Description

The present invention relates to an overhead wire removal method and an overhead wire removal tool suitable for use in removing, for example, an overhead wire laid between a pair of utility poles of an overhead power distribution facility.

For example, some aerial ground branches constructed between a pair of utility poles of an overhead power distribution facility have been built on a utility pole for several decades, and need to be removed according to the degree of deterioration such as corrosion.

The method of removing an aerial ground branch line laid between a pair of utility poles along with a high-voltage main line is broadly divided into a bypass line for securing a power transmission state, and charging (transmission / energization) of the high-voltage main line is stopped to aerial. There are a method of removing the ground support line and a method of performing the charging of the high-voltage main line without stopping (see, for example, Patent Document 1, Patent Document 2, and Patent Document 3).

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 10, the method of removing the aerial ground branch line 2 without stopping the charging of the high-voltage main line 1 is performed by, for example, an operator wearing protective equipment such as high-pressure rubber gloves and a live-line jacket. The high-voltage main line (charging part) 1 in the range is covered with a protective device 100 such as an insulating sheet for protection.

Then, a guide rope support 101 is attached to one utility pole 3, a guide rope support 101 and a retrograde prevention guide 102 are attached to the other utility pole 4, and a guide rope 103 with a carabiner is attached between one utility pole 3 and the other utility pole 4. Wiring / drawing. In the wiring work of the guide rope 103, the carabiner 104 is attached to the overhead ground branch line 2 and the guide rope 103 is sent from one electric pole 3 to the other electric pole 4.

Next, the slack of the guide rope 103 between the pair of utility poles 3 and 4 is removed, and both ends of the overhead ground branch line 2 are cut. Then, using the anti-reverse guide 102, the cut overhead ground branch line 2 is sent to the ground and removed while being wound around the reel supported by the reel mount. Finally, the guide rope 103 with the carabiner, the guide rope support 101, the retrograde prevention guide 102, and the protective device 100 are removed, and the operation is completed.

On the other hand, in the conventional method for removing the aerial ground branch line (overhead wire, wire) 2 shown in FIG. 10, since the high-voltage main line 1 is operated in a charged state, that is, a live line approaching operation, Therefore, it is necessary to wear and install the protective equipment 100, and the workability of the protective equipment and the protective equipment 100 is significantly reduced by wearing and installing the protective equipment 100.

Further, a great deal of labor and time are required for the protection of the charging section of the high-voltage main line 1, the extension of the guide rope 103 with the carabiner, the attachment and removal of the guide rope support 101 and the retrograde prevention guide 102.

Further, in the case where the overhead ground branch line 2 is damaged, it is necessary to reinforce the damaged part in advance, but if a part of the overhead ground branch line 2 to be removed becomes thick by applying this reinforcement, the carabiner 104 or the retrograde prevention guide 102 may catch the reinforcing portion, and the aerial ground branch line 2 may not be removed preferably by the above method.

In view of the above circumstances, the present invention provides an overhead wire removal method and an overhead wire removal tool that enables efficient removal of a wire (overhead wire) installed between a pair of pillars as compared to the conventional case. With the goal.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following means.

Hereinafter, an overhead wire removal method and an overhead wire removal tool according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

Here, in this embodiment, the overhead wire removal method and overhead wire removal tool according to the present invention are applied, and an aerial ground branch line (overhead wire, wire rod) constructed with a high-voltage main line between a pair of utility poles is removed. Give an explanation.

In the overhead wire removal method of this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 (FIGS. 3 and 4), the overhead of one adjacent utility pole (one pole) 3 and the other utility pole 4 (the other pole) is provided. Work floors 5 and 6 for the operator to get on and perform removal work are arranged near the ground support line support part (wire support part) (work floor placement process).

In the present embodiment, for example, an outrigger is extended near each of the power poles 3 and 4 to place an aerial work vehicle, an operator rides on the work floors 5 and 6 such as buckets of the aerial work vehicle, and the boom is extended to each Work floors 5 and 6 and thus workers are arranged at predetermined positions suitable for work on the top side where the overhead wire support portions of the utility poles 3 and 4 are located.

