Claims (43)
- 少なくとも一つの毛要素(12)が挿し込まれ、同所にアンカーレス固定される少なくとも一つの固定穴(22)を具備する熱可塑性プラスチック製支持体(10)を有するブラシ又は筆を製造するための方法であって、以下のステップすなわち、
前記支持体(10)が少なくとも一つの固定穴(22)を具備して供給されるステップと、
前記毛要素(12)が前記固定穴(22)に挿し込まれるステップと、
前記支持体(10)の、側方が前記固定穴(22)に隣接する領域が、前記支持体(10)の材料の溶融温度を下回る温度、特に、前記支持体(10)の材料のそれぞれの溶融温度のせいぜい85%℃に達する温度に加熱されるステップと、
前記支持体(10)が、側方に作用するプレスツール(24)によって、前記固定穴(22)の長手軸に対して傾斜した方向に変形させられて、前記固定穴(22)の断面が縮小され、こうして、前記毛要素(12)が前記固定穴(22)内に固定されるステップとを有することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記熱可塑性プラスチックは、ポリエステル、特に、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)及びポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリカーボネート(PC)、ポリアミド(PA)、ポリビニルアセテート(PVA)、ポリエチレン(PE)、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン−コポリマー(ABS)及びスチレン−アクリロニトリル−コポリマー(SAN)からなるグループのうちから選択されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記支持体は、前記支持体(10)の材料の溶融温度を下回る温度、特に、前記支持体(10)の材料のそれぞれの溶融温度のせいぜい85%℃に達する温度に加熱される一方で、前記支持体(10)と協働する前記プレスツール(24)の接触面は加熱されないことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記支持体(10)と協働する前記プレスツール(24)の接触面は、前記毛要素(12)の材料及び/又は前記支持体(10)の材料の溶融温度を下回る温度、特に、前記毛要素(12)の材料及び/又は前記支持体(10)の材料の、摂氏で測定されたそれぞれの溶融温度のせいぜい85%に達する温度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記プレスツール(24)の前記接触面は、周囲温度と210℃との間の範囲内にある、好ましくは130℃から160℃の範囲内にある、所定の温度にもたらされることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記プレスツールは、前記支持体(10)と接触する前に、特に、所定の最大運転温度に加熱されていることを特徴とする、及び/又は
前記支持体(10)は、少なくとも一つの前記毛要素(12)の挿入後に初めて、前記プレスツール(24)によって加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載の方法。 - 前記プレスツール(24)は、前記支持体(10)に向かっての前記プレスツール(24)の送り運動の間及び/又は前記支持体(10)との接触時に、前記接触面の領域の前記支持体(10)を、前記支持体(10)の材料の溶融温度を下回り、かつ好ましくは前記支持体(10)の材料のガラス転移温度に等しいかそれを上回る温度に、
特に、300°ケルビンに等しいかそれを上回るガラス転移温度を有する支持体材料にあっては、ケルビンで測定されたガラス転移温度を最大15%上回る温度に、
300°ケルビンを下回るガラス転移温度を有する支持体材料にあっては、ケルビンで測定されたガラス転移温度を50%上回る温度にもたらすことを特徴とする、請求項4から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記プレスツール(24)が送り運動の第二の相において該領域を変形させて、前記固定穴(22)の内壁面を該毛要素(12)に圧着する前に、
前記プレスツール(24)は、前記支持体(10)に向かっての相対送り運動の第一の相において、前記支持体(10)を前記固定穴(22)の側方に位置する少なくとも一方の領域において、限界温度を上回る温度であって、支持体材料が300°ケルビンに等しいかそれを上回るガラス転移温度を有する場合には、該支持体材料のガラス転移温度を摂氏で40%、特に摂氏で20%下回る温度に加熱するか、支持体材料が300°ケルビンを下回るガラス転移温度を有する場合には、周囲温度に等しい温度に加熱することを特徴とする、請求項4から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 