Claims (12)

前記カプセル化香料組成物。 - アミノ−アルデヒド前縮合体が、メラミン−ホルムアルデヒド前縮合体である、請求項1に記載のカプセル化香料組成物。
- 少なくとも1のジアミンが、ウレアおよび3−置換1,5−ジアミノ−2,4,6−トリアジンからなる群より選択される、請求項1または2に記載のカプセル化香料組成物。
- 目視検査により無色であり、CIELABスケールにおいて3以下のΔE値を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のカプセル化香料組成物。
- ターポリマーがさらに芳香族ポリオールを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のカプセル化香料組成物。
- 芳香族ポリオールが、レゾルシノール、フェノール、3,5−ジヒドロキシトルエン、ビスフェノールA、ヒドロキノン、キシレノール、ポリヒドロキシナフタレン、ならびにセルロースおよびフミン酸の分解により生成されるポリフェノールからなる群より選択される、請求項5に記載のカプセル化香料組成物。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項において定義されるとおりのカプセル化香料組成物を形成する方法であって、該方法は、水性連続相中に分散した少なくとも1の香料を含有する油滴を含む水中油型エマルジョンを形成するステップ、ここで、該連続相は、アミノ−アルデヒド前縮合体およびジアミン架橋剤を含む;ならびに、4.6±2のpHにおいて、エマルジョンの温度を、上昇させた温度まで上昇させて、アミノ−アルデヒド前縮合体およびジアミンに重縮合および架橋反応を受けさせ、それにより液滴の周囲に架橋アミノプラスト樹脂シェルを形成するステップを含む、前記方法。
- 上昇させた温度が88℃±1℃である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 1時間より長い時間、および特に75分間をかけて温度を88℃±1℃まで上昇させる、請求項7または8に記載の方法。

- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のカプセル化香料組成物の調製における、変色を軽減、除去または予防するための、ジアミンの使用。
