Description
Claims (15)
- 基材と、
前記基材上にある第1の材料であって、結合剤および第1の活性材料を有する第1の材料と、
前記第1の活性材料の上部から前記基材に向かって部分的にのみ延びる、周期的に配置された台形の空洞と、
前記台形の空洞を充填する電解質材料と、を備える、構造。 - 前記台形の空洞の内側表面の少なくとも一部をコーティングする第2の活性材料を更に含み、前記第2の活性材料は、前記第1の材料よりも密度が低い、請求項1に記載の構造。
- 前記第1の活性材料と交互嵌合した第2の活性材料を更に含み、前記第2の活性材料は、前記第1の活性材料よりも密度が低く、前記台形の空洞は、前記第2の活性材料中に存在する、請求項1に記載の構造。
- 前記第2の材料は、前記第1の材料のより希薄な懸濁液である、請求項3に記載の構造。
- 基材上にある第1の材料を堆積することであって、第1の活性材料、溶媒、および結合剤を含む第1の材料を、堆積することと、
第2の材料を堆積することであって、第2の活性材料および溶媒を含む第2の材料を堆積して、前記第1の材料との交互嵌合構造を形成することと、
前記交互嵌合構造を乾燥して、前記第1の材料から前記溶媒を除去し、かつ前記第2の材料を除去して、台形の空洞を形成することと、
電解質で前記台形の空洞を充填することと、を含む、構造の製造方法。 - 前記第2の材料を堆積することは、前記第2の材料を、前記第1の材料との交互嵌合ストライプとして堆積することを含み、前記構造の各ストライプが、前記基材に到達する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記交互嵌合構造を乾燥することは、前記交互嵌合構造を乾燥して、これにより、台形の空洞を前記第2の材料中に形成することを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の材料を堆積することは、前記第2の材料を、前記第1の材料との周期的な台形のストライプとして堆積することを含み、前記第2の材料が、前記基材に到達しない、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記交互嵌合構造を乾燥することは、前記第2の材料の残渣のみが前記台形の空洞の内部表面上に残るまで、前記交互嵌合構造を乾燥することを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 基材上の孤立構造であって、第1の材料から形成された孤立構造と、
前記孤立構造を取り囲む電解質と、を備える、デバイス。 - 共押出成形印刷ヘッドを使用して、第1の材料および第2の材料に圧力を加えることにより、基材上に前記第1の材料および前記第2の材料を堆積することと、
前記第2の材料に取り囲まれた前記第1の材料の孤立構造を形成して、中間構造を形成するように、前記第1の材料に加えられた前記圧力を周期的に減少させて、前記第1の材料の堆積を停止することと、
前記中間構造を乾燥し、孤立構造を前記基材上に残すことと、を含む、孤立構造の形成方法。 - 前記第1の材料を堆積することは、溶媒、結合剤、および第1の活性材料からなる前記第1の材料を堆積することを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の材料を堆積することは、溶媒および第2の活性材料からなる前記第2の材料を堆積することを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の材料は、前記第1の材料よりも密度が低い、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の材料は、前記第1の材料のより希薄な溶液である、請求項11に記載の方法。
