Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a rack for electronic devices.
Conventionally, for example, a rack is known in which electronic devices related to a network are mounted in stacks (see, for example, Patent Document 1). Patent Document 1 discloses a partition plate and its both ends for the purpose of attaching a partition plate (referred to as a "rail" in Patent Document 1) for mounting an electronic device in a rack for electronic devices easily and at an arbitrary height. Discloses a rack for electronic equipment comprising a front and rear longitudinal frame supporting the
Specifically, the partition plate is provided with locking claws at its both ends, and a long hole in the vertical direction inside thereof, and one (front side) vertical frame is a locking hole and a vertical direction of the inner side thereof And a screw hole on the inner side thereof, and the other (rear) longitudinal frame includes a locking hole and a screw hole on the inner side thereof. The partition plate has its locking claws stepwise attached to locking holes provided at regular intervals in the height direction, or steplessly in the slit similarly forming a long hole in the height direction You can choose to be attached to the and after selection, screwed through the screw holes.
However, in Patent Document 1, when attaching the partition plate, the locking claws at both ends thereof are shifted in the height direction in the front and rear vertical frames, and are attached obliquely at the front and rear, or the locking claws of the left and right partition plates However, there has been a problem that there is a possibility that the left and right vertical frames may be shifted in the height direction, and may be attached obliquely at the left and right. Furthermore, it is troublesome for the user because it requires screwing after locking the partition plate to the vertical frame, and in particular, there is a problem that the screwing needs to be performed again if the back and forth or left and right deviation is noticed after installation. there were .

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the respective drawings, the same reference numerals denote the same or corresponding parts. Further, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments as is apparent from the following description, and various modifications can be made by those skilled in the art within the scope of the invention.
(Rack for electronic devices)
First, the entire configuration of the electronic device rack 1 according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. FIG. 1 shows the electronic device rack 1 in a state in which the electronic devices Ea, Eb, Ec are mounted. FIG. 2 shows only the electronic device rack 1 by omitting the electronic devices Ea, Eb and Ec from FIG. The electronic devices Ea, Eb, and Ec are, for example, various electronic devices constituting a network, but are not limited to those used for a specific application.
As shown in FIG. 1, the electronic device rack 1 has a pair of a top plate 2, a bottom plate 3, left and right side plates 4, and a pair of spaces which are partitioned in the vertical direction between the top plate 2 and the bottom plate 3. The partition plate 5 is provided. The top plate 2, the bottom plate 3 and the partition plate 5 are fitted to the rail portion 42 (see FIG. 3) of the side plate 4. In FIG. 1, the electronic device Ec is on the bottom plate 3, the electronic device Eb is on the electronic device Ec, the partition plate 5 is on the electronic device Eb, and the electronic device Ea is on the partition plate 5 in order from the bottom. The case where each is mounted is shown. Although three electronic devices Ea, Eb, and Ec are shown here, the number of electronic devices Ea, Eb, and Ec is, of course, not limited thereto, and two or four or more may be used.
FIG. 1 shows an example in which the partition plate 5 is positioned between the electronic device Ea and the electronic device Eb which need to secure the heat dissipation, and the space between the electronic device Ea and the electronic device Eb is shown by the partition plate 5 H is secured. Of course, depending on the type of the electronic devices Eb and Ec, the partition plate 5 may be provided between the electronic device Eb and the electronic device Ec, and also between the electronic device Ec and the bottom plate 3. As described above, in the present embodiment, the weight of the mounted electronic device Ea is that of the electronic devices Ea, Eb, and the weight of the electronic devices Ea and Eb that of the electronic devices Ea, Eb, and Ec. Since the weight is structured to be supported by the bottom plate 3, the number of members required for the support structure can be reduced as compared with the conventional rack.
FIG. 2 illustrates only the electronic device rack 1 with the electronic devices Ea, Eb, and Ec omitted to facilitate understanding of the components of the electronic device rack 1. As will be described in detail later, the partition plate 5 is slidably fitted to the side plate 4 and is not fixed to a specific position of the side plate 4. Therefore, the partition plate 5 is lowered until it contacts the bottom plate 3 in the free state, but in FIG. 2, it is assumed that the partition plate 5 is located at the position corresponding to FIG. 1 for the explanation of the embodiment. It shows the state.
(Top board)
Next, with reference to the exploded perspective view shown in FIG. 3, the components of the electronic device rack 1 will be described separately. The top 2 forms a C-shape in a front view opening downward, and the canopy 21 covers the rack 1 for the electronic device, and a pair of ceilings extending downward from the left and right of the canopy 21. And a plate fitting portion 22. The top plate fitting portion 22 is fitted to the upper portion of the rail portion 42 of the side plate 4 described later. In forming the top 2 in a C-shape, for example, the canopy 21 and the left and right top fitted portions 22 may be formed of separate members and joined together, but the manufacturing process is simplified. From the point of view, it is preferable to bend one sheet metal to form two parts and three sides.
