Description
実施例3において、実施例1または2の医療装置の係合要素は、接着層から成る。

実施例16において、植込み型医療装置は、遠位領域と近位領域と及びこれらの間の中間領域とを有する植込み型リードと、縫合スリーブの内腔を形成する内側表面を有する縫合スリーブと、内腔が植込み型リードを受承することと、縫合スリーブが、少なくとも1個の縫合糸受承トラックが形成された外表面を備えることと、植込み型リード上に配置されて縫合スリーブを植込み型リードに対して移動不能に固定する係合要素とからなる。
実施例18において、実施例16の医療装置の係合要素は接着層から成る。

実施例26において、実施例24の医療装置は、植込み型リードの遠位先端に第2検出電極をさらに備える。
実施例28において、実施例24の医療装置の縫合スリーブの外表面の表面粗さは、45と75Raの間である。
実施例32では、実施例30の方法において、係合要素を形成することは、植込み型リードに少なくとも1個の径方向突起を接着することからなり、縫合スリーブを植込み型リードに固定することは、縫合スリーブを少なくとも1個の径方向突起に係合することから成る。

Claims (15)
- 遠位領域と近位領域と中間領域とを有する植込み型リードと、
縫合スリーブの内腔を画定する内側表面を有する縫合スリーブと、前記内腔が植込み型リードを受承することと、前記縫合スリーブが、少なくとも1個の縫合糸受承トラックが形成された外表面を備えることと、
前記植込み型リード上に配置され、同植込み型リードに対して前記縫合スリーブを移動不能に固定する係合要素と、からなる植込み型医療装置。 - 前記縫合スリーブは、シリコンからなり、前記植込み型リードは、ポリカーボネートからなる請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記係合要素は、接着層から成る請求項1または2に記載の医療装置。
- 前記接着層は、第1デュロメータから成り、前記縫合スリーブは、第2デュロメータからなる請求項3に記載の医療装置。
- 前記第1デュロメータは、前記第2デュロメータより低い請求項4に記載の医療装置。
- 前記縫合スリーブは、該縫合スリーブの前記内側表面に沿って少なくとも1個の凹部を備え、前記係合要素は、上面と下面と側壁を有する少なくとも1個の径方向に突出する径方向突起を備え、前記上面と側壁は、前記縫合スリーブに機械的に係止して前記縫合スリーブを前記植込み型リードに固定する為に、少なくとも1個の凹部に係合するように構成される、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 少なくとも1個の径方向突起は、前記縫合スリーブを前記植込み型リードに固定する為に少なくとも1個の凹部と係合するように構成された対向側壁を備える、請求項6に記載の医療装置。
- 前記縫合スリーブは、該縫合スリーブの前記内側表面に沿って少なくとも1個のキャビティをさらに備え、前記係合要素は、前記縫合スリーブを前記植込み型リードに固定する為に、少なくとも1個のキャビティのいずれか一側に前記縫合スリーブの上面を係合するように構成されたリベットを含む少なくとも1個の径方向突起を備える、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記医療装置は、前記植込み型リードの前記遠位領域に固定された少なくとも1個の電極をさらに備える、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の医療装置。
- 縫合スリーブの内腔を画定する内側表面を有する縫合スリーブを形成することと、前記内腔が植込み型リードを受承することと、前記縫合スリーブが少なくとも1個の縫合糸受承トラックが形成された外表面を備えることと、
前記植込み型リードの外表面に係合要素を形成することと、
前記縫合スリーブを前記係合要素に係合することによって前記縫合スリーブを前記植込み型リードに固定することと、からなる、縫合スリーブを遠位領域と近位領域と中間領域とを有する植込み型リードに固定する為の方法。 - 前記係合要素を形成することは、前記縫合スリーブと医療用リードの外表面の間に接着を付加することから成る、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記係合要素を形成することは、前記植込み型リードに少なくとも1個の径方向突起を接着することから成り、前記縫合スリーブを前記植込み型リードに固定することは、前記縫合スリーブを少なくとも1個の前記径方向突起に係合することから成る、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1個の前記径方向突起は、第1径方向突起と第2径方向突起とから成り、前記縫合スリーブを前記植込み型リードに固定することは、前記第1径方向突起と前記第2径方向突起との間に前記縫合スリーブを固定することから成る、請求項12の方法。
- 前記縫合スリーブを前記植込み型リードに固定することは、前記縫合スリーブを前記植込み型リード上にオーバーモールドすること、前記縫合スリーブを予め成型すること、及び前記縫合スリーブを前記植込み型リードに熱結合することの少なくともいずれか1つから成る、請求項10,11,12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、前記係合要素を前記植込み型リードの外表面に形成する前に、前記植込み型リードをプラズマ処理することをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
