The rotor 2 and the stator 3 are accommodated in the casing 4. The motor A is a so-called inner rotor type DC brushless motor in which the rotor 2 is disposed on the radially inner side of the stator 3.

<1.1 Shaft configuration>
The shaft 1 has a cylindrical shape. The shaft 1 is disposed along the axial direction along the central axis Ax. As shown in FIG. 1, the shaft 1 passes through a through hole 510 described later provided in the cover member 5. The shaft 1 is rotatably supported by the first bearing Br1 and the second bearing Br2. A rotating body (not shown) that is rotated by a motor A such as an impeller or a gear is attached to a portion of the shaft 1 that protrudes outside from the cover member 5.

The first bearing Br1 and the second bearing Br2 are ball bearings. The shaft 1 is fixed to the inner rings of the first bearing Br1 and the second bearing Br2. Examples of the fixing method include, but are not limited to, adhesive insertion and press-fitting. The rotor 2 is a magnet in which a magnet is molded from a resin containing magnetic powder and is fixed to the shaft 1 integrally. In this case, the N pole and the S pole are alternately magnetized in the circumferential direction in the magnet.

In addition, it may replace with what was integrally molded with resin, and the structure which arrange | positions a some magnet on the outer side of the shaft 1 via a rotor core may be sufficient. In this case, the plurality of magnets are arranged such that the N-pole magnetic pole surface and the S-pole magnetic pole surface are alternately arranged and arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction. Further, a single annular magnet may be used instead of the plurality of magnets. In this case, it is only necessary that the N pole and the S pole are alternately magnetized in the circumferential direction in the magnet.

The stator core 31 includes a plurality of tooth portions 312. The plurality of tooth portions 312 are arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction.

The stator core 31 may have a structure in which electromagnetic steel plates are laminated, or may be a single member formed by firing or casting a powder. The stator core 31 may be configured to be divided into divided cores including one tooth portion 312 or may be formed by winding a band-shaped member. The center of the stator 3 in the radial direction penetrates in the axial direction, and the rotor 2 is disposed in the penetrating portion.

The insulator 32 covers the stator 31. The insulator 32 is a resin molded body. The insulator 32 covers the entire tooth portion 312. A coil 33 is formed by winding a conductive wire around the tooth portion 312 covered with the insulator 32. By the insulator 32, the stator core 31 and the coil 33 are insulated. In the present embodiment, the insulator 32 is a resin molded body, but is not limited thereto. The structure which can insulate the stator core 31 and the coil 33 can be employ | adopted widely.

The coil 33 is disposed in each of the tooth portions 312 of the stator core 31. The plurality of coils 33 provided in the stator 3 are divided into three systems (hereinafter referred to as three phases) according to the timing at which current is supplied. These three phases are referred to as a U phase, a V phase, and a W phase, respectively. That is, the stator 1 includes the same number of U-phase coils, V-phase coils, and W-phase coils. In the following description, the coils of each phase are collectively described as the coil 33.

<1.4 Configuration of casing and cover member>
The casing 4 is a resin molded product in which the stator core 31 is resin-sealed. That is, the casing 4 seals the stator 3. The casing 4 includes a stator sealing portion 41, a casing bottom plate portion 42, and a casing cylinder portion 43. The stator sealing portion 41 seals the stator 3 inside by resin molding. The stator sealing portion 41 is annular. The casing bottom plate portion 42 extends radially inward from the end portion on the counter-output side of the inner surface of the stator sealing portion 41. A through hole penetrating in the axial direction is formed in the center of the casing bottom plate portion 42, and a bearing holding portion 421 for holding the second bearing Br2 is fixed to the through hole.

Here, when the casing 4 is molded, the bearing holding portion 421 is fixed by insert molding of the bearing holding portion 421. The fixing of the bearing holding portion 421 is not limited to insert molding, and for example, press fitting, adhesion, or the like may be employed. The bearing holding portion 421 protrudes toward the opposite side in the axial direction.

The casing cylinder portion 43 is a cylindrical body having a circular cross section that extends from the radial outer edge of the stator sealing portion 41 to the axial output side. In the axial direction of the casing tube portion 43, the outer wall portion 44 protrudes from the output side end portion toward the axial output side. In the casing 4, the rotor 2 is rotatably disposed inside the stator sealing portion 41 in the radial direction. In addition, the wiring board 6 is disposed inside the casing cylinder portion 43 in the radial direction. The wiring board 6 is disposed orthogonal to the central axis Ax.

The outer wall portion 44 is formed integrally with the same member as the casing tube portion 43. A cutout portion 441 that is partially cut off in the circumferential direction is formed at the end on the output side in the axial direction of the outer wall portion 44. In other words, the notch 441 penetrates from the inside of the casing 4 to the outside. The connector 7 is fixed to the notch 441. Details of fixing the notch 441 and the connector 7 to the notch 441 will be described later. That is, the casing 4 has an opening on the axial output side.

On the radially inner side of the notch 441, a radial step 442 having a step having a different axial height in the radial direction is formed. The radial step 442 fits into a second holding step 726 described later of the connector 7. Although details will be described later, the radial step of the connector 7 is suppressed by fitting the radial step 442 into the second holding step 726. In addition, circumferential step portions 443 that are shifted in the circumferential direction are formed on both inner surfaces in the circumferential direction of the notch portion 441. A first holding step 725, which will be described later, of the connector 7 is fitted into the circumferential step 443. Although details will be described later, when the first holding step portion 725 is fitted to the circumferential step portion 443, the radial movement of the connector 7 is suppressed. If the connector 7 can be securely held, either one or both of the radial step 442 and the circumferential step 443 may be omitted.

As shown in FIG. 3, a support convex portion 45 that supports the wiring substrate 6 is disposed on the surface on the axial output side of the stator sealing portion 41. The support convex portion 45 is integrally formed with the stator sealing portion 41. The support protrusion 45 may be formed of a member different from the stator sealing portion 41 and may be fixed by a fixing method such as adhesion or screwing. Further, the support convex portion 45 may be formed integrally with the insulator 32 and exposed from the stator sealing portion 41.

The support convex part 45 protrudes to the axial direction output side. The support convex portion 45 includes a first convex portion 451 and a second convex portion 452. In the support convex portion 45, the first convex portion 451 has a cylindrical shape, but is not limited thereto, and may be any configuration that can support the substrate. For example, a column having a polygonal cross section such as a quadrangular prism or a triangular prism. It may be inside the body or ellipse.

The second convex portion 452 projects to the axial output side from the end surface of the first convex portion 451 in the projecting direction, that is, the end surface on the axial output side. When the first convex portion 451 and the second convex portion 452 are cut along a plane orthogonal to the axial direction, the first convex portion 451 and the second convex portion 452 have different cross-sectional areas. Each of the first convex portion 451 and the second convex portion 452 has a cylindrical shape. In addition, it is preferable that the projection surface in the axial direction of the second convex portion 452 has a shape that fits in the projection surface in the axial direction of the first convex portion 451. In other words, the second convex portion 452 may have a cross-sectional shape different from that of the first convex portion 451 as long as the axial projection surface fits in the axial projection surface of the first convex portion 451.

