Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- アンテナ装置であって、
‐ 少なくとも1つの磁気コア(2)と、
‐ 前記少なくとも1つの磁気コア(2)の周りに巻かれた少なくとも1つの巻線(31、32、33)であって、20〜150KHzの範囲内に含まれる周波数で動作するように適合されたLFアンテナを提供する巻線(31、32、33)と、
‐ 前記少なくとも1つの巻線(31、32、33)を巻かれた前記少なくとも1つの磁気コア(2)がその上に配置されている電気絶縁基部(1)と、
を備え、
前記電気絶縁基部(1)は、少なくともその一部分が前記少なくとも1つの巻線(31、32、33)に電気的に接続されている金属タブ(121〜128)を含んでおり、且つ前記電気絶縁基部は、SMT実装用のレイアウトを備える導電性プレート(131〜138)を有する底面を有し、少なくとも1つの前記金属タブ(121〜128)は、少なくとも1つの前記導電性プレート(131〜138)に接続されている、
前記アンテナ装置であり、
前記アンテナ装置は、更に、上面(4U)及び側面(4S)を有する電気絶縁キャップ(4)を備え、2つの端部(411、412)を有する少なくとも1つの金属化表面高周波コイル(42)が、前記上面(4U)に配置され、前記金属化表面高周波コイル(42)は、アンテナとして動作し、且つ前記電気絶縁キャップ(4)の前記側面(4S)上に配設された前記端部(411、412)のそれぞれの延長部分によって、前記電気絶縁基部(1)の少なくとも1つの前記金属タブ(121〜128)に電気的に接続されており、
前記電気絶縁キャップ(4)は交換可能であり、それによって前記LFアンテナの配置とは無関係に、3〜30MHzの範囲内に含まれる周波数で動作するように適合された誘導HFアンテナとして、前記高周波コイル(42)の異なる動作を可能にする、という特徴を有する、
前記アンテナ装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの金属タブ(121〜128)は、前記電気絶縁基部(1)の少なくとも1つの側面から外側に突出し、前記金属化表面高周波コイル(42)の前記端部(411、412)の前記延長部分と電気的接触を成している、請求項1に記載のアンテナ装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの金属タブ(121〜128)は、前記巻線の編組された端部を前記金属タブ(121、122)に溶接することによって、前記少なくとも1つの巻線(31、32、33)に接続されている、請求項2に記載のアンテナ装置。
- 前記電気絶縁基部(1)は、前記巻線(31、32、33)の端部毎に少なくとも1つの前記金属タブ(121〜128)を備えている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のアンテナ装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの磁気コア(2)は、モノリシック磁気コアであり、前記アンテナ装置は、モノリシックアンテナ装置を構成する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のアンテナ装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの磁気コア(2)は、フェライト磁気コアである、請求項5に記載のアンテナ装置。
- 前記フェライト磁気コアは、ニッケル-亜鉛合金、又は、マンガン-亜鉛合金、及び/又は、非晶質コバルトで形成されている、請求項6に記載のアンテナ装置。
- 3つの互いに直交する軸の周りに巻かれた3つの巻線(31、32、33)を備え、前記巻線(31、32、33)の各々は、前記少なくとも1つの磁気コア(2)を取り巻いている、請求項1に記載のアンテナ装置。
- 前記誘導HFアンテナは、13.56MHzのNFC周波数で動作するように適合されている、請求項1に記載のアンテナ装置。
- 前記電気絶縁キャップ(4)は、前記異なる巻線(31、32、33)の前記金属タブ(121〜128)への前記接続が完了された後に、前記磁気コア(2)上と前記異なる巻線(31、32、33)上とに機械的に固定されている前記電気絶縁キャップ(4)によって、前記少なくとも1つの磁気コア(2)の周りに巻かれた異なる巻線(31、32、33)を、その上面(4U)及び側面(4S)で保護する、請求項8に記載のアンテナ装置。
- 前記高周波アンテナ(42)を異なる巻線(31、32、33)から絶縁するための強磁性体シート(5)が、前記キャップ(4)と前記少なくとも1つの磁気コア(2)の前記少なくとも1つの巻線(31、32、33)との間に配置されている、請求項1に記載のアンテナ装置。
