Claims (8)
- 基材層と、
前記基材層上に配置され、有機成分を含有した無機酸化物を含む表面層と、
を具備し、
前記表面層の十点平均粗さが、像坦持体上に付着するトナーの量を検出するためのセンサーから照射される入射光の波長の69%以上であり、かつ、前記トナーの平均粒径の20%未満である、
像坦持体。 - 前記無機酸化物は、アルキル基を含む二酸化ケイ素であり、
前記十点平均粗さは、0.6μm以上、かつ、1.3μm以下である、
請求項1に記載の像坦持体。 - 前記有機成分の含有量をA質量%とし、前記表面層の膜厚をBμmとした場合、式(1)の関係を満たす、
請求項1または2に記載の像坦持体。
0.05 × A < B < 0.05 × A + 2 ・・・(1) - 前記表面層の膜厚は、1.0μm以上、かつ、3.0μm以下である、
請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の像坦持体。 - 前記有機成分の含有量は、10質量%以上、かつ、30質量%以下である、
請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の像坦持体。 - 前記有機成分の含有量が30質量%より多い場合、
前記表面層の膜厚をCμmとし、前記表面層と前記基材層との抵抗値差をDlogΩ/□とすると、式(2)の関係を満たす、
