Description

The present invention relates to a bus getting on / off time prediction apparatus.

When a bus in front of a vehicle stops at a stop, there is known a technique for determining whether the vehicle can pass a bus based on the presence or absence of an oncoming vehicle traveling in an oncoming lane (see, for example, Patent Document 1) ).

However, Patent Document 1 does not consider when the bus that stops at the bus stop departs from the bus stop. Therefore, when there is no oncoming vehicle, even if a vehicle following the bus that stops at the bus stop attempts to pass, there is a possibility that appropriate passing may not be possible depending on the timing at which the bus departs. Therefore, there is a demand for a technology that can predict when a bus that has stopped at a bus stop will depart.

In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a technology that can predict when a bus that has stopped at a bus stop will depart.

A passenger number prediction unit for predicting the number of passengers boarding the bus at the bus stop;
Based on the prediction result of the passenger number prediction unit, a boarding time prediction unit that predicts the time required for all persons waiting for the bus at the stop to board the bus;
Based on the respective prediction results of the getting-off time prediction unit and the getting-on time prediction unit, a getting-on / off time prediction unit that predicts the stop time of the bus for getting on and off passengers at the stop, and
A bus getting on and off time prediction apparatus is provided.

According to the present embodiment, the bus getting-on / off-time predicting device predicts the number of passengers getting off the bus and the number of passengers getting on the bus at the bus stop, predicts the getting-off time and boarding time from these prediction results, and finally In particular, it is possible to predict the bus stop time for passengers getting on and off. Therefore, the bus boarding / alighting stop time prediction device can predict when the bus that has stopped at the bus stop will depart from the bus stop time for passengers to get on and off.

The illuminance sensor 75 is communicably connected to the ECU 20 or the like through a one-to-one communication line or an in-vehicle network such as CAN, and detection information of the illuminance sensor 75 is taken into the ECU 20.

The rear display device 80 is attached to the rear side surface of the bus vehicle 5 and displays various types of information to be notified to the periphery of the bus vehicle 5 including vehicles following the bus vehicle 5 under the control of the ECU 20. The rear display device 80 is, for example, an electric bulletin board or a liquid crystal display.

The communication control unit 201 controls the communication device 30 and performs bidirectional communication with the center server 100 (for example, information signals and control signals). The information acquisition unit 202 and the boarding / alighting stoppage time prediction unit 203 transmit / receive information to / from the center server 100 through the communication control unit 201.

The information acquisition unit 202 acquires information for predicting the getting on / off time of the bus vehicle 5 by the getting on / off time predicting unit 203. For example, the information acquisition unit 202 acquires detection information corresponding to the vehicle speed of the bus vehicle 5 input from the vehicle speed sensor 40. In addition, for example, the information acquisition unit 202 acquires detection information (opening signal / closing signal) corresponding to the operation state input from the door opening / closing switch 45. For example, the information acquisition unit 202 acquires position information of the bus vehicle 5 input from the GNSS module 50. In addition, for example, the information acquisition unit 202 reads from the IC card built in the IC card of the passenger who gets on or gets off when the bus vehicle 5 is stopped at the stop, which is input from the IC card reader / writer 55. Get read information. For example, the information acquisition unit 202 acquires a captured image in front of the bus vehicle 5 input from the front camera 60. For example, the information acquisition unit 202 acquires a captured image of the interior of the bus vehicle 5 input from the in-vehicle camera 65. In addition, for example, the information acquisition unit 202 acquires detection information related to rainfall input from the rain sensor 70. For example, the information acquisition unit 202 acquires detection information regarding the illuminance outside the bus vehicle 5 input from the illuminance sensor 75.

In addition, the information acquisition unit 202 holds the acquired various types of information in the internal memory of the ECU 20. At this time, a time stamp corresponding to the acquired date and time is given to various information held in the internal memory. The time stamp is generated based on date and time information of a clock (for example, RTC) built in the ECU 20, for example. Then, the information acquisition unit 202 transmits (uploads) various information held in the internal memory to the center server 100 at a predetermined timing (for example, when the bus vehicle 5 is ACC-OFF). Thereby, the center server 100 can acquire various information when a plurality of bus vehicles 5 are operated on each route.

The boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 predicts a boarding / alighting stop time at the bus stop when the bus vehicle 5 stops at the bus stop based on information acquired by the information acquisition unit 202 or information distributed in advance from the center server 100. . In order to notify the outside of the bus vehicle 5 of the predicted value of the boarding / alighting stop time (hereinafter, “predicted boarding / stopping time”), which is the prediction result of the boarding / stopping time prediction unit 203, the notification unit 204 indicates the predicted boarding / alighting time. Output to the outside. For example, the notification unit 204 outputs the predicted getting on / off time to the rear display device 80, and information on the timing at which the bus vehicle 5 departs based on the predicted getting on / off time (for example, the remaining time until the departure) is displayed on the rear display device 80. In addition, the notification unit 204 transmits the predicted getting on / off time to surrounding vehicles including the following vehicle of the bus vehicle 5 through the inter-vehicle communication, and displays the estimated getting on / off time on the display device (for example, the display of the navigation device) of the following vehicle. The driver may be notified by displaying information about the timing at which the bus vehicle 5 is based. In addition, the notification unit 204 transmits the predicted getting on / off time to the center server 100, and via the center server 100 to a peripheral vehicle including a vehicle following the bus vehicle 5 or a portable terminal possessed by a driver of the peripheral vehicle. The control device 120 performs various controls in the center server 100. The control device 120 may have a function realized by arbitrary hardware, software, or a combination thereof. For example, the CPU, the RAM, the ROM, the nonvolatile auxiliary storage device, the RTC, and the communication interface. It is comprised centering on the 1 or several server computer containing etc. The control device 120 includes, for example, a communication control unit 1201, an information storage unit 1202, and operation statistics information as functional units realized by executing one or more programs stored in a ROM or an auxiliary storage device on the CPU. The information storage unit 1202 stores various information uploaded from the bus vehicle 5 in the operation history information DB 1203. At this time, the information storage unit 1202 may store various information uploaded from the bus vehicle 5 as it is in the operation history information DB 1203 as operation history information, or instead of or in addition to the various information, The processing information processed into a mode in which the operation statistical information can be easily generated may be accumulated as operation history information. For example, the information storage unit 1202 may generate processing information such as the stop time for each stop, the number of passengers on board, the number of passengers getting off, and the number of passengers between stops based on various information uploaded from the bus vehicle 5. .

The processing information described above may be generated by the ECU 20 of the bus vehicle 5 before uploading.

The operation history information DB 1203 can extract operation history information corresponding to a predetermined condition (for example, a condition limited to a specific bus vehicle 5 or a condition limited to a specific time zone). Be organized.

The operation statistics information distribution unit 1204 analyzes the operation history information stored in the operation history information DB 1203 and generates operation statistics information as appropriate. Then, the operation statistics information distribution unit 1204 distributes the generated operation statistics information to each bus vehicle 5.

