Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態に係る挟み込み検知スイッチ(挟み込み検知センサ、ドアセンサ、ドアスイッチともいう)の適用対象の一例である車両を示す概略図である。
図8乃至図10は、実施の形態の変形例に係る挟み込み検知スイッチ2A〜2Cを示す断面図である。図8乃至図10において、上記の実施の形態において説明したものと共通する構成要素については、図2A等に用いた符号と同じ符号を付して重複した説明を省略する。
以上説明した実施の形態及びその変形例によれば、線状感圧部材31とカバー部材4における中空部40の内面40aとの間に被覆部材32が介在し、この被覆部材32によって線状感圧部材31の位置が規定される。また、挟み込み検知スイッチ2の製造時においてカバー部材4の中空部40内に感圧構造体3を挿入する際には、この挿入方向における感圧構造体3の剛性が被覆部材32によって確保されると共に、被覆部材32の外表面のうち中空部40の内面40aに接する面積の割合が限定的であるので、この作業を容易に行うことができる。これにより、組み立てが容易で、かつ挟み込みの検知を適切に行うことが可能となる。
次に、以上説明した実施の形態から把握される技術思想について、実施の形態における符号等を援用して記載する。ただし、以下の記載における各符号は、特許請求の範囲における構成要素を実施の形態に具体的に示した部材等に限定するものではない。

Claims (7)
- 複数の導体線を管状の弾性体の内側に互いに離間して配置してなる少なくとも1つの線状感圧部材を有する感圧構造体と、
移動体の移動方向前方側の端部に取り付けられ、前記感圧構造体を収容する中空部が形成された筒状のカバー部材と、を備え、
前記感圧構造体は、前記少なくとも1つの線状感圧部材を覆い、かつ前記移動体の移動方向及び前記カバー部材の延伸方向に直交する幅方向の両端部が前記中空部の内面に対向する被覆部材を有し、
前記少なくとも1つの線状感圧部材の前記中空部内における前記幅方向の位置が前記被覆部材によって規定されている、
挟み込み検知スイッチ。 - 前記少なくとも1つの線状感圧部材が前記感圧構造体の前記幅方向の中央部に配置され、
前記カバー部材は、前記感圧構造体の前記中央部と前記移動体の移動方向に向かい合う突部を有する、
請求項1に記載の挟み込み検知スイッチ。 - 前記感圧構造体は、3つの前記線状感圧部材を含み、前記3つの線状感圧部材のうち、1つの線状感圧部材が前記中央部に、他の2つの線状感圧部材が前記中央部の前記幅方向両側に、それぞれ配置されている、
請求項2に記載の挟み込み検知スイッチ。 - 前記カバー部材は、前記移動体に固定されたベース部と、前記ベース部よりも前記移動体の移動方向前方側に設けられ、前記ベース部との間に前記中空部を形成するカバー部とを有し、
前記突部は、前記ベース部から前記カバー部に向かって突出して設けられ、
前記挟み込みの検出対象が前記移動体の移動方向に沿って前記カバー部材に接触したとき、前記中央部に配置された前記線状感圧部材が前記突部の頂面と前記カバー部の内面との間に挟まれ、
前記挟み込みの検出対象が前記移動体の移動方向に対して傾斜した方向に沿って前記カバー部材に接触したとき、前記中央部の前記幅方向両側に配置された前記2つの線状感圧部材のうち何れかの線状感圧部材が前記突部の側面と前記カバー部の内面との間に挟まれる、
請求項3に記載の挟み込み検知スイッチ。 - 前記感圧構造体は、前記中空部内において、前記突部の前記頂面及び前記側面の少なくとも一部を覆うように湾曲している、
請求項4に記載の挟み込み検知スイッチ。 - 前記感圧構造体は、前記挟み込みが発生していない平常時において、前記被覆部材の前記両端部が共に前記中空部の内面に当接している、
請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の挟み込み検知スイッチ。 - 前記感圧構造体は、前記少なくとも1つの線状感圧部材を前記被覆部材によってモールドしたモールド成形体である、