少なくとも一つの前記毛要素(12)が先ず最初に前記収容穴に挿し込まれ、然る後に、前記プレスツール(24)が前記支持体(10)に接触し、特に、前記支持体(10)が前記固定穴(22)の側方に位置する少なくとも一方の領域において、限界温度を上回る温度であって、支持体材料が300°ケルビンに等しいかそれを上回るガラス転移温度を有する場合には、該支持体材料のガラス転移温度の摂氏で60%、特に、摂氏で80%に等しい温度に加熱されるか、支持体材料が300°ケルビンを下回るガラス転移温度を有する場合には、周囲温度に等しい温度に加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも一つの前記毛要素(12)が先ず最初に前記固定穴(22)に挿し込まれ、然る後に、前記固定穴(22)の側方に位置する該領域が周囲温度を少なくとも30℃上回る温度に加熱され、特に、前記固定穴(22)の内壁に隣接する前記支持体(10)内部の一方の領域が前記プレスツールによって該周囲温度を超えて加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記プレスツール(24)は前記支持体(10)との接触領域の全体が加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項4から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 単一のプレスツール(24)が片側で前記支持体(10)に作用することを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 対向する両側面から前記支持体(10)に向かって作用する複数のプレスツール(24)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記プレスツール(24)は、前記支持体(10)の前記側面の小部分と協働することを特徴とする、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 基本的に前記支持体(10)の前記側面全体と協働する少なくとも二個のプレスツール(24)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記プレスツール(24)は、前記毛要素(12)が同所を通して前記固定穴(22)に挿し込まれる前記固定穴(22)の該端部から離間した位置において、前記支持体(10)と協働することを特徴とする、請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記プレスツール(24)は、前記毛要素(12)が同所を貫いて前記固定穴(22)に挿し込まれる前記固定穴(22)の該端部の直近において、前記支持体(10)と協働することを特徴とする、請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記支持体(10)に向かっての前記プレスツール(24)の相対送り運動は、圧力制御かつ時間制御され及び/又は圧力制御かつストローク制御されることを特徴とする、請求項1から17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記プレスツール(24)は、特に、一定の圧力で及び/又は前記支持体(10)の持続的加熱で、少なくとも5秒、特に少なくとも6秒かつ最長で15秒、特に最長で10秒の作用時間にわたって、前記支持体(10)に接触することを特徴とする、請求項1から18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記プレスツール(24)は前記支持体(10)に少なくとも200bar、特に、少なくとも400barの圧力を印加することを特徴とする、請求項1から19のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記プレスツール(24)は、前記支持体(10)に接触した時点から、好ましくは一定の圧力を所定の時間にわたって前記支持体(10)に及ぼすことを特徴とする、請求項1から20のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記支持体(10)に対する前記プレスツール(24)の相対送り運動及び/又は印加圧力は、前記プレスツール(24)が前記支持体(10)に接触した時点から最大送りストロークに到達するまで、時間にわたって非線形的に推移し、その際、送り運動の第一の相は爾後の第二の相よりも緩慢に又は速やかに行なわれあるいは該圧力は爾後の第二の相よりも小又は大であることを特徴とする、請求項1から21のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記固定穴(22)に挿し込まれる前記毛要素(12)の端部は、初期状態における前記固定穴(22)の断面よりも小さい断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から22のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記毛要素(12)は、前記固定穴(22)に挿し込まれる、熱的変形によって肥厚した固定端(14)を有する少なくとも一本の毛(13)であることを特徴とする、請求項1から23のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記毛要素(12)は一つの毛束であり、その際、前記毛束の前記毛(13)は熱的変形によって互いに一体化されることを特徴とする、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも一つの前記固定穴(22)は止まり穴であることを特徴とする、請求項1から25のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも一つの前記固定穴(22)は貫通穴であることを特徴とする、請求項1から25のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記プレスツール(24)は、前記支持体(10)に対して相対的に、前記固定穴(22)の長手軸(L)に対して90°±45°の角度をなして延びる方向に変位されることを特徴とする、請求項1から27のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ブラシ又は筆を製造するための装置、特に、ブラシ製造機又は筆製造機であって、