Here, in the overhead wire removal method according to the present embodiment, in addition to the two aerial work vehicles, the overhead ground branch lines 2 are temporarily supported by being provided on the work floors 5 and 6 of the respective aerial work vehicles. A wire rod temporary support device (a pair of wire rod temporary support devices) 11 including a wire rod gripping tool 7, a temporary support rope 8, a temporary support arm (overhead wire removal tool) 9, and a winding device 10 is used.

Then, an operator who rides on the work floor 5 of one of the aerial work vehicles attaches the wire gripping tool 7 to one electric pole 3 side of the aerial ground branch line 2. In addition, a worker on the work floor 6 of the other aerial work vehicle attaches the wire rod gripping tool 7 to the other power pole 4 side of the aerial ground branch line 2.

For example, as shown in FIG. 5 (and FIG. 3), the wire gripping tool 7 is connected to a gripping portion 17 composed of a pair of upper and lower clamp members 15, 16 and a hot stick 18 and is moved up and down by rotating the hot stick 18. An operation unit 19 for holding and releasing the aerial ground branch line 2 by changing the interval between the pair of clamp members 15 and 16 is provided. Further, the wire gripping tool 7 of this embodiment includes a carabiner 14.

When attaching the wire rod gripping tool 7 to the aerial ground branch line 2, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 and 5, the hot stick 18 is connected to the operation unit 19, and the operator operates the hot stick 18. The wire rod gripping tool 7 is temporarily installed so that the overhead ground branch line 2 is arranged between the pair of upper and lower clamp members 15 and 16. Then, after the wire rod holding tool 7 is temporarily installed on the imaginary ground branch line 2, the hot stick 18 is rotated to reduce the distance between the upper and lower pair of clamp members 15, 16, and The branch line 2 is clamped and held (wire holding tool attaching step). Thereby, the wire rod gripping tool 7 can be detachably fixed and attached to a predetermined position of the aerial ground branch line 2 by an indirect hot wire operation.

In addition, each wire rod gripper 7 is connected in advance to a tip (one end) of a temporary support rope 8 such as a wire rope that is wound around a winding device 10 such as a winch and is drawn out from the winding device 10 in advance.

Here, in this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, a temporary support arm 9 is provided together with the hoisting device 10 on the side portions of the work floors 5 and 6 of the aerial work platform. The temporary support arm 9 is made of, for example, a metal columnar column having a square cross section, and is provided so as to rotatably support the rear end side. For example, the temporary support arm 9 rotates around the rear end side from the state where it extends horizontally from the buckets 5 and 6 that are working floors to the state where it extends vertically right above the side portions of the buckets 5 and 6. It is configured to move. Note that the temporary support arm 9 of the present embodiment is configured to be rotated by driving of an electric motor or the like, and to be fixed at an arbitrary inclination angle when driving is stopped. The temporary support arm 9 may be provided so as to be rotatable around an axis extending in the vertical direction.

The temporary support rope 8 is unwound from a hoisting device 10 provided on the rear end side of the temporary support arm 9, and extends toward the front end along the material axis direction of the temporary support arm 9 (almost along the material axis direction). It is extended and supported by a temporary support rope feeding / winding support mechanism 20 provided integrally at the tip of the temporary support arm 9 so as to be smoothly fed / wound up (temporary support rope / temporary support arm mounting step). The temporary support rope 8 is wound and supported by the temporary support rope feeding / winding support mechanism 20 so that its extending direction is bent in an arbitrary direction intersecting the material axis direction of the temporary support arm 9, and the tip is a wire rod. It is connected to the gripping tool 7.

Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 6 to 9 (FIGS. 1 to 4), the temporary support rope unwinding / winding support mechanism 20 is unwound from the hoisting device 10 along the material axis direction O1 of the temporary support arm 9. The temporary support rope 8 is provided so as to surround the temporary support rope 8 in a front view as viewed from the feeding direction T1 of the temporary support rope 8, and smoothly supports the temporary support rope 8 so that the temporary support rope 8 can be fed / wound up.