The operation statistics information can include, for example, an average value of stop times for each stop (hereinafter, “stop average stop time”) generated for each route. In addition, the operation statistics information may include an average value (hereinafter, “stop average boarding time”) of the time required for all passengers to get on at each bus stop (hereinafter referred to as “boarding time”). At this time, the boarding time is based on the detection information of the vehicle speed sensor 40, the information about the operation state of the door opening / closing switch 45, and the captured image of the in-vehicle camera 65, and the bus vehicle 5 stops at the last stop. It can be specified as the time until the passenger should get off. Specifically, as described later (see FIG. 3), the stop timing of the bus vehicle 5 is specified based on the detection information of the vehicle speed sensor 40 and information on the operation state of the door opening / closing switch 45. Then, based on the captured image of the in-vehicle camera 65, the timing at which the last passenger to be on boarded (the passenger entered from the boarding port shown in the captured image) can be specified. Further, the operation statistics information may include an average value (hereinafter, “stop average getting-off time”) of time required for all passengers to get off (hereinafter, “getting-off time”). At this time, the getting-off time is based on the detection information of the vehicle speed sensor 40, the information on the operation state of the door opening / closing switch 45, and the captured image of the in-vehicle camera 65, and the last getting off after the bus vehicle 5 stops at the stop. It can be specified as the time until the passenger should get off. Specifically, based on the image captured by the vehicle interior camera 65, the timing at which the last passenger to get off the vehicle (the passenger exits from the exit port shown in the captured image) can be specified. In addition, the operation statistics information may include the average value of the number of passengers getting off and getting off at each stop generated by route (hereinafter referred to as “the average number of passengers at the stop” and “the average number of passengers getting off at the stop”). . In addition, the operation statistics information includes a correlation between the number of passengers who got on the bus for each stop and the number of passengers who got off at each stop (for example, the number of passengers getting off with respect to the number of passengers who got on before stopping) Information (hereinafter referred to as “passenger number correlation information”) regarding the average value of the ratio (hereinafter referred to as “average passenger drop rate”), where the number of passengers on the bus vehicle 5 and the number of passengers alighting at each stop are , Can be specified based on the reading information of the IC card reader / writer 55 and the captured image of the in-vehicle camera 65. In the operation statistics information, the average stop time of the stop by time zone, the average stop time of the stop, the average stop time of the stop, The average number of passengers at the stop, average number of passengers at the stop, correlation information with the number of passengers at the stop, etc. Also, the operation statistics information includes the average number of stops for each weather (for example, clear, cloudy, rain, snow, etc.) When stopped , Average stop time, average stop time, average stop passenger number, average stop passenger number, average stop passenger number, passenger count correlation information, etc. At this time, when the bus vehicle 5 is in operation (stopped at the target stop) For example, the weather at the time of operation of the bus vehicle 5 can be specified from the detection information of the rain sensor 70 and the illuminance sensor 75. The weather during the operation of the bus vehicle 5 is artificial intelligence (AI :) with respect to the captured image of the front camera 60. Artificial Intelligence), in particular, may be specified by executing an image recognition process using a known technique related to machine learning such as deep learning, etc. The weather during operation of the bus vehicle 5 is, for example, a center server It may be acquired from a web server or the like related to 100 external weather information.

In addition, when the operation statistics information distribution unit 1204 generates the operation statistics information for each stop, it may not be able to generate significant operation statistics information depending on the number of accumulated data. Therefore, the operation statistics information distribution unit 1204 distributes to each bus vehicle 5 a stop list that defines stops (similar stops) estimated to be similar in the number of passengers getting on and off and age groups for each stop. Thereby, ECU20 (specifically boarding / alighting stop time prediction part 203) of the bus vehicle 5 uses the operation statistical information regarding the similar stop even when the operation statistical information does not exist regarding a certain stop, As will be described later, the boarding / alighting time can be predicted.

[Process to notify the outside of the bus vehicle of getting on and off times]
Next, with reference to FIG. 2, a process for notifying the outside of the bus vehicle 5 of the boarding / alighting stop time by the ECU 20 (hereinafter, “bus boarding / stopping time notification process”) will be described.

FIG. 2 is a flowchart schematically showing an example of the bus getting on / off time notification process by the ECU 20. The processing according to this flowchart is executed at predetermined processing cycles while the bus vehicle 5 is operating on a predetermined route.

In step S102, the boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 determines whether or not a stop of the bus vehicle 5 for passenger boarding / exiting (hereinafter referred to as "passenger boarding / stopping") is detected. Details of the passenger boarding / stopping detection process of the bus vehicle 5 by the boarding / stopping time prediction unit 203 will be described later (see FIG. 3). The boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 proceeds to step S104 when the passenger boarding / stopping of the bus vehicle 5 is detected, and ends the current process when it is not detected.

In step S104, the boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 predicts the boarding / alighting time and outputs the predicted boarding / alighting time. Details of this processing will be described later (see FIG. 4).

In step S106, the notification unit 204 causes the rear display device 80 to display information related to the timing at which the bus vehicle 5 departs based on the predicted boarding / alighting stop time. For example, the notification unit 204 displays the remaining time until the departure on the rear display device 80 in a countdown format based on the predicted getting on / off time. Thereby, the driver of the vehicle following the bus vehicle 5 can recognize when the bus vehicle 5 departs.

[Process to detect stop of bus vehicle for passengers getting on and off]
Next, referring to FIG. 3, a process for detecting passenger boarding / stopping by the ECU 20 (hereinafter, “bus passenger boarding / stopping detection process”) will be described.

FIG. 3 is a flowchart schematically showing an example of the bus passenger boarding / alighting stop detection process by the ECU 20. Specifically, FIG. 3 is a sub-flowchart showing details of step S102 of FIG.

In step S1022, the boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 determines whether or not the vehicle speed of the bus vehicle 5 is zero based on the detection information (detection value) corresponding to the vehicle speed of the bus vehicle 5 acquired by the information acquisition unit 202. Determine whether. Specifically, the boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 may determine whether or not the detected value of the bus vehicle 5 is equal to or less than a predetermined threshold corresponding to zero vehicle speed. The boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 proceeds to step S1024 when the vehicle speed of the bus vehicle 5 is zero, and otherwise ends the current process.

In step S1024, the boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 determines whether or not the boarding / alighting door has been opened based on the signal acquired by the information acquisition unit 202 and corresponding to the operation state of the door opening / closing switch 45. . The boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 proceeds to step S1026 when the boarding / alighting door is opened, and otherwise terminates the current process.

In step S1026, the boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 determines that the bus vehicle 5 has stopped for passengers getting on / off, that is, detects the passenger boarding / stopping of the bus vehicle 5, and ends the current process.

[Process to predict boarding / alighting times]
Next, with reference to FIG. 4, a process for predicting the boarding / stopping time of the bus vehicle 5 by the ECU 20 (hereinafter, “bus boarding / stopping time prediction process”) will be described.

FIG. 4 is a flowchart schematically showing an example of a bus getting on / off time prediction process by the ECU 20. Specifically, FIG. 4 is a sub-flowchart showing details of step S104 of FIG.

In step S <b> 1042, the boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 identifies a stop where the current bus vehicle 5 stops based on the current position information of the bus vehicle 5 acquired by the information acquisition unit 202. For example, the boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 stores in advance identification information (for example, stop IDs) corresponding to all stops on the route on which the bus vehicle 5 is operated, stored in advance in the internal memory of the ECU 20 and the like. The stop list is identified by comparing the stop list including the position information and the current position information of the bus vehicle 5. In addition, the getting-on / off time prediction unit 203 is provided with a communication device that performs a short-range wireless communication (for example, Bluetooth (registered trademark) communication, Wi-Fi (registered trademark) communication, etc.) of a predetermined method at each stop in the route. Under the assumption, the stop may be specified based on the exchange of information by short-range wireless communication with the stop.

In step S1044, the boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 acquires operation statistical information related to the specified stop from operation statistical information that is distributed in advance from the center server 100 and stored in the internal memory or the like of the ECU 20.

The operation statistics information may not be distributed from the center server 100 in advance. In this case, the boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 may acquire operation statistical information related to the specified stop by transmitting a request signal including identification information (for example, stop ID) of the specified stop to the center server 100. .

In step S1046, the boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 determines the time from when the bus vehicle 5 stops until the last passenger getting off the bus vehicle 5, that is, all passengers who should get off at the bus stop are at the bus stop. Predict the time required to get off (get off time). Specifically, the getting-on / off time prediction unit 203 (an example of the getting-off time prediction unit) predicts the getting-off time at the specified stop using the following equation (1), that is, a predicted value of the getting-off time (hereinafter, referred to as a getting-off time prediction value) , “Predicted getting off time”).

(Predicted getting off time) = (Predicted number of getting off passengers) × (Getting off time per person) (1)
The predicted number of passengers getting off is the predicted value of the number of passengers getting off at the stop. Moreover, the getting-off time per person is a time required for one passenger to get off from the bus vehicle 5.

The getting-on / off time prediction unit 203 (an example of a getting-off passenger number prediction unit) predicts the number of passengers getting off the bus based on the current number of passengers in the bus vehicle 5 (hereinafter, “current passenger number”) and the operation statistics information of the specified stop. Is calculated. At this time, the boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 counts the number of IC cards and IC chips read by the IC card reader / writer 55 separately for each boarding and getting off for each stop, thereby obtaining the following formula (2) Is used to calculate the current number of passengers.