As shown in FIG. 3, the wiring board 6 has a through-hole 60 described later. The second convex part 452 penetrates the penetration part 60 in the axial direction. Further, the first convex portion 451 is in axial contact with a part of the surface of the wiring board 6 on the opposite side in the axial direction. That is, the second convex portion 452 penetrates the through portion 60 and contacts the inner surface of the through portion 60. The radial end surface of the wiring board 6 also contacts the inner surface of the casing tube portion 43 of the casing 4. That is, the wiring board 6 is positioned by the second convex portion 452 in a direction orthogonal to the central axis Ax, that is, a direction along the axial output side surface of the stator sealing portion 41.

Further, the first convex portion 451 is in contact with the surface on the side opposite to the axial direction of the wiring board 6. Thereby, the wiring board 6 is supported in the axial direction by the first convex portion 451. The wiring substrate 6 is fixed in a state where it is supported by the support convex portion 45. The fixing of the wiring board 6 can include fitting, adhesion, welding and the like. As shown in FIG. 3, the casing 4 includes the two supporting convex portions 45 in the stator sealing portion 41, but is not limited thereto. The number of wiring boards 6 that can be supported while being positioned with high accuracy is arranged.

The cover member 5 closes the axial output side of the casing 4. The cover member 5 is made of metal. The cover member 5 includes a flat plate portion 51, a cover flange portion 52, and a cover convex portion 53. The flat plate portion 51 extends in the axial direction. A cylindrical bearing holding portion 511 extending to the axial output side is formed at the central portion of the flat plate portion 51. The outer ring of the first bearing Br1 is fixed to the bearing holding portion 511. Further, a through hole 510 penetrating in the axial direction is formed in the center portion of the bearing holding portion 511. The shaft 1 passes through the through hole 510.

The cover flange 52 extends from the radial outer edge of the flat plate portion 51 to the axially opposite output side. The cover collar 52 has a cylindrical shape with a circular cross section. When the cover member 5 is attached to the casing 4, the radial inner surface of the cover collar 52 comes into contact with the radial outer surface of the outer wall 44. In addition, the cover member 5 is positioned and fixed with respect to the casing 4 by the inner surface of the cover flange portion 52 being in contact with the outer surface of the outer wall portion 44, and the flat plate portion 51 has an opening on the axial output side. Block it.

The cover convex portion 53 is formed on the radially inner side of the cover flange portion 52 of the flat plate portion 51. The cover convex portion 53 protrudes in the same direction as the cover flange portion 52 in the axial direction. The cover convex portion 53 is along the cover flange portion 52. That is, the cover convex portion 53 has an annular shape. Anti-vibration rubber 54 is attached to the outer sides of the casing 4 and the cover member 5 in the axial direction. When the motor A is attached to the actual machine, the anti-vibration rubber 54 comes into contact with the installation tool of the actual machine, absorbs the vibration of the motor A, and suppresses the propagation of the vibration to the actual machine.

<1.5 Wiring board configuration>
The wiring board 6 has printed wiring (not shown) on the surface. Electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, and switching elements are mounted on the wiring board 6. Electronic components are electrically connected using printed wiring to form an electric circuit. The wiring board 6 includes through holes 61 into which terminals of electronic components, lead wires 8 and the like are inserted. Terminals and the like attached to the through holes 61 are electrically connected to the printed wiring by soldering. The wiring board 6 is disposed in a portion surrounded by the casing cylinder portion 43 of the casing 4. The wiring board 6 disposed inside the casing 4 is orthogonal to the central axis Ax.

As shown in FIG. 3, the wiring board 6 includes a through portion 60 that penetrates in the thickness direction, that is, the axial direction. The through portion 60 is a notch provided at the outer edge of the wiring board 6. The penetrating portion 60 has an inner surface shaped such that the second convex portion 452 of the support convex portion 45 penetrates and the outer surface of the second convex portion 452 contacts. In addition, although the wiring board 6 is provided with the penetration part 60 in the outer edge part, it is not limited to this. For example, the hole provided in the center part of the wiring board 6 may be sufficient.

<1.6 Connector configuration>
The connector 7 holds a plurality of lead wires 70 and terminals 74 attached to the tip of each lead wire 70 side by side. Then, the connector 7 is attached to a notch portion 441 formed in the outer wall portion 44. Thereby, the protrusions 741 of the plurality of terminals 74 are respectively inserted into the corresponding through holes 61 of the wiring board 6. The plurality of lead wires 70 are, for example, a power line for supplying a current for driving the motor A, a ground line, an IC power line, a speed command signal input from the actual machine, and a signal line for a rotational speed signal output to the actual machine side. Etc. are wired. The connector 7 holds five lead wires 70. Note that the number of the lead wires 70 is an example, and there may be a case where the number is larger or a number that is smaller than this.

The connector which is the principal part of this invention is demonstrated in detail. FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the connector according to the present invention. FIG. 5 is a plan view of the connector shown in FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the connector shown in FIG. FIG. 7 is an exploded perspective view of the connector shown in FIG. FIG. 8 is a perspective view of the first member of the connector shown in FIG. 4 as viewed from below. FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view of the connector with the connecting portion bent.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the connector 7 includes a terminal storage portion 71, a lead wire holding portion 72, a connecting portion 73, and a terminal 74. The terminal storage portion 71 stores a terminal 74 attached to the distal end portion of the lead wire 70. At this time, the terminal accommodating portion 71 accommodates at least a part of the distal end portion of the lead wire 70 together with the terminal 74. The lead wire holding part 72 is arranged next to the terminal storage part 71 and the second direction Dr2. And the connection part 73 connects the terminal storage part 71 with the lead wire holding | maintenance part 72 and 2nd direction Dr2.

<1.6.1 Terminal configuration>
As shown in FIG. 6, a terminal 74 is connected to the tip of each lead wire 70. The terminal 74 is made of a conductive material, for example, made of metal. The portion of the lead wire 70 from which the insulating coating is removed is in contact with the internal conductor. The terminals 74 are fixed in contact with printed wiring (not shown) formed on the wiring board 6. Thereby, the lead wire 70 and the printed wiring are conducted.

The terminal 74 includes a terminal base 740 and a protrusion 741. The terminal base portion 740 is a tip portion of the lead wire 70 and comes into contact with a lead wire inside the lead wire 70. In the terminal 74, the terminal base 740 extends along the lead wire 70. The terminal base 740 accommodates the lead wire 70 therein. Specifically, a force is applied to the crimping portion 7401 of the terminal base portion 740 to deform and hold the lead wire 70. That is, the terminal 74 is fixed to the leading end portion of the lead wire 70 by so-called crimping. As a result, the terminal base 741 is electrically connected to the lead wire 70. The terminal base 740 and the lead wire 70 need only be electrically connected, and the fixing method is not limited to crimping. For example, a fixing method such as soldering may be used.

The protruding portion 741 protrudes in a direction orthogonal to the direction in which the terminal base portion 740 extends. In the terminal 74, the terminal base portion 740 and the protruding portion 741 are formed of the same member. That is, in the terminal 74, the lead wire 70 and the protruding portion 741 are electrically connected to each other by contacting and connecting to the lead wire 70 at the tip portion.

On the side opposite to the protruding portion 741 of the terminal base portion 740, a return portion 742 is provided. The return portion 742 is formed by bending the terminal base portion 740. When the terminal 74 is attached to a terminal storage recess 711 (to be described later) of the terminal storage section 71, the terminal 74 is inserted into a return hole 714 (to be described later) of the terminal storage section 71. Thereby, the movement of the terminal base part 740 is suppressed.

<1.6.2 Configuration of terminal compartment>
The terminal storage portion 71 stores a terminal 74 attached to the distal end portion of the lead wire 70. The terminal accommodating portion 71 is made of an insulating material, for example, a resin. As shown in FIGS. 4, 5, and 6, the terminal storage portion 71 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape. The terminal storage portion 71 includes a terminal storage recess 711, a slit 712, an insertion space 713, and a return hole 714.

The terminal storage recess 711 is a recess extending in the second direction Dr2. The terminal housing recess 711 has an opening 710 on the surface facing the lead wire holding portion 72 in the second direction Dr2 of the terminal housing 71. A plurality of terminal storage recesses 711 are provided in the terminal storage section 71 (here, five). The plurality of terminal storage recesses 711 are arranged side by side in the first direction Dr1. Since the terminal storage portion 711 stores the terminal 74, the terminal 74 and the tip of the lead wire 70 to which the terminal 74 is attached are arranged in the first direction Dr1.

In FIG. 5, the distance in the first direction Dr1 between the terminal storage recess 711 at the right end and the terminal storage recess 711 on the left side thereof is wider than the distance in the first direction Dr1 between other adjacent terminal storage recesses 711. . In FIG. 5, the terminal 74 connected to the tip of the lead wire 70 of the power supply line through which a larger current flows than the other lead wires 70 is housed in the terminal housing recess 711 at the right end. Thereby, the space | interval of a power supply line and another line is widened, and a short circuit is prevented.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 8, the slit 712 is an opening penetrating from the inside of the terminal accommodating recess 711 to the surface of the terminal accommodating portion 71 on the third direction Dr3 side. The slit 712 reaches the surface where the opening 710 is formed in the second direction Dr2. That is, the slit 712 is provided on one of the surfaces on the third direction Dr3 side of the terminal accommodating portion 71 and extends in the second direction Dr2 because it faces the lead wire holding portion 72 in the second direction Dr2. The slit 12 causes the protrusion 741 to protrude to the outside when the terminal 74 connected to the tip of the lead wire 70 is attached to the terminal housing recess 711.

The insertion space 713 is provided on the distal end side of the terminal storage recess 711. The insertion space 713 is inserted with the tip in the second direction Dr2 when the terminal base 740 of the terminal 74 is attached to the terminal storage recess 711. Thereby, the terminal base part 740 is accommodated in the terminal accommodation recessed part 711 stably and reliably. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the insertion space 713 penetrates from the terminal housing recess 711 to the surface opposite to the opening 710 in the second direction Dr2. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the insertion space 713 may not reach the surface opposite to the opening 710. In addition, the insertion space 713 has a shape in which the terminal housing recess 711 is extended to the distal end side in the second direction Dr2, but is not limited thereto. For example, a cross section cut by a plane orthogonal to the second direction Dr2 of the insertion space 713 may have a different area from a cross section cut by a plane orthogonal to the second direction Dr2 of the terminal storage recess 711. By doing in this way, when the front-end | tip of the terminal base part 740 is inserted in the insertion space 713, it can hold | maintain more firmly.

The return hole 714 is a hole that penetrates from the inside of the terminal housing recess 711 to the surface opposite to the slit 712 in the third direction Dr2 of the terminal housing 71. The return hole 714 suppresses the terminal 74 from moving to the opening 710 side in the second direction Dr2, that is, coming out, by contacting the return portion 742 provided in the terminal base portion 740. The return portion 742 can be elastically deformed, and the terminal 74 can be moved to the opening 710 side in the second direction Dr2 by being moved out of the return hole 714.

As illustrated in FIG. 8, the terminal storage unit 71 stores the terminals 74 attached to the distal end portion of the lead wire 70 side by side in the first direction Dr1. At this time, the protruding portions 741 of all the terminals 74 protrude to one side of the end surface of the terminal accommodating portion 71 in the third direction Dr3. Further, the lead wire 70 is pulled out from the opening 710 of the terminal housing recess 711.

<Structure of lead wire holding part>
The lead wire holding portion 72 holds a plurality of (here, five) lead wires 70 drawn out from the opening 710 of the terminal storage portion 71. As shown in FIG. 7, the lead wire holding unit 72 includes a first holding unit 721 and a second holding unit 722. The first holding unit 721 and the second holding unit 722 hold a plurality of lead wires 70 drawn from the terminal storage unit 71 in a state in which they are aligned in the first direction Dr1.

As illustrated in FIGS. 6 and 7, the first holding unit 721 and the second holding unit 722 hold a plurality of lead wires 70 arranged in the first direction Dr <b> 1 in the third direction Dr <b> 3. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the first holding portion 721 sandwiches the lead wire 70 from the upper side in the third direction Dr3, and the second holding portion 722 sandwiches the lead wire 70 from the lower side in the third direction Dr3.

The first holding part 721 includes a holding convex part 723, a groove 724, a first holding step part 725, a lead wire guide part 727, a fixing pin 728, and an overhang part 720.

The holding protrusion 723 protrudes upward in the third direction Dr3. Both ends of the first direction Dr1 are curved toward the terminal storage portion 71 in the second direction Dr2. The holding convex part 723 has a shape obtained by cutting a cylinder in the circumferential direction. In the second direction Dr2 of the holding convex portion 723, the surface on the terminal storage portion 71 side has the same radius of curvature as the radial inner surface of the outer wall portion 44. That is, when the connector 7 is attached to the notch 441 of the casing 4, the surface on the terminal housing portion 71 side is flush with the radially inner surface of the outer wall portion 44. The holding convex portion 723 may be in any shape that can come into contact with the outer wall portion 44 of the casing 4 and the cover flange portion 52 of the cover member 5, and is not limited to a shape obtained by cutting a cylinder in the circumferential direction.

The groove 724 is formed on the opposite side of the terminal accommodating portion 71 in the second direction Dr2 of the holding convex portion 723. The groove 724 is formed along the holding convex portion 723. The groove 724 has a shape obtained by cutting an annular groove in the circumferential direction. One of the inner surfaces of the groove 724 facing the second direction Dr2 coincides with the outer surface of the holding convex portion 723. When the connector 7 is attached to the notch 441 of the casing 4, the surface that is the outer surface of the holding convex portion 723 on one surface of the groove 724 facing the second direction Dr2 is the radial outer surface of the outer wall portion 44. Become the same. When the cover member 5 is attached after the connector 7 is attached to the notch 441 of the casing 4, the cover flange portion 52 of the cover member 5 is inserted into the groove 724.

The first holding step 725 is provided at both ends of the holding projection 723 in the first direction Dr1. The first holding step portion 725 is a step in which the terminal storage portion 71 side in the second direction Dr2 is recessed inward in the first direction D1. The first holding step 725 fits in the circumferential step 443 of the notch 441 of the casing 4. Thereby, when the connector 7 is attached to the notch 441, the connector 7, in particular, the first holding portion 721 is prevented from moving in the radial direction. In addition, although the 1st holding | maintenance step part 725 has dented the terminal storage part 71 side of the 2nd direction Dr2 inside the 1st direction D1, it is not limited to this. A shape that fits in the circumferential step 443 can be widely adopted.

A plurality of lead wire guide portions 727 are provided. The lead wire guide part 727 protrudes downward from the lower surface of the first holding part 721 in the third direction Dr3. The plurality of lead wire guide portions 727 are arranged side by side in the first direction Dr1. The plurality of lead wire holding portions 727 hold the lead wires 70 in adjacent gap portions. By using the lead wire holding portion 727, when the plurality of lead wires 70 are sandwiched from the third direction Dr3 by the first holding portion 721 and the second holding portion 722 of the lead wire holding portion 72, the lead wires 70 overlap. Suppress. Thereby, it can suppress that the lead wire 70 is crushed or the coating is peeled off by being held by the lead wire holding portion 72, and disconnection or short circuit can be prevented.

The fixing pin 728 protrudes downward from the lower surface of the first holding portion 721 in the third direction Dr3 in the third direction Dr3. Then, it is inserted into a fixed recess 729 provided in the second holding part 722. Thereby, the first holding part 721 and the second holding part 722 are positioned and fixed.

The second holding unit 722 is attached to the lower surface of the first holding unit 721 in the third direction Dr3. A second holding step portion 726 is provided on the lower surface of the second holding portion 722 in the third direction Dr3. The second holding step 726 is a recess that is recessed from the lower surface of the third direction Dr3 toward the upper side of the third direction Dr3. When the connector 7 is attached to the notch 441, the second holding step 726 is fitted with the radial step 442 provided in the notch 441. As a result, the radial movement of the connector 7, particularly the second holding portion 722, is suppressed.

As shown in FIGS. 4, 5, 6, and the like, the end surface of the holding convex portion 723 on the terminal storage portion 71 side in the second direction Dr <b> 2 is provided with a protruding portion 720 that protrudes on the terminal storage portion 71 side. The overhanging portion 720 has a planar surface that faces the terminal storage portion 71 along the first direction Dr1. By providing the overhang portion 720, the length of the first holding portion 721 in the second direction Dr2 is set to a certain length or more. Thereby, the lead wire holding part 72 can hold the lead wire 70 stably. In addition, when the length of the 1st holding | maintenance part 721 of 2nd direction Dr2 can fully be ensured, you may abbreviate | omit the overhang | projection part 720.

A plurality of lead wires 70 are sandwiched between the first holding part 721 and the second holding part 722 in the third direction Dr3. Thus, the lead wire holding portion 72 holds the lead wire 70 in which the terminal 74 is attached to the distal end portion and a part of the distal end portion is accommodated in the terminal accommodating portion 71 together with the terminal 74 in the first direction Dr1. To do.

In the connector 7 according to the present embodiment, the lead wires 70 drawn out from the terminal accommodating portion 71 are wired in parallel with each other in the second direction Dr2, and are held by the lead wire holding portion 72. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the wiring may be inclined in the first direction Dr1 before reaching the lead wire holding portion 72 from the terminal storage portion 71. In addition, wiring that is not a power line and does not have a concern about noise or the like may be crossed.

<Structure of 1.6.4 connecting part>
The connecting portion 73 connects the surfaces of the protruding portion 720 and the terminal storage portion 71 that face each other in the second direction Dr2. The connecting portion 73 is formed by integral molding with the terminal storage portion 71 and the first holding portion 721.

In the connector 7 in the present embodiment, the terminal storage portion 71 and the first holding portion 721 are connected via the connecting portion 73. This is because the surface on which the slit 712 of the terminal accommodating portion 71 is formed, that is, the surface from which the protruding portion 741 of the terminal 74 protrudes is the lower surface of the terminal accommodating portion 71 in the third direction Dr3. When the protruding portion 741 protrudes from the lower surface of the terminal storage portion 71 in the third direction Dr3, the terminal storage portion 71 is connected to the first holding portion 721 so that the terminal 74 can be easily stored in the terminal storage recess 711 from the opening 710. . That is, the terminal storage portion 71 is connected to one of the first holding portion 721 and the second holding portion 722 that can easily store the terminal 74 when connected. For example, it can be determined depending on the direction of the protrusion 741 of the terminal 74. In this case, the terminal accommodating portion 71 is connected to the opposite side of the first accommodating portion 721 and the second accommodating portion 722 that sandwich the lead wire 70 from the third direction Dr3 with the protruding portion 741 and the lead wire 70 interposed therebetween. Accordingly, the terminal 74 can be easily accommodated in the terminal accommodating portion 71 without being disturbed by the holding convex portion 723 or the like.

In the connector 7, the terminal storage portion 71 and the lead wire holding portion 72 are connected by two connecting portions 73. That is, the two connecting portions 73 are arranged with an interval in the first direction Dr1. As can be seen from FIGS. 5 and 6, the connecting portion 73 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape. And as for the connection part 73, the long side of the rectangle of the cross section cut | disconnected by the surface orthogonal to the 2nd direction Dr2 follows the 1st direction Dr1. In addition, the connecting portion 73 has a rectangular short side cut along a plane orthogonal to the second direction Dr2 along the third direction Dr3. Further, the outer ends of the two connecting portions 73 in the first direction Dr <b> 1 are on both ends of the terminal storage portion 71 in the first direction Dr <b> 1.

The width in the first direction Dr1 of the right connecting portion 73 shown in FIG. 5 is w31, and the width in the first direction Dr1 of the left connecting portion 73 is w32. In addition, the width of the terminal housing 71 in the first direction Dr1 is w1. And let the length of the 1st direction Dr1 of the overhang | projection part 720 be w2.

The lengths w31 and w32 of the connecting portion 73 in the first direction Dr1 are shorter than the length w1 of the terminal housing portion 71 in the first direction Dr1 and the length w2 of the overhang portion 720 in the first direction Dr1. Further, the sum of the lengths w31 and w32 in the first direction Dr1 of the two connecting portions 73, that is, w31 + w32 is the length w1 in the first direction Dr of the terminal storage portion 71 and the first direction Dr1 of the overhang portion 720. It is shorter than the length w2.

As shown in FIG. 6, the width of the connecting portion 73 in the third direction Dr3 is t3. Further, the width of the terminal accommodating portion 71 in the third direction Dr3 is t1. And let the length of the 3rd direction Dr3 of the overhang | projection part 720 be t2.

The length t3 of the connecting portion 73 in the third direction Dr3 is shorter than the length t1 of the terminal housing portion 71 in the third direction Dr3 and the length t2 of the overhang portion 720 in the first direction Dr1.

The sum total of the cross-sectional areas cut along the plane perpendicular to the second direction Dr2 of the connecting portion 73 is smaller than the cross-sectional area cut along the plane perpendicular to the second direction Dr2 of the terminal accommodating portion 71. The sum total of the cross-sectional areas cut along the plane perpendicular to the second direction Dr2 of the connecting portion 73 is smaller than the cross-sectional area cut along the plane perpendicular to the second direction Dr2 of the overhang portion 720.

From the above, in the connector 7, the connecting portion 73 is lower in rigidity than the terminal storage portion 71 and the lead wire holding portion 72, that is, soft. Therefore, when an excessive force is applied to the connector 7, the connecting portion 73 is deformed before the terminal accommodating portion 71 and the lead wire holding portion 72 are deformed. This makes it difficult for an excessive force to act on the terminal storage portion 71 and the lead wire holding portion 72. As a result, the stress acting on the wiring board 6 and the lead wire 70 to which the protruding portion 741 is fixed can be reduced.

As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, in the connecting portion 73, the length t3 in the third direction Dr3 is shorter than the total w31 + w32 of the lengths in the first direction Dr1. Therefore, in the connector 7, as shown in FIG. 9, the lead wire holding portion 72 is easily deformed when a moment that bends upward with respect to the terminal storage portion 71 acts. Thereby, the effect which equips the terminal storage part 71 and the lead wire holding part 72 becomes high.

<1.7 Attaching the connector to the casing>
FIG. 10 is a perspective view showing the connector and the casing. FIG. 11 is a perspective view showing a state where the connector is attached to the casing. FIG. 12 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the connector with the casing attached.

As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the connector 7 accommodates a terminal 74 and a part of the tip of the lead wire 70 to which the terminal 74 is attached in the terminal accommodating portion 71 before being attached to the casing 4. Then, the lead wires 70 projecting from the opening 710 of the terminal accommodating portion 71 are collectively held by the lead wire holding portion 72 to form the connector 7. As described above, the connector 7 in which the terminal 74 is housed in the terminal housing portion 71 and the lead wire 70 is held in the lead wire holding portion 72 is attached to the casing 4.

As shown in FIG. 10, the connector 7 is disposed at a position overlapping the notch 441 of the outer wall portion 44 in the axial direction. At this time, the protruding portion 741 of the terminal 74 is opposed to the casing 4. The through portion 60 of the wiring substrate 6 is supported and fixed to the support convex portion 45 protruding from the surface on the axial output side of the stator sealing portion 41 of the casing 4. At this time, the through-hole 61 of the wiring board 6 is disposed at a position overlapping the protruding portion 741 of each terminal 74 in the axial direction. That is, the through hole 61 of the wiring board 6 is formed at a position overlapping the protruding portion 741 of the terminal 74 in the axial direction. That is, in the wiring board 6, a plurality of through holes 61 are arranged side by side, and are arranged here in a direction orthogonal to the radial direction.

Note that as shown in FIG. 11, one of the plurality of protrusions 741 is arranged away from the other protrusions 741. That is, one of the intervals between the protrusions 741 is larger than the interval between the other protrusions 741. The through hole 61 is formed at a position where the distant protrusion 741 overlaps the axial direction. That is, in the wiring board 6, one through hole 61 is formed away from the other through holes 61. And the through-hole 62 is formed in the part where the space | interval of the through-hole 61 of the wiring board 6 is large. By forming the through-hole 62, the creepage distance is increased to prevent a short circuit or the like.

Then, the connector 7 is moved to a position where the circumferential step 443 and the first holding step 725 are fitted to each other. And the connector 7 is moved to the axial direction counter-power side in the state which the 1st holding | maintenance step part 725 fitted in the circumferential direction step part 443. FIG. The connector 7 may be slightly movable when the circumferential step 443 and the first holding step 725 are waiting. Thus, when the connector 7 is moved in the axial direction, the protruding portion 741 of each terminal 74 can be easily inserted into the corresponding through hole 61. Then, after the protrusion 741 is inserted into the through hole 61, the radial step 442 is fitted into the second holding step 726. Thereby, the connector 7 is positioned exactly. At this time, the circumferential step 443 and the first holding step 725 may contact each other without rattling. By doing so, water, dust, dust and the like are less likely to enter from the gap between the circumferential step 443 and the first holding step 725. The protruding portion 741 of each terminal 74 is soldered to a printed wiring formed on the wiring board 6.

Thereafter, the cover member 5 is attached to the axial direction output side of the outer wall portion 44. The radially inner surface of the cover collar 52 of the cover member 5 is in contact with the radially outer surface of the outer wall portion 44 in the radial direction. As shown in FIG. 12, the cover flange 52 of the cover member 5 fits into the groove 724 of the first holding portion 721 of the connector 7. At this time, the inner surface in the radial direction of the cover collar 52 comes into contact with the surface of the holding convex portion 723 opposite to the terminal accommodating portion 71. Further, the cover convex portion 53 of the cover member 5 is in contact with the radially inner surface of the outer wall 44. At this time, the cover convex portion 53 of the cover member 5 comes into contact with the surface of the holding convex portion 72 that faces the terminal storage portion 71.

From the above, the cover member 5 holds the holding projection 723 and the groove 724 of the connector 7 together with the outer wall 44 of the casing 4. From the above, the radial step 442 fits into the second holding step 726 on the axially opposite output side of the connector 7. Further, the circumferential step 443 and the first holding portion 725 are fitted to both ends of the connector 7 in the circumferential direction. Further, on the output side in the axial direction of the connector 7, the cover flange 52 of the cover member 5 is fitted in the groove 724, and the cover flange 52 and the cover protrusion 53 are in contact with the holding protrusion 723. As described above, the connector 7 is firmly fixed by the casing 4.

In addition, when attaching the cover member 5, the cover flange 52 may be press-fitted or lightly press-fitted into the outer wall 44. In this case, the outer wall portion 44 is pushed into the cover flange portion 52 of the cover member 5. At this time, an axial force is applied to the portion of the connector 7 that contacts the cover member 5, that is, the lead wire holding portion 72. For example, if there is an error due to manufacturing variations in the notch portion 441 or the connector 7, the lead wire holding portion 72 is axially moved with respect to the terminal storage portion 71 by the force from the cover member 5. It may move in the direction Dr3 or tilt (see, for example, FIG. 9). In the connector 7, the connecting portion 73 is less rigid than the terminal storage portion 71 and the lead wire holding portion 72. Therefore, even when the above-described force is applied, the connecting portion 73 is deformed by the force acting on the lead wire holding portion 72, and the force is not easily transmitted to the terminal storage portion 71. Thereby, it can suppress that connection of the protrusion part 741 of the terminal 74 and the wiring board 6 becomes inadequate, or the wiring board 6 deform | transforms.

Further, in the motor A according to the present embodiment, by attaching the connector 7 to the casing 4, the protruding portion 741 of the terminal 74 protruding from the connector 7 can be inserted into the corresponding through hole 61 of the wiring board 6. . That is, the lead wire 70 can be easily attached to the wiring board 6 via the connector 7, and the process required for manufacturing can be simplified.

<変形例>
<Modification>
In addition, although the surface in which the protrusion part 741 protrudes in the terminal accommodating part 71 is the 3rd direction Dr3 (lower surface in FIG. 6, FIG. 8), it is not limited to this.

The surface of the terminal accommodating portion 71 from which the protruding portion 741 protrudes is determined by the positional relationship between the wiring board 6 and the connector 7 when the connector 7 is attached to the notch 44 of the casing 4. For example, when the wiring board 6 is arranged in a state where it stands with respect to the surface on the axial direction output side of the stator sealing portion 41, the protruding portion 741 is the lead wire holding portion 72 in the second direction Dr2 of the terminal storage portion 71. You may protrude from the surface on the opposite side, ie, the surface of the front end side. In the case of such a configuration, the protruding portion 741 of the terminal 74 also has a shape protruding toward the distal end side in the direction in which the terminal base portion 740 extends. With such a configuration, when the terminal 74 is accommodated in the terminal accommodating recess 711, the protruding portion is unlikely to become an obstacle, and the slit 712 can be omitted.

(Second Embodiment)
In the motor A shown in the first embodiment, the wiring board 6 is disposed inside the casing 4 having an opening on the axial output side. Then, by attaching the connector 7 to the casing 4, the opening is closed by the cover member 5 in which the lead wire 70 is attached to the wiring board 6.

On the other hand, there is a motor of a type that fills the space where the wiring board 6 is arranged with resin, that is, molds the wiring board 6 with resin. The connector according to the present invention is also applicable to a motor of a type in which the wiring board 6 is resin-molded. Hereinafter, a motor including a connector according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 13 is a partial cross-sectional view showing a part of the motor according to the present invention in cross section.

<2.モータ>
<2. Motor>
The motor B shown in FIG. 13 is the same as the motor A of the first embodiment except that the casing 4b and the connector 7B are different. Therefore, substantially the same parts are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description of the same parts is omitted.

As shown in FIG. 13, in the motor B, the wiring board 6 is disposed on the opposite side in the axial direction. In the casing 4b of the motor B, the stator 3, the wiring board 6, and the connector 7B are resin-molded.

<2.1 Casing>
When the casing 4b is molded, the stator 3, the wiring board 6, and the bearing storage portion 421 are disposed in a resin molding die (not shown). The connector 7B is disposed in the resin molding die while being attached to the wiring board 6. By attaching the connector 7 </ b> B to the wiring board 6, the plurality of protrusions 741 are inserted into the corresponding through holes 61 of the wiring board 6. Thereafter, the resin is poured into a resin mold and molded.

<2.2 Connector>
In the motor B, when the connector 7B is used, the lead wire holding portion 72b comes into contact with the resin mold. Therefore, the lead wire holding portion 72b can omit portions that fit into the casing and the cover member, such as the holding convex portion 723, the groove 724, the first holding step portion 725, and the second holding step portion 726. That is, in the motor B, the lead wire holding portion 72b may be in a shape that can be contacted by the resin molding die, and may be, for example, a rectangular parallelepiped.

When molding the casing 4b, the lead wire holding portion 72b is pressed by the mold. At this time, an axial force may be applied to the lead wire holding portion 72b due to a manufacturing error or the like. In addition, the lead wire holding portion 72b may be given power in the axial direction due to expansion or condensation of the resin. Due to these forces, the lead wire holding portion 72b may move or tilt in the axial direction, that is, the third direction Dr3 with respect to the terminal storage portion 71 (see, for example, FIG. 9). In the connector 7B, the connecting portion 73 has lower rigidity than the terminal accommodating portion 71 and the lead wire holding portion 72b.

As described above, even when the motor B is used, it is possible to reduce the process of wiring the lead wire 70 to the wiring board 6 by using the connector 7B according to the present invention. In the connector 7B, the connecting portion 73 is disposed with a gap in the first direction Dr1 as in the connector 7 of the first embodiment. As described above, the gap is formed between the connecting portions 73, so that the resin is easily circulated and the molding effect is enhanced.

Other features are the same as in the first embodiment.

(Third embodiment)
Still another example of the connector according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 14 is a perspective view of still another example of the connector according to the present invention. FIG. 15 is a perspective view showing a state where the terminal storage portion of the connector shown in FIG. 14 is rotated. FIG. 16 is a perspective view of the connector shown in FIG. 14 with the terminal storage portion removed. 14 to 16, the lead wires and the terminals are not shown.

The connector 7C of this embodiment has a configuration that is attached to the molded motor B shown in the second embodiment. Therefore, the lead wire holding portion 72c is different from the connector 7 according to the first embodiment. Further, the connector 7C according to the present embodiment is different from the connector 7 according to the first embodiment in the connecting portion 73c. About a point other than this, it has the same structure as the connector 7 of 1st Embodiment. Therefore, substantially the same parts are denoted by the same reference numerals and detailed description of the same parts is omitted.

As shown in FIG. 14, the connector 7C includes a terminal storage portion 71, a lead wire holding portion 72c, and a connecting portion 73c. The terminal circumferential recess 71 has the same configuration as the terminal storage portion 71 of the connector 7. The lead wire holding portion 72c includes a first holding portion 721c and a second holding portion 722c that can be separated in the third direction Dr3.

The first holding portion 721c has an opening into which a lead wire can be inserted on the lower surface in the third direction Dr3. The second holding portion 722c is disposed on the opposite side of the first holding portion 721c in the third direction Dr3 with the lead wire interposed therebetween.

The first holding portion 721c and the second holding portion 722c hold the lead wire with the lead wire sandwiched in the third direction Dr3. Moreover, when the 1st holding | maintenance part 721c and the 2nd holding | maintenance part 722c are combined, it becomes a rectangular parallelepiped shape. Since the lead wire holding portion 72c has a rectangular parallelepiped shape, the lead wire holding portion 72c can be easily brought into contact with the resin molding die when the motor B of the second embodiment is molded.

The connecting portion 73c of the connector 7C includes a first arm portion 731, a connecting portion 732, a convex portion 733, and a concave portion 734. The first arm portion 731 protrudes along the second direction Dr2 from the surface of the second holding portion 722c that faces the terminal holding portion 71. Two first arm portions 731 are provided at positions separated in the first direction Dr1. That is, the connecting portion 73c includes a pair of first arm portions 731 separated in the first direction Dr1. The terminal accommodating portion 71 is disposed in the gap in the first direction Dr1 of the pair of first arm portions 731.

The pair of first arm portions 731 includes a cylindrical recess 734 centered on a first axis Sp1 extending in the first direction Dr1 on the inner surface facing the first direction Dr1. The cylindrical recesses 734 are recessed on opposite sides of the first direction Dr1.

The connection part 732 is both end faces of the terminal storage part 71 in the first direction Dr1. The connection portion 732 faces each of the pair of first arm portions 731. And the convex part 733 which protrudes outside along the 1st direction Dr1 from the connection part 732 is provided. The terminal accommodating portion 71 has a pair of connecting portions 732 at both ends in the first direction Dr1. And each of a pair of connection part 732 is provided with a pair of convex part 733 which protrudes outside the 1st direction Dr1.

The convex portion 733 can be inserted into the concave portion 734. Then, the pair of convex portions 733 protruding from the pair of connection portions 732 are inserted into the pair of concave portions 734 provided in each of the pair of first arm portions 731. Thereby, the terminal storage part 71 can rotate around the first axis Sp <b> 1 with respect to the lead wire holding part 72, that is, the terminal storage part 71 can be inclined with respect to the lead wire holding part 72. .

As described above, the terminal housing portion 71 is inclined with respect to the lead wire holding portion 72c by the connecting portion 73c, so that the lead wire holding portion can be pressed by holding the resin molding die or expanding or contracting the resin. Even if the force is applied to the wiring substrate 6 by the 72c, the connecting portion 73c causes the terminal accommodating portion 71 to be inclined. As a result, stress, strain, and the like due to the displacement of the positions of the terminal storage portion 71 and the lead wire wiring portion 72c are less likely to occur. Thereby, it can suppress that connection of the protrusion part 741 of the terminal 74 and the wiring board 6 becomes inadequate, or the wiring board 6 deform | transforms. Further, even when there is a manufacturing error or an assembly error, the terminal housing part 71 and the lead wire holding part 72c can be attached while being moved, so that the attachment is easy.

Other features are the same as in the first embodiment.

(Modification 1)
In the connector 7 of the present embodiment, the terminal storage portion 71 is held by the first arm portion 731. Therefore, there is a possibility that the first arm portion 731 and the wiring board 6 interfere with each other. Therefore, the first arm portion 731 may have the shape shown in FIG. FIG. 17 is an enlarged side view of the distal end portion of the first arm portion 731. The distal end surface 730 of the first arm portion 731 has an arc shape with the first axis Sp1 as the center. The radius of curvature of the tip surface 730 is shorter than the length from the first axis Sp1 to the surface from which the protruding portion protrudes. By doing in this way, even if the angle of the lead wire holding part 72c changes in a state where the terminal storage part 71 is in contact with the wiring board 6, the first arm part 731 is unlikely to interfere with the wiring board 6.

In the present embodiment, the concave portion 734 is formed in the first arm portion 731 and the convex portion 733 is formed in the connection portion 732, but the present invention is not limited to this. The convex portion 733 of the first arm portion 731 may be formed, and the concave portion 734 may be formed in the connection portion 732.

(Modification 2)
FIG. 18 is a view of the connector attached to the wiring board as viewed from the wiring board side. As shown in FIG. 18, a substrate notch portion 63 may be provided in a portion overlapping the first arm portion 731 of the wiring substrate 6. By setting it as such a structure, interference with the 1st arm part 731 and the wiring board 6 can be suppressed.

In the present embodiment, the connector as shown in the second embodiment is described as being attached to the motor covered with resin, but it can also be applied to a connector attached to the motor covered with the cover member shown in the first embodiment. is there.

(Fourth embodiment)
FIG. 19 is a plan view of another example of the connector according to the present invention. The connecting portion 73d of the connector 7D shown in FIG. 19 includes one first arm portion 731. And as a connection part, the notch 735 recessed in the 2nd direction Dr2 provided in the terminal storage part 71 is provided. The connector 7D has the same configuration as the connector 7C shown in FIG. 14 and the like except that there is one first arm portion 731 and the connection portion is a notch 735. Therefore, substantially the same parts as those of the connector 7C are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description of the same parts is omitted.

A recess 734 that is recessed in the first direction Dr1 is provided on the surface of the cut 735 that faces the first direction Dr1. Moreover, the both ends of the 1st direction Dr1 of the 1st arm part 731 are provided with the convex part 733 which protrudes in the 1st direction Dr1. Then, by arranging the first arm portion 731 in the notch 735 and inserting the convex portion 733 into the concave portion 734, the terminal accommodating portion 71 can be rotated around the first axis Sp1 by the lead wire holding portion 72d.

According to this configuration, since there is one first arm portion 731, the resin is unlikely to stagnate during molding. Thereby, it is possible to perform resin molding efficiently.

In addition, although this embodiment demonstrated as what attaches a connector to a molded motor, it is applicable also to the connector attached to the motor covered with the cover member shown in 1st Embodiment.

Other features are the same as in the first embodiment.

(Fifth embodiment)
Still another example of the connector according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 20 is a plan view of still another example of the connector according to the present invention. A connector 7E shown in FIG. 20 has the same configuration as the connector 7C of the third embodiment except that the connecting portion 73e is different. Therefore, in the connector 7E, substantially the same parts as those of the connector 7C are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description of the same parts is omitted.

The connecting portion 73e includes a pair of second arm portions 736, a connecting portion 737, a convex portion 733, and a concave portion 734. The pair of second arm portions 736 extends from both end portions of the terminal storage portion 71 in the first direction Dr1 toward the lead wire holding portion 72c in the second direction Dr2. And each of the inner surface which opposes 1st direction Dr1 of a pair of 2nd arm part 736 is provided with the recessed part 734 dented toward 1st direction Dr1. Further, the connecting portion 737 is both ends of the lead wire holding portion 72c in the first direction Dr1, and the connecting portion 73e includes a pair of connecting portions 737. And the connection part 737 is provided with the convex part 733 which protrudes in the 1st direction Dr1.

The second arm portion 736 is disposed outside the both end surfaces of the lead wire holding portion 72c in the first direction Dr1. Then, by inserting the convex portion 733 into the concave portion 734, the terminal accommodating portion 71 including the second arm portion 736 rotates with respect to the lead wire holding portion 72c.

Thereby, even if the lead wire holding portion 72c is applied to the wiring substrate 6 due to pressing of the mold of the mold or expansion or contraction of the resin, the terminal accommodating portion 71 is inclined by the connecting portion 73e.

