Claims (9)
- 化学元素含有量が、質量%で、C:0.1〜0.25%、Si:0.1〜0.5%、Al:0.01〜0.1%、Mn:0.6〜2%、及び残部がFe及び不可避的不純物であり、C+Mn/6≧0.35を満足することを特徴とする高強靭性継目無鋼管。
- 微細組織が、マルテンサイトを主相とし、マルテンサイト相の割合が75%以上である、請求項1に記載の高強靭性継目無鋼管。
- 微細組織が、さらにフェライト及びベイナイトを少量含む、請求項2に記載の高強靭性継目無鋼管。
- 不可避的不純物において、S≦0.005%、P≦0.02%、O≦0.01%である、請求項1に記載の高強靭性継目無鋼管。
- 降伏強度が555MPa以上で、かつ0℃でのフルサイズ衝撃エネルギーが50Jを超える、請求項1に記載の高強靭性継目無鋼管。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の高強靭性継目無鋼管の製造方法であって、以下の工程(1)〜(4):
(1)製錬して鋼管用ビレットを製造する工程;
(2)前記鋼管用ビレットを加熱してから、穿孔、連続圧延、ストレッチレデューシングによる縮径あるいはストレッチサイジングによる定径を行うことにより、素管を得る工程であって、鋼管用ビレットと素管との横断面積比が4.5を超える、工程;
(3)焼入れの急冷開始温度が850〜1100℃で、冷却速度が20〜60℃/sである条件下でオンライン焼入れを実施し、焼入れ終了後の鋼管のロックウェル硬さが40HRCを超えるようにする工程;及び
(4)焼戻し温度が500〜700℃である条件下で焼戻しを実施する工程
を順に含む製造方法。 - 前記工程(2)において、鋼管用ビレットを1100〜1250℃に加熱し、1〜4時間保持する、請求項6に記載の製造方法。
- 前記工程(2)において、ストレッチレデューシングによる縮径あるいはストレッチサイジングによる定径が行われる前の鋼管用ビレットと、ストレッチレデューシングによる縮径あるいはストレッチサイジングによる定径が終了した後の鋼管用ビレットとの横断面積比が1.05を超える、請求項6に記載の製造方法。
- 前記工程(3)において、素管の周囲に水を均一にスプレーするか、または前記鋼管を水中に浸漬することにより焼入れを行う、請求項6に記載の製造方法。