(Current number of passengers) = (Number of passengers before stopping) + (Number of passengers on board)-(Number of passengers getting off) (2)
And the boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 includes information on the correlation between the number of passengers who have boarded the bus vehicle 5 before stopping at the bus stop and the number of passengers getting off at the bus stop included in the operation statistics information ( That is, the predicted number of passengers getting off the vehicle is calculated by applying the correlation to the current number of passengers using the information on the number of passengers getting off the vehicle). More specifically, the boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 may calculate the predicted number of passengers getting off by multiplying the current number of passengers by an average getting-off rate at the specified stop corresponding to the correlation. .

Further, the boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 calculates the average value of boarding time per person based on the average stop time and the average number of passengers getting off at the stop corresponding to the specified stop included in the operation statistics information. The value may be applied to the “alighting time per person” in equation (1).

Moreover, the boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 may consider the current time zone. Specifically, the boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 includes a time corresponding to the current time in the average stop time and the average number of passengers getting off at the stop times by time zone corresponding to the specified stop included in the operation statistics information. Based on the average stop time at the bus stop and the average number of passengers getting off at the stop, calculate the average stop time per person in the time zone corresponding to the current time, and calculate the average value using the formula (1) May apply to "time".

Moreover, the boarding / alighting stop time estimation part 203 may consider attributes, such as a sex of a passenger who gets off, and an age group. At this time, the boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 determines the attributes of the passengers to get off by performing an image recognition process to which a known technique related to machine learning such as deep learning is applied to the captured image of the vehicle interior camera 65. You can do it. Moreover, the boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 may estimate the attributes of passengers getting off from the attribute information written in the IC card and IC chip read in advance by the IC card reader / writer 55. For example, the boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 increases the ratio of “getting off time per person” in Equation (1) as the ratio increases according to the ratio of elderly people (for example, 65 years old or older) to passengers to get off. As described above, the above average value may be corrected and applied to the equation (1). Moreover, the same response | compatibility is possible also about the ratio of the child (for example, 12 years old or less) which occupies for the passenger who should get off.

Moreover, the boarding / alighting stop time prediction part 203 may consider the present weather. This is because, when the weather is rain or snow, the time required for passengers to get on and off the bus vehicle 5 tends to be relatively longer than when the weather is sunny or cloudy. At this time, the boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 may recognize the current weather based on the detection information of the rain sensor 70 and the illuminance sensor 75 and the captured image of the front camera 60 as described above. Specifically, the boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 determines the average stop time and average stop passengers corresponding to the current weather out of the average stop time and the average number of stop passengers according to the weather corresponding to the specified stop. Based on the number, an average value of the time of getting off per person corresponding to the current weather may be calculated, and the average value may be applied to the “time of getting off per person” in equation (1).

In this way, the boarding / alighting stoppage time prediction unit 203 can calculate the predicted boarding time.

In step S1048, the boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 determines the time from when the bus vehicle 5 stops until the last boarding passenger gets on the bus vehicle 5, that is, all passengers who should get on the bus stop. Estimate the time required to ride (ride time). Specifically, the boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 (an example of a boarding time prediction unit) predicts the boarding time at the specified stop using the following equation (3), that is, a predicted value of boarding time (hereinafter referred to as a boarding time). , “Predicted boarding time”).

(Predicted boarding time) = (Predicted number of passengers) x (Boarding time per person) (3)
The predicted number of passengers is a predicted value of the number of passengers who get on at the bus stop. Moreover, the boarding time per person is the time required for one passenger to get on from the bus vehicle 5.

The boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 (an example of a passenger number prediction unit), for example, as the predicted number of boarding passengers, for example, the time corresponding to the current time out of the average number of passengers at the bus stop by time zone included in the operation statistics information Use the average number of passengers at the bus stop.

Moreover, the boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 recognizes people near the stop and counts the number of recognized people by performing image recognition processing similar to the above on the captured image of the front camera 60. Thus, the predicted number of passengers may be derived.

In addition, as described above, on the assumption that a communication device that performs a short-range wireless communication of a predetermined method is installed at each stop in the route, the communication device of the stop and a portable terminal of a passenger waiting at the stop (for example, a smartphone Control device installed at the bus stop knows the number of people waiting. And the boarding / alighting stop time prediction part 203 acquires waiting number based on the exchange of information by near field communication with the stop (control device), and derives the predicted number of passengers from the acquired waiting number. Good.

Moreover, the boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 calculates an average value of the boarding time per person based on the average boarding time of the bus stop corresponding to the specified bus stop and the average number of passengers at the bus stop included in the operation statistical information. The value may be applied to the “alighting time per person” in equation (1).

Moreover, the boarding / alighting stop time estimation part 203 may consider a time slot | zone similarly to the case of the boarding time mentioned above.

Moreover, the boarding / alighting stop time estimation part 203 may consider attributes, such as a sex of a passenger who gets on, and an age group, similarly to the case of the boarding time mentioned above. At this time, the boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 may determine the attribute of the passenger on board by performing the above-described image recognition processing on the captured image of the front camera 60.

Moreover, the boarding / alighting stop time estimation part 203 may consider the present weather similarly to the case of the boarding time mentioned above.

Thus, the boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 can calculate the predicted boarding time.

In step S1050, the boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 predicts the boarding / stopping time at the specified bus stop based on the derived predicted boarding time and the predicted boarding time, that is, deriving the predicted boarding / stopping time, and performing the current process. finish. For example, the boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 sets the longer one of the predicted boarding time and the predicted boarding time as the predicted boarding / alighting time.

[Operation of this embodiment]
Next, with reference to FIG. 5, the effect | action of the bus boarding / alighting stop time prediction system 1 (bus boarding / alighting stop time prediction apparatus 10) which concerns on this embodiment is demonstrated.

FIG. 5 is a diagram for explaining the operation of the bus getting on / off time prediction system 1 (bus getting on / off time prediction device 10) according to the present embodiment.

In this embodiment, the boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 predicts the number of passengers getting off from the bus vehicle 5 at the bus stop based on information on the current number of passengers of the bus vehicle 5 and the past number of passengers getting off at the bus stop. . Moreover, the boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 receives all passengers who should get off at the bus stop from the bus vehicle 5 based on the prediction result of the number of passengers getting off from the bus vehicle 5 at the bus stop (predicted number of passengers getting off the bus). Predict the time required to get off (alighting time). Moreover, the boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 predicts the number of passengers boarding the bus vehicle 5 at the bus stop. Moreover, the boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 is based on the prediction result of the number of passengers boarding the bus vehicle 5 at the stop (predicted number of passengers), and all persons waiting for the bus vehicle 5 at the stop are bus vehicles. Time required for boarding 5 (boarding time) is predicted. And the boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203, based on the prediction results (predicted getting-off time and predicted boarding time) of the getting-off time and boarding time, the stop time (boarding / stopping) of the bus vehicle 5 for passengers getting on and off at the stop Time).

Thereby, the bus getting on / off time prediction system 1 (bus getting on / off time prediction device 10) predicts the number of passengers getting off from the bus vehicle 5 and the number of passengers getting on the bus vehicle 5 at the stop, and from these prediction results. It is possible to predict the getting-off time and boarding time, and finally predict the stop time of the bus for getting on and off the passenger (boarding and getting-off time). Therefore, the bus getting-on / off-time prediction system 1 (bus getting-on / off time predicting device 10) can predict when the bus vehicle 5 stopped at the bus stop will depart from the stop time of the bus vehicle 5 for passenger getting on and off. it can.

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 5, the notification unit 204 provides information on the timing at which the bus vehicle 5 departs based on the boarding / stopping time (predicted boarding / stopping time) predicted by the boarding / stopping time prediction unit 203. It is displayed on the rear display device 80.

