、前記第1のらせん形の電極を前記内側導体に、前記第2のらせん形の電極を前記外側導体にそれぞれ接続するように配置される、請求項12に記載のらせん形のアンテナ構造体。
- 前記同軸の伝達ラインの遠位端面は、前記誘電性の支持体の前記遠位端のところに配置され、開口によって露出されており、
前記第1の接続手段は、前記開口を介して前記第1のらせん形の電極を前記内側導体に接続し、
前記第2の接続手段は、前記開口を介して前記第2のらせん形の電極を前記外側導体に接続する、請求項12に記載のらせん形のアンテナ構造体。 - 前記開口のタブ部分のみが、前記外側導体の一部を露出させる、請求項14に記載のらせん形のアンテナ構造体。
- 前記誘電性の支持体は、その中を貫通して、前記近位端から前記遠位端まで伸びるチャネルを有し、前記チャネルは開口内で終端している、先行請求項のいずれかに記載のらせん形のアンテナ構造体。
- 前記チャネル内に摺動可能に設置された格納式の針をさらに含む、請求項16に記載のらせん形のアンテナ構造体。
- 前記誘電性の支持体は、前記チャネルと、その外側面との間に複数の穴を備え、前記穴は、前記電極の間をガスが流れることを可能にするように配置されている、請求項16または17に記載のらせん形のアンテナ。
- 前記チャネルは、アドレナリンなどの液体を運ぶように配置される、請求項16または17に記載のらせん形のアンテナ。