毛要素(12)用の少なくとも一つの固定穴(22)を具備する支持体(10)のためのホルダ(18)と、
前記ホルダに対して相対的に、前記固定穴(22)の長手軸に対して90°±45°の角度をなして延びる方向に変位可能なプレスツールと、
前記固定穴(22)の側方領域における前記支持体(10)の材料を前記支持体(10)の材料の溶融温度を下回る温度に加熱することのできるヒータ(30)と、を有する装置。 - 前記ヒータ(30)は前記プレスツール(24)に組み込まれていることを特徴とする、請求項29記載の装置。
- 前記プレスツール(24)は、前記ホルダ(18)に対して相対的に、特に、圧力制御かつ時間制御されて及び/又は圧力制御かつストローク制御されて、前記ホルダに向かって送り可能でありかつ前記ホルダから離間移動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項29又は30記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、前記プレスツール(24)が少なくとも200bar、特に、400barの圧力を前記支持体(10)に印加し得るように形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項29から31のいずれか一項記載の装置。
- 前記プレスツール(24)は、前記支持体(10)との接触領域全体が加熱可能であるように形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項29から32のいずれか一項記載の装置。
- 前記プレスツール(24)の前記支持体(10)に対する相対送り運動並びに前記ヒータを、次のように、つまり、前記プレスツールが、それが前記支持体(10)と接触する前に、特に所定の最大運転温度に加熱されているように及び/又は前記支持体(10)が少なくとも一つの前記毛要素(12)の挿入後に初めて前記プレスツール(24)によって加熱されるように、制御する制御装置が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項29から33のいずれか一項記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置が次のように、つまり、前記プレスツール(24)が前記温度に加熱され、前記支持体(10)に向かっての前記プレスツール(24)の送り運動の間に及び/又はそれが前記支持体(10)と接触する際に、前記プレスツール(24)との接触面の領域における前記支持体(10)を、前記支持体(10)の材料の溶融温度を下回る温度、好ましくは、前記支持体(10)の材料のガラス転移温度に等しいかそれを上回る温度にもたらすようにして前記プレスツール(24)を前記支持体(10)に向かって送るように、プログラミングされており、
特にその際、前記制御装置が次のように、つまり、300°ケルビンに等しいか又はそれを上回るガラス転移温度を有する支持体材料の場合には、前記プレスツール(24)の温度を該ガラス転移温度を最大15%上回るケルビン温度に設定し、300°ケルビンを下回るガラス転移温度を有する支持体材料の場合には、該ガラス転移温度を最大50%上回るケルビン温度に設定するように、プログラミングされて形成されている、請求項34に記載の装置。 - 一つの毛要素が挿し込まれる少なくとも一つの固定穴(22)を具備する熱可塑性プラスチック製のブラシ又は筆の支持体(10)であって、
前記固定穴(22)の内壁に隣接する前記支持体(10)の材料領域が前記固定穴(22)の長手軸に対して傾斜した方向に変形させられて、前記固定穴(22)の断面が縮小され、こうして、前記毛要素(12)が前記固定穴(22)内に固定されるように構成された支持体。 - 前記毛要素(12)は、歯間ブラシ又はマスカラブラシの一つの撚り金属ワイヤであることを特徴とする、請求項36に記載の支持体(10)。
- 前記毛要素(12)は、歯ブラシの一つのアンカーレス毛束であることを特徴とする、請求項36に記載の支持体(10)。
- 前記毛要素(12)は、TPE、シリコン又は一つの類似の弾性材料からなる一つのクリーニングエレメントであることを特徴とする、請求項36に記載の支持体(10)。
- 前記毛要素(12)は、家庭用ブラシの一つの毛束であることを特徴とする、請求項36に記載の支持体(10)。
- 前記毛要素(12)は、フェイシャルブラシ又はヘルスブラシの一つの毛束であることを特徴とする、請求項36に記載の支持体(10)。
- 前記毛要素(12)は、筆の、特にマニキュアブラシの一つの毛束であることを特徴とする、請求項36に記載の支持体(10)。
- 前記支持体は、そこから前記支持体(10)の材料が次のように、つまり、前記固定穴(22)の断面が縮小されるように、側方に変形させられる、少なくとも一箇所の側方プレス領域を有することを特徴とする、請求項36から42のいずれか一項に記載の支持体(10)。