(Bottom plate)
The bottom plate 3 forms a C-shape in a front view opening upward, and a support portion 31 supporting the electronic devices Ea, Eb, and Ec, and a pair extending upward from the left and right of the support portion 31. And a bottom plate fitted portion 32. The bottom plate fitting portion 32 is also fitted to the lower portion of the rail portion 42 of the side plate 4 described later, similarly to the top plate fitting portion 22. When forming the bottom plate 3 in a C-shape, for example, the support portion 31 and the left and right bottom plate fitted portions 32 may be formed of separate members and joined to each other, but the viewpoint of simplifying the manufacturing process From this point, it is preferable to bend one sheet metal to form two parts and three sides.
(Side plate)
The side plate 4 has a flat plate-like main body portion 41 and a pair of rail portions 42 formed along the height direction (vertical direction) at both ends of the main body portion 41 in front and rear (in the figure, near side and back side). Have. When the rail portion 42 is formed on the side plate 4, for example, the main body portion 41 and the front and rear rail portions 42 may be formed of separate members and joined together, but from the viewpoint of simplifying the manufacturing process, It is preferable to form the rail portion 42 by folding back the front and rear ends of one sheet metal. As described above, the top plate fitted portion 22 of the top plate 2 is fitted to the upper portion of the rail portion 42 and the bottom plate fitted portion 32 of the bottom plate 3 is fitted to the lower portion thereof. Since the aspect in which the top plate fitted portion 22 and the bottom plate fitted portion 32 fit in the rail portion 42 is substantially the same, the bottom plate fitted portion 32 will be representatively described below.
FIG. 4 is a plan view of the electronic device rack 1 with the top plate 2 and the partition plate 5 omitted, and FIG. 5 is an enlarged view of the area F1 of FIG. 4, that is, the fitting state of the bottom plate 3 and the side plate 4. FIG. Although in FIG. 4 the bottom plate fitting portion 32 is in close contact with the main body portion 41 of the side plate 4 and the rail portion 42 for the sake of illustration, in actuality, the bottom plate fitting portion 32 and the rail portion 42 are shown. The clearance C is provided as shown in FIG.
The side plate 4 has a rail portion 42 formed by folding back an end portion of the main body portion 41 having a thickness T1, and a gap 43 is formed between the main body portion 41 and the rail portion 42. The gap 43 has a width obtained by adding the clearance C on both sides to the thickness T2 of the bottom plate fitted portion 32 of the bottom plate 3 to be fitted.
The thickness T1 and the thickness T2 may be the same or different, but when the side plate 4 and the bottom plate 3 are made of the same member (for example, a sheet metal), they have the same thickness. Here, for convenience of explanation, the clearance C is shown to be equal on both sides of the bottom plate fitting portion 32 in the gap 43, but the bottom plate fitting portion 32 is the side of the main body portion 41 or the rail portion 42. It does not mean that the bottom plate fitting portion 32 has to be located at the center in the width direction of the gap 43 without any problem even if it is in a position biased to the side of the gap.
By fitting the bottom plate fitting portion 32 (and the top plate fitting portion 22) to the rail portion 42 of the side plate 4 based on the above configuration, the electronic device rack 1 can be screwed or the like. It is assembled without the need for securing means.
(Partition board)
The partition plate 5 is configured to partially divide the space in the vertical direction between the top plate 2 and the bottom plate 3, and is provided as a pair corresponding to the left and right side plates 4. The partition plate 5 is formed in a C-shape in a front view opening toward the side, and the upper partition portion 51, the lower partition portion 52, and one end of the upper partition portion 51 and the lower partition portion 52 And an end plate portion 53 to be connected. A groove 54 is provided at the base end of the upper partition 51 and the lower partition 52 and in the vicinity of a C-shaped bent portion (a connection portion between the upper partition 51 and the end plate 53 and the lower partition 52 and the end plate 53). Has been cut.
When the partition plate 5 is attached to the electronic device rack 1, the groove portion 54 is fitted to the rail portion 42 of the side plate 4 with the end plate portion 53 on the side of the main body portion 41 of the side plate 4. The partition plate 5 will be in the state open | released toward the inner side. In forming the partition plate 5, for example, the upper partition portion 51, the lower partition portion 52, and the end plate portion 53 may be formed of separate members and joined together, but from the viewpoint of simplifying the manufacturing process. Preferably, one sheet metal is bent to form a three-part three-sided surface.