The temporary support rope feeding / winding support mechanism 20 of the present embodiment has the temporary support arm 9 in a state where the temporary support arm 9 is turned down and leveled, and the rotation axis O2 of the temporary support arm 9 is along the rotation axis of the temporary support arm 9, so A pair of upper and lower support rollers 21 and 22 disposed at a predetermined interval in the vertical direction, and the rotation axis O3 of the pair are orthogonal to the rotation axis of the temporary support arm 9, and the temporary support rope 8 is interposed between the left and right. And a pair of left and right support rollers 23 and 24 arranged at a predetermined interval.

Furthermore, the temporary support rope feeding / winding support mechanism 20 according to the present embodiment includes two pairs (2) of one pair (one stage) of a pair of upper and lower support rollers 21 and 22 spaced apart in the material axis direction O1 of the temporary support arm 9. Step) The pair of left and right support rollers 23, 24 are arranged in parallel and spaced in the material axis direction O 1 of the temporary support arm 9 so that the two pairs of upper and lower support rollers 21, 22 are arranged between them. Two sets (two stages) are provided side by side, and a total of eight support rollers 21 to 24 are provided. A space surrounded by a total of eight support rollers 21 to 24 in a front view as viewed from the feeding direction T1 of the temporary support rope 8 is an insertion space H through which the temporary support rope 8 is inserted.

The temporary support rope unwinding / winding support mechanism 20 according to the present embodiment is formed in a rectangular tube shape, and is fitted to the distal end portion of the temporary support arm 9 and fixed by bolting or the like, and a connection portion 25, and a cylindrical cylindrical roller support box 26 provided integrally therewith, and a total of eight support rollers 21 to 24 are pivotally provided inside the roller support box 26.
Thus, the temporary support rope feeding / winding support mechanism 20 can be easily mounted and provided at the distal end portion of the temporary support arm 9 simply by fitting the connecting portion 25 to the distal end portion of the temporary support arm 9 and tightening the bolt. Can do.

Further, the roller support box 26 has, for example, one side wall portion (26a) that forms an upper surface in a state where the temporary support arm 9 is horizontally turned down along a material axis direction O1 of the temporary support arm 9 by a hinge (hinge portion) 27. The door portion 26a is rotatable around the axis O4, and the inside of the roller support box 26 can be opened and closed by rotating the door portion 26a. A two-stage upper support roller 21 is pivotally attached to the inside of one side wall portion of the door portion 26a.
Thereby, by rotating and opening the door part 26a, the two upper support rollers 21 supported by the door part 26a rotate, and the temporary support rope 8 can be easily inserted and arranged in the insertion space H. Can do.

Further, the roller support box 26 is provided with a door fixing portion 28 for holding the door portion 26a in a closed state.

In the overhead wire removal method of this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 (FIGS. 6 to 9), the wire rod holding tool 7 to which the tip of the temporary support rope 8 is connected is subjected to an indirect hot wire operation. After attaching to the branch line 2, the temporary support rope 8 is inserted and disposed in the insertion space H formed by opening and closing the door portion 26a and being surrounded by the eight support rollers 21 to 24. Further, the temporary support arm 9 is turned down and the hoisting device 10 is driven while being extended outward from the work floors 5 and 6 of the bucket of the aerial work vehicle. "Tension" is applied.

At this time, tension is applied to the temporary support rope 8 so as to pull the aerial ground branch line 2 from the two power poles 3 and 4 to the outside, but the temporary support rope 8 is provided with the temporary support rope feeding / winding support mechanism 20. Since it is surrounded by the eight support rollers 21 to 24, it is surely supported by contacting any one of the support rollers 21 to 24 (in this embodiment, a pair of left and right support rollers 23 and 24 in this embodiment). Is done.
As a result, the temporary support rope 8 can be wound and supported by the temporary support rope feeding / winding support mechanism 20 so that the temporary support rope 8 is smoothly bent and the extending direction is bent in an arbitrary direction.

