Abstract
Description

本発明は、照明器具に関し、特に、蒸気気密性、防水性、耐腐蝕性、及び防爆性を有し、かつ危険な場所での使用のために好適なLED照明器具に関する。
Claims (20)
- 上に外部ヒートシンクフィンが配置されたハウジングと、ハウジングの上に設置された駆動装置箱と、ハウジング内の、発光ダイオードを有する少なくとも一つの発光ダイオード印刷回路板とを含むことを特徴とする照明器具。
- ハウジングが、単一成形されたハウジングであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の照明器具。
- 照明器具が、駆動装置箱とハウジングの間にガスケットをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の照明器具。
- 照明器具が、防水性であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の照明器具。
- 照明器具の出力が、5000ルーメンであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の照明器具。
- 照明器具の出力が、10000ルーメン以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の照明器具。
- ハウジングが、熱伝導性のプラスチック樹脂からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の照明器具。
- 熱伝導性のプラスチック樹脂が、ベース樹脂材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の照明器具。
- ベース樹脂材料が、ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)、ポリフェニレンサルファイド、ポリアミド(ナイロン)、ポリカーボネート、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン(ABS)、液晶ポリマー(LCP)、熱可塑性エラストマー、ポリフタルアミド、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリアリールエーテルケトン、及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の照明器具。
- ベース樹脂材料が、ポリカーボネートであることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の照明器具。
- 熱伝導性のプラスチック樹脂が、平面において少なくとも15ワット/メートルケルビンの定格を有することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の照明器具。
- 照明器具が、UL危険場所のために分類されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の照明器具。
- ガスケットが、平坦な接触領域の3/16インチの最小値を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の照明器具。
- ハウジングが、ポリカーボネートからなるレンズをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の照明器具。
- 照明器具が、面照明、ウォールパックライト、又は投光照明であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の照明器具。
- 発光ダイオード印刷回路板が、ハウジング内のアルミニウムの放熱板の上に設置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の照明器具。
- ハウジング内に配置されたフィンを有するハウジングと、ハウジング内に設置された駆動装置箱と、ハウジング内のヒートシンクであって、上方に面するヒートシンクフィンと下方に面するヒートシンクフィンとを有するヒートシンクと、ハウジング内の、発光ダイオードを有する少なくとも一つの発光ダイオード印刷回路板と、ハウジング内のレンズと、ハウジングに取り付けられたレンズカバーとを含む照明器具であって、レンズカバーが、ヒートシンクの下方に面するヒートシンクフィンとインターロックするレンズカバーフィンを有し、上方に面するヒートシンクフィンが、ハウジングのハウジングフィンとインターロックすることを特徴とする照明器具。
- ハウジングが、熱伝導性のプラスチック樹脂からなることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の照明器具。
- 熱伝導性のプラスチック樹脂が、ベース樹脂材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の照明器具。
- ベース樹脂材料が、ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)、ポリフェニレンサルファイド、ポリアミド(ナイロン)、ポリカーボネート、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン(ABS)、液晶ポリマー(LCP)、熱可塑性エラストマー、ポリフタルアミド、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリアリールエーテルケトン、及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の照明器具。