An aspect in which the groove portion 54 of the partition plate 5 is fitted to the rail portion 42 of the side plate 4 will be described with reference to FIGS. 6 and 7. 6 is a plan view of the electronic apparatus rack 1 with the top plate 2 omitted, and FIG. 7 is an enlarged view of a region F2 of FIG. 6, that is, the fitted state of the side plate 4 and the partition plate 5. FIG.
As shown in FIG. 6, a pair of groove portions 54 provided on the front and rear (upper and lower in the drawing) of the partition plate 5 is in a pair of rail portions 42 provided on the front and rear (upper and lower in the drawing) of the side plate 4. It is slidably fitted. In FIG. 6, the end plate portion 53 of the partition plate 5 is in close contact with the main body portion 41 of the side plate 4 and the rail portion 42 and the rail portion 42 of the side plate 4 is in close contact with the groove portion 54 of the partition plate 5. However, in practice, a clearance C is provided as shown in FIG. 7 which shows the fitting state of the groove 54 and the rail 42 in an enlarged manner.
Although the side plate 4 is the same as FIG. 5, as shown in FIG. 7, it has the rail part 42 formed by folding back the end of the main body part 41 having the thickness T1, and the main body 41 and the rail part A gap 43 is formed between 42. The gap 43 has a width obtained by adding the clearance C on both sides to the thickness T3 of the end plate portion 53 of the partition plate 5 to be fitted.
The thickness T1 and the thickness T3 may be the same or different, but when the side plate 4 and the partition plate 5 are formed of the same member (for example, a sheet metal), they have the same thickness. Here, for convenience of explanation, the clearance C is shown to be equally spaced on both sides of the end plate portion 53 in the gap 43, but the end plate portion 53 is biased to the side of the main portion 41 or the side of the rail portion 42. However, this does not mean that the end plate portion 53 must be located at the center of the gap 43 in the width direction. The thickness T3 may be the same as or different from the thickness T2 of the top plate fitting portion 22 and the bottom plate fitting portion 32 described above, but the top plate 2 and the bottom plate 3 and the partition plate 5 are the same. When it comprises with a member (for example, sheet metal), it becomes the same thickness.
On the other hand, in the partition plate 5, as described above, the groove portion 54 is formed at the base end of the upper partition portion 51 (and the lower partition portion 52). The groove portion 54 has a width obtained by adding clearances C on both sides to the thickness T1 of the rail portion 42 of the side plate 4. For convenience of explanation, although the clearance C is shown to be evenly distributed on both sides of the rail portion 42 in the groove portion 54, the rail portion 42 is biased to the end plate portion 53 side or the upper partition portion 51 as well as the gap 43. It does not mean that the rail portion 42 must be located at the center in the width direction of the groove portion 54 without any problem even if it is at the same position.
With the end plate portion 53 of the partition plate 5 fitted in the gap 43 of the side plate 4 and the rail portion 42 of the side plate 4 fitted in the groove portion 54 of the partition plate 5 based on the above configuration, the partition plate 5 is a side plate It will be fitted to 4 freely. Thereby, the partition plate 5 can be set at an arbitrary position according to the electronic devices Ea, Eb, Ec without requiring fixing means such as screwing, and further, the electronic devices Ea, Eb, Ec and The free contact allows the level to be naturally maintained in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction, and there is no need to adjust / fine adjust / re-adjust the set position.
(Modification)
A modification of the electronic device rack 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. 8 and 9. FIG. 8 is an exploded perspective view showing a modification of the electronic device rack 1 corresponding to FIG. 3. FIG. 9 shows the area of FIG. 5 for the bottom plate fitted portion 32 of the bottom plate 3 in FIG. It is a figure which expands and shows the field corresponding to F1.
In the modification, the elastic member 6 is provided on at least one of the top plate fitting portion 22 of the top plate 2 and the bottom plate fitting portion 32 of the bottom plate 3. FIG. 8 shows an example in which the elastic member 6 is provided by sticking to the front and rear corners of the lower end of the top plate fitted portion 22 and the front and rear corners of the upper end of the bottom plate fitted portion 32. It may be provided in any one of the top plate fitted portion 22 and the bottom plate fitted portion 32 in consideration of the size and the material of the electronic device rack 1, the weight of the electronic devices Ea, Eb and Ec, and the like. The elastic member 6 is formed of, for example, silicone rubber.
The elastic member 6 is, as shown in FIG. 9 in an enlarged manner, a clearance C generated when the bottom plate fitting portion 32 of the bottom plate 3 is fitted in the gap 43 between the main portion 41 of the side plate 4 and the rail portion 42. Substantially satisfied. Thereby, the instability of the rack 1 for an electronic device after assembly which may occur depending on the size of the clearance C can be prevented and the stability can be ensured. Although FIG. 9 shows the bottom plate fitted portion 32 of the bottom plate 3, the same applies to the top plate fitted portion 22 of the top plate 2.