Next, in a state in which “predetermined tension” is applied to the temporary support rope 8 and the aerial ground branch line 2, between one electric pole 3 and one wire rod gripping tool 7 attached to the one electric pole 3 side, and the other An operator who rides on the work floors 5 and 6 of the aerial work vehicle in two places S1 and S2 of the aerial ground branch line 2 between the utility pole 4 and the other wire rod gripping tool 7 attached to the other utility pole 4 side, respectively. Cut (wire cutting work process).

When the two locations S1 and S2 of the aerial ground branch line 2 are cut in this way, the cut and separated aerial ground branch line 2 is wound up with the wire rod gripping tool 7, the temporary support rope 8 and the temporary support arm 9 provided on each of the high-altitude work vehicles. It is supported by a wire temporary support device 11 (a pair of wire temporary support devices 11) made up of the device 10.

In the present embodiment, the “predetermined tension” applied to the temporary support rope 8 means that when the overhead ground branch line 2 is cut and separated, the cut and separated overhead ground branch line 2 comes into contact with the high-voltage main line 1. In the present invention, it means a tension that can ensure a predetermined separation distance between the cut and separated aerial ground branch line 2 and other adjacent objects.

Further, in this embodiment, after the wire rod gripping tool 7 is attached to the aerial ground branch line 2 by indirect hot wire work, the door portion 26a is opened and closed, and temporarily supported in the insertion space H of the temporary support rope feeding / winding support mechanism 20 Although the rope 8 is inserted and arranged, the wire holding tool 7 may be attached to the aerial ground branch 2 after the temporary support rope 8 is inserted and arranged in the insertion space H of the temporary support rope feeding / winding support mechanism 20. I do not care. In other words, the temporary support rope 8 may be inserted and disposed in the insertion space H of the temporary support rope feeding / winding support mechanism 20 before attaching the wire gripping tool 7 to the aerial ground branch 2.

Furthermore, when the overhead ground branch line 2 to be removed is cut and separated, the remaining overhead ground branch 2 side supported by the electric poles 3 and 4 may be detached from the overhead line support portions of the electric poles 3 and 4 and dropped. In such a case, for example, as shown in FIG. 3 (FIG. 5), the wire rod similar to that of the present embodiment is separately added to the remaining overhead ground branch line 2 at the stage before the overhead ground branch line 2 is cut and separated. Attaching the gripping tool 7 ', connecting the rope 30 to the carabiner 14 of the wire gripping tool 7' in an annular shape, and hooking it on the annular rope 30 from the top through the utility poles 3 and 4, the aerial ground branch line 2 is cut and separated. Later, even if the remaining overhead ground branch line 2 is detached from the overhead wire support part of the utility poles 3 and 4, it can be supported by the utility poles 3 and 4 by the separately provided wire rod gripping tool 7 ′ and the annular rope 30, and surely falls. Can be prevented.

Next, as shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 4 (FIGS. 6 to 9), after the cut and separated aerial ground branch line 2 is supported by a pair of wire temporary support devices 11 provided in each aerial work vehicle, The temporary support arms 9 are respectively rotated and raised, and the cut and separated aerial ground branch line 2 is pulled up while securing a predetermined tension state, and is separated from the original position (original position) where it has been installed (wire removal process) ).

At this time, the temporary support rope 8 that supports the aerial ground branch line 2 moves in the insertion space H of the temporary support rope feed / roll-up support mechanism 20 with the rotation of the temporary support arm 9. Since it is surrounded by the eight support rollers 21 to 24 of the temporary support rope unwinding / winding support mechanism 20, any one of the support rollers 21 to 24 (in this embodiment, a pair of upper and lower pairs of supports in this embodiment) The rollers 21 and 22) are in contact with and supported.
Thereby, even when pulling up the cut and separated aerial ground branch line 2 while securing a predetermined tension state and separating it from the original position (original position) that has been erected, the temporary support rope feed / winding support mechanism 20 The temporary support rope 8 can be smoothly wound and supported so that its extending direction is bent in an arbitrary direction.