Thereby, the driver of the vehicle following the bus vehicle 5 can recognize when the bus vehicle 5 departs. Therefore, the driver of the vehicle following the bus vehicle 5 can appropriately determine whether or not the bus vehicle 5 can be overtaken. Therefore, when the timing at which the bus vehicle 5 departs is unknown, the driver of the following vehicle may attempt to overtake the bus vehicle 5 and can recognize the timing at which the bus vehicle 5 departs. Such a situation can be suppressed.

[Deformation / Improvement]
As mentioned above, although the form for implementing this invention was explained in full detail, this invention is not limited to this specific embodiment, In the range of the summary of this invention described in the claim, various Can be modified and improved.

For example, in the above-described embodiment (FIG. 4), the boarding / stopping time prediction unit 203 predicts the boarding time and boarding time only once when the bus vehicle 5 stops at a stop, and boarding / stopping only once based on these. Although time is estimated, it is not limited to the said aspect. Specifically, the boarding / alighting stoppage time prediction unit 203 may recalculate the passengers 'getting-off times (hereinafter, “predicted remaining getting-off times”) that should be left, while monitoring the passengers' getting-off status. For example, the boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 uses the following formulas (4) to (7) while measuring the elapsed time from the stop for getting on and off the bus vehicle 5 and the number of passengers that have got off the bus. Correct the getting-off time.

(Remaining number of passengers getting off) = (Predicted number of passengers getting off)-(Number of passengers already getting off) (4)
(Remaining alighted passenger ratio) = (Remaining alighted passenger number) / (Predicted alighted passenger number) (5)
(Exit passenger ratio) = (Number of passengers already alighted) / (Predicted number of passengers alighted) (6)
(Corrected getting off time per person) =
(Remaining getting off passenger ratio) x (Past getting off time per person in the past)
+ (Rate of passengers already getting off) x (Time of getting off per person this time) (7)
In addition, “Past departure time per person” in equation (7) is the departure time per person derived based on the operation statistics information as described above, and “this time getting off per person” It is the time for getting off per person calculated based on the elapsed time from the stop for getting on and off the bus vehicle 5 and the measurement result of the number of passengers who got off.

And the boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 calculates a predicted remaining getting-off time using the following equation (8) based on the corrected getting-off time per person.

(Predicted remaining getting off time) =
(Remaining number of passengers getting off) x (corrected getting off time per person) (8)
Moreover, the boarding / alighting stop time prediction unit 203 may recalculate the boarding time of the remaining passengers (hereinafter, “predicted remaining boarding time”) in the same manner while monitoring the boarding status of the passengers.

Thereby, the bus boarding / alighting stop time prediction system 1 (the bus boarding / alighting stop time prediction device 10) can grasp the departure timing of the bus vehicle 5 more accurately according to the current boarding / alighting situation. Therefore, the bus boarding / alighting stop time prediction device 10 repeats the above correction as appropriate, as described above, so that the remaining time until the departure of the bus vehicle 5 with higher accuracy can be obtained through the rear display device 80 and the like. Can be notified.

In the above-described embodiment and modification, the function of predicting the getting on / off time (that is, the function of the getting on / off time predicting unit 203) is mounted on each bus vehicle 5, but is not limited to this mode. Specifically, the function of the getting on / off time prediction unit 203 may be transferred to the center server 100. In this case, the center server 100 may predict the boarding / stopping time of each bus vehicle 5 based on various information uploaded from each bus vehicle 5 by the same method as described above. Then, the center server 100 transmits the predicted boarding / alighting stop time as a prediction result to the target bus vehicle 5, and around the bus vehicle 5 including the driver of the vehicle following the bus vehicle 5 through the rear display device 80 and the like. May be notified of information regarding the timing at which the bus vehicle 5 departs based on the predicted boarding / alighting time. In addition, the center server 100 transmits the predicted boarding / stopping time to peripheral vehicles including vehicles following the bus vehicle 5 and portable terminals possessed by drivers of the peripheral vehicles, and the bus vehicle 5 based on the predicted boarding / stopping time. The driver may be notified of information relating to the timing at which the vehicle departs. Thereby, there exists an effect | action and effect similar to embodiment and the modification which were mentioned above.
