Abstract

Claims (9)
- 管路(2、10)中に閉じ込められる又はその中を循環する液体内のガスの存在を検出するための組立体であって、前記管路と、音波又は光波を送信及び受信することができるセンサ(4)とを支持する要素(1、7)を備え、
前記センサ(4)は、前記管路の片側かつ同じ側に面して前記管路の前記支持体(1、7)上に配置され、前記支持要素は、前記センサ(4)の送信機(5)から送信された前記波の前記センサの受信機(6)への経路を定めることができる導波路(3、9)を備えることを特徴とする組立体。 - 前記支持要素は、カセット(7)によって形成され、前記液体管路は、前記カセットの本体に生成されかつ可撓性膜(8)によってシールされた凹部(10)によって形成される、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記膜(8)は、前記センサ(4)と前記支持体(7)の剛性部分との間に固定される、請求項2に記載の組立体。
- 前記液体管路は管体(2)によって形成される、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記導波路(3、9)は、前記支持要素(1、7)の前記本体に配置された面によって形成される、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の組立体。
- 前記導波路(3、9)を形成する前記面は、垂直面に対して45度を成す、請求項5に記載の組立体。
- 前記管路を支持するための前記要素(1、7)は、材料ブロックに成形、射出、又は機械加工された部品で作られる、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の組立体。
- 前記センサ(4)は、横並びに配置された送信機(5)及び受信機(6)によって形成される、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の組立体。
