豚ばらスライス肉を一枚ずつ両端を内側に折り畳んで長さを揃える折畳み手段と、
折畳み手段で折り畳まれた豚ばらスライス肉を受け取り盛付位置まで搬送する搬送コンベヤと、
搬送コンベヤの終端部下方の盛付位置にトレーを供給するトレー供給手段を具備し、
折畳み手段によって両端が折り畳まれた豚ばらスライス肉を1枚ずつ搬送コンベヤの始端部上に折り畳まれた側を下にし先の豚ばらスライス肉と一部が重なるうろこ状に積み重ねた状態で1パック分毎に区切って受取り、該1パック分の豚ばらスライス肉を搬送コンベヤの終端部において終端部とトレーとの相対移動によって積み重ねられた姿勢を保持したままでトレー内に盛り付け可能とされたことを特徴とする豚ばらスライス肉のトレー盛付装置。