Then, since the cut and separated aerial ground branch line 2 can be separated by the rotation of the pair of temporary support arms 9, the cutting operation of the aerial ground branch line 2 is performed in consideration of the rotation range of the pair of temporary support arms 9. Thus, the separated overhead ground branch line 2 can be moved from the original position in a state in which a sufficient separation distance from the high voltage main line 1 is ensured and the overhead ground branch line 2 does not contact the high voltage main line 1. .

When the aerial ground branch line 2 is separated from the original position, the boom of the work platform is operated to lower the work floors 5 and 6, or the hoisting device 10 is driven to feed the temporary support rope 8 to cut. The separated aerial ground branch line 2 can be lowered to a predetermined position such as the ground (wire removal process).

Therefore, in the overhead wire removal method (and the overhead wire removal tool 9) of the present embodiment, when the overhead ground branch line 2 installed on the pair of utility poles 3 and 4 is removed together with the high-voltage main line 1, the operator uses high-pressure rubber gloves. It is not necessary to wear protective equipment such as a live-line jacket, and it is possible to cut and remove the aerial ground branch line 2 without protecting the charging part of the high-voltage main line 1 with protective equipment 100 such as an insulating sheet. Become.

In addition, the conventional high-voltage main line 1 charging unit protection, the extension of the carabiner-equipped guide rope 103, the attachment of the guide rope support 101 and the retrograde prevention guide 102, and the complicated work requiring a great amount of labor and time. There is no work, and the aerial ground branch line 2 can be easily cut and removed.

Furthermore, even if the overhead ground branch line 2 is damaged and the damaged part is reinforced in advance, the overhead ground branch line 2 can be suitably cut and removed without affecting the removal work of the overhead ground branch line 2 at all. It becomes possible.

Therefore, according to the overhead wire removal method (and overhead wire removal tool 9) of the present embodiment, the overhead ground branch line (overhead wire, wire) 2 installed between the pair of utility poles 3 and 4 is more efficient than the conventional method. Can be removed.

As mentioned above, although one Embodiment of the removal method of the overhead wire which concerns on this invention, and the overhead wire removal tool was described, this invention is not limited to said embodiment, In the range which does not deviate from the meaning, it can change suitably. .

For example, in this embodiment, the overhead wire branch line (overhead wire, wire rod) 2 is installed between the pair of utility poles 3 and 4 together with the high-voltage main line 1 and the like by applying the overhead wire removal method and overhead wire removal tool 9 according to the present invention. However, the present invention is not necessarily limited to the removal of the overhead ground branch line 2, and is not limited to the electric poles 3 and 4, but is a wire rod (an overhead wire) installed on a pair of pillars. Applicable to any case / overhead wire removal work.

Further, in the present embodiment, the temporary support rope feeding / winding support mechanism 20 is configured to include the eight support rollers 21 to 24.
On the other hand, the temporary support rope unwinding / winding support mechanism 20 according to the present invention is provided so as to surround the temporary support rope 8 in a front view as viewed from the unwinding direction of the temporary support rope 8, and unwinds the temporary support rope 8. / When the temporary support arm 9 can be supported so that it can be rolled up, the temporary support rope 8 is automatically wound so as to bend smoothly in an arbitrary direction. What is necessary is just to be able to support.

Therefore, the temporary support rope feeding / winding support mechanism 20 according to the present invention does not need to be limited by the number of the support rollers 21 to 24 and need not be configured by the support rollers 21 to 24. For example, the temporary support rope 8 is formed in a cylindrical shape that is inserted into the inside, and the inner surface with which the temporary support rope 8 abuts is formed of a sliding member using polytetrafluoroethylene (for example, Teflon: registered trademark) or the like. In this case as well, it is possible to obtain the same effect as the present embodiment.

The work floor according to the present invention need not be limited to the work floors 5 and 6 of the aerial work vehicle.