(Modification)
There may be one second arm portion 736. In this case, the connection portion may be a cut formed in the lead wire holding portion 72c. By comprising in this way, mold resin is hard to stay.

In the present embodiment, the connector as shown in the second embodiment is described as being attached to the motor covered with resin, but it can also be applied to a connector attached to the motor covered with the cover member shown in the first embodiment. is there.

Other features are the same as in the fourth embodiment.

(Sixth embodiment)
Still another example of the connector according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 21 is a plan view of still another example of the connector according to the present invention. 22 is a perspective view of the connector shown in FIG. 21 with the terminal storage portion removed. A connector 7F shown in FIG. 21 has the same configuration as the connector 7C of the third embodiment except that the configuration of the connecting portion 73f is different. Therefore, in the connector 7F, the substantially same part as the connector 7C is denoted by the same reference numeral, and detailed description of the same part is omitted.

As shown in FIG. 21, the connector 7F includes a pair of first arm portions 731f, a connection portion 732, a convex portion 733, and a concave groove 734f. The connection part 732 and the convex part 733 have the same configuration as the connector 7C. The pair of first arm portions 731f includes a groove 734f that extends in the third direction Dr3 and reaches the lower surface of the third direction Dr3 on the surface facing the first direction Dr1.

In the connector 7F, the terminal accommodating portion 71 is disposed between the pair of first arm portions 731f. At this time, the convex portions 733 of the connecting portions 732 at both ends in the first direction Dr1 of the terminal accommodating portion 71 are inserted into the concave grooves 734f. And the terminal accommodating part 71 is hold | maintained by the friction with the 1st arm part 731f.

In the connector 7F, when a downward force in the third direction Dr3 is applied to the terminal storage portion 71, or when an opposite force is applied to the lead wire holding portion 72c, the first arm portion 731f and the connection portion 732 are Separate. That is, the terminal storage part 71 and the lead wire holding part 72c are separated. Further, since the convex portion 733 is inserted into the concave groove 734 f, the terminal storage portion 71 can also rotate around the central axis of the convex portion 733.

By using such a connector 7F, when a force having various direction components acts on the connector 7F, the lead wire holding portion 72c and the terminal storage portion 71 are separated.

Other features are the same as in the fourth embodiment.

As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was described, if it is in the range of the meaning of this invention, embodiment may be variously deformed.

The connector (7F) according to the present invention holds a plurality of lead wires (70) arranged in the first direction (Dr1). The connector (7F) includes a terminal (74), a terminal storage part (71), a lead wire holding part (72c), and a connecting part (73f). The terminal (74) is attached to the tip of each of the multiple lead wires (70). The terminal storage portion (71) stores the terminal (74) attached to the lead wire (70) together with a part of the tip end portion of the lead wire (70). The lead wire holding portions (72c, 721c, 722c) are adjacent to the terminal housing portion (71) in the second direction (Dr2) intersecting the first direction (Dr1), and all of the plurality of lead wires (70). Are sandwiched and held from both sides of the third direction (Dr3) intersecting the first direction (Dr1) and the second direction (Dr2). The connecting portion (73f) connects the terminal storage portion (71) and the lead wire holding portion (72c). The plurality of terminals (74) include a protruding portion (741) protruding outward from the same end surface of the terminal accommodating portion (71). The protruding portion (741) protrudes from one of the end surface opposite to the surface facing the lead wire holding portion (72c) and the both end surfaces in the third direction (Dr3). The connecting portion (73f) removably connects the terminal storage portion (71) and the lead wire holding portion (72c).

With such a configuration, when a force is applied to the terminal accommodating portion (71) or the lead wire holding portion (72c) of the connector (7F), the terminal accommodating portion (71) and the lead wire holding portion (72c) Are separated. Thereby, it is suppressed that force is transmitted with respect to each other. Therefore, when the connector (7F) is attached to the wiring board (6), the terminal housing part (71) is connected to the connecting part (73f) if the position of the connector (7F) in the attaching direction with respect to the wiring board (6) is shifted. ) Deviating from or detaching from the terminal), the terminal (74), the terminal accommodating portion (71), the lead wire holding portion (73c), and the wiring board (6) are not stressed or can be reduced. Moreover, even if there is a manufacturing error or an assembly error, the terminal housing part (71) and the lead wire holding part (72c) can be attached while moving, so that attachment is easy.

In the connector (7F) having the above configuration, the connecting portion (73f) includes a first arm portion (731f), a connecting portion (732), a convex portion (733), and a concave groove (734f). The first arm portion (731f) extends from the lead wire holding portion (72c) to the distal end side in the second direction (Dr2). The connection part (732) is formed in the terminal storage part (71) and is connected to the first arm part (731f). The convex portion (733) has a surface facing the connection portion (732) and the first direction (Dr1) of the first arm portion (731f) and the first arm portion (731f) of the connection portion (732) and the first direction ( It is formed on one of the faces facing Dr1) and protrudes in the first direction (Dr1). The concave groove (734) is formed on a surface opposite to the surface on which the convex portion (733) is formed so that the convex portion can be inserted and the terminal accommodating portion (71) or the lead wire holding portion (72c). Reach the end face.

By adopting such a configuration, since the structure is simple, the number of manufacturing steps can be reduced.

In the connector (7F) configured as described above, the connection portion is a cut (735) into which the first arm portion (732f) is inserted. By adopting such a configuration, the configuration around the first arm portion is simplified, so that the resin flow during resin molding is hardly hindered, and the resin molding is reliably performed.

In the connector (7F) configured as described above, the connecting portion (73f) includes two first arm portions (731f). The connection part (732) is an end face of the terminal storage part (71) in the first direction (Dr1). According to this configuration, the structure is simple and the terminal housing portion can be firmly held because the two first arm portions hold the structure.

In the connector (7F) configured as described above, the concave groove (734f) extends in the third direction (Dr3). According to this configuration, the terminal storage portion (71) is detachable in the third direction (Dr3). As a result, the stress can be released by being moved or detached by the force acting in the third direction (Dr3).

In the connector (7F) configured as described above, the protruding portion (741) protrudes from the end surface in the third direction (Dr3) to the outside. The concave groove (734f) reaches the end surface on the side where the protrusion (741) is formed. According to this configuration, when the connector (7F) is attached to the wiring board (6), the wiring board (6) and the terminal storage portion (71) may come into contact with each other. In this case, the terminal storage portion (71) is easily displaced or detached from the lead wire holding portion (72c). Thereby, the stress which acts on each part can be reduced.

In the connector (7F) configured as described above, the concave groove (734f) reaches the end surface in the second direction (Dr2). When a force is applied in the second direction (Dr2), the terminal accommodating portion (71) and the lead wire holding portion (72c) are displaced or disengaged to release the stress.

The motor (B) according to the present invention includes a rotor (2), a stator (3), a casing (4b), a wiring board (6), and a connector (7F).
