Abstract
Description
ムリムタイプのホイールを提供することにある。
薄い厚さで製作される密閉リム110と、前記密閉リム110の外周に等間隔で構成され、内部に第1の溝121を等間隔に形成させる格子凸部120で構成することで、前記密閉リム110と格子凸部120の厚さを加えたリム部100の合計厚さを4mmで製作することを特徴とし、このような格子凸部120の第1の溝121によるリム部100の薄肉化を通じてホイールの軽量化を果たすようになる。

Claims (3)
- 内周に形成されるハブ10と、前記ハブ10の外側に離間してタイヤが装着される外郭枠を形成するリム部100と、前記ハブ10とリム部100とをつなぐ多数のスポーク20を構成したホイールにおいて、
前記リム部100は、円筒状に形成される密閉リム110と、前記密閉リム110の外周面に等間隔に突設され、内部に多数の第1の溝121を等間隔に形成させる格子凸部120を含んで構成したことに特徴があるハニカムリムタイプのホイール。 - 前記リム部100の密閉リム110は、1mm〜1.5mmの厚さで形成され、格子凸部120は、2.5mm〜3mmの厚さで形成され、前記密閉リム110と格子凸部120を合わせたリム部100全体の厚さが4mmで形成されることに特徴がある請求項1に記載のハニカムリムタイプのホイール。
- 前記格子凸部120は、内周に円形状の第1の溝121を形成するリング凸部123で構成されて密閉リム110の外周面に等間隔に形成され、
それぞれのリング凸部123には、内周に第2の溝125が形成された連結凸部127が上下左右にそれぞれ構成され、それぞれのリング凸部123が連結凸部127によって一体として連結形成され、
前記リング凸部123と連結凸部127がつながる部分は曲面R処理され、前記リング凸部123と連結凸部127によって形成される第3の溝129がハニカム状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハニカムリムタイプのホイール。
