Description
The present invention relates to a floor material for a soil used for constructing a soil such as an entrance of a house.
For example, at the entrance of a house such as a condominium, an apartment, a detached house, a doorway, etc., construction between soils is required. Since the soil is a place to walk on foot, a floor structure different from the indoor floor to walk with bare feet is applied. In particular, since it is necessary to endure a high pressure by, for example, high heels or a cane in the soil, it is indispensable to give the floor structure appropriate strength. Further, the soil is required to satisfy designability, slip resistance, water resistance, durability, and the like, and a floor sheet or the like is attached to the outermost surface, for example.
Conventionally, as a method for constructing a floor structure between soils, for example, as shown in FIG. 12, first, a craftsman such as a carpenter throws away a laminated plywood 30 against a soil base 20 such as soil concrete, a floor slab, or a wooden floor panel. Is fixed with a nail 33, an adhesive or the like, the wall 21 is constructed thereon, and a baseboard 23 is further installed as necessary. Then, separately, a specialist (such as a floor craftsman) who handles the flooring discards the flooring sheet 31 using an adhesive or the like and affixes it on the plywood 30. In this way, construction between soils is completed.
Various types of flooring materials for such entrances have been proposed. For example, a dirt floor material (tapping a door), which is formed by stacking and integrating a deck plate, wood, and a base plate, is known (second embodiment of Patent Document 1 to FIGS. 4 to 5). . In addition to the integrated laminated body, a floor finishing material (reference numeral 24) is applied to the earth floor material. Moreover, the method of constructing a floor sheet material after installing a dirt floor material has also been proposed (Patent Document 2, Patent Document 3, etc.).
In any of the construction methods disclosed in these patent documents, it is assumed that the construction of the floor finishing material is performed separately from the construction of the dirt floor material. That is, as shown in FIG. 12, in the construction of the soil, the carpenter performs “Installing the thrown plywood 30 → Installing the wall → Installing the baseboard”, and then the floor craftsman performs “Installing the flooring sheet”. Is supposed to do.
For this reason, since it is necessary to adjust the schedule of carpenters and barbers, the construction period may be prolonged. In addition, since the number of personnel related to construction increases, construction costs (particularly labor costs) tend to be expensive. Therefore, if a material that has both the functions of both abandoned plywood and a flooring sheet can be developed, it will be possible to complete construction between soils at once, for example, by carpentry, but such technology is still being developed. It has not reached.
Therefore, a main object of the present invention is to provide a floor material for soil that can be laid directly on a soil ground and can easily construct a floor structure between soils in a short time.
As a result of intensive studies in view of the problems of these conventional techniques, the present inventor has found that the above object can be achieved by adopting a flooring material having a specific layer structure in construction between soils, and the present invention has been completed. It came to do.

That is, the present invention relates to the following floor material for soil.
1. A flooring material used for laying on a soil floor in a building soil,
(1) The flooring includes at least a buffering material layer, a woody material layer, and a resin-containing layer in order from the lower layer,
(2) The flooring is laid so that the cushioning material layer faces the soil base,

A method for constructing a soil, comprising a step of laying the flooring so as to be in contact with the soil ground.
5. The floor structure for soil in which the floor material for soil according to any one of the above items 1 to 3 is disposed on the soil ground between the soils of the building, and the buffer material layer is in direct contact with 1) the soil ground Or 2) A floor structure in which a soil flooring material is disposed so as to be in contact with a soil ground through an adhesive layer.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the floor material for soil which can be laid directly on the soil foundation | substrate and can construct | assemble the floor structure between soil easily and in a short time can be provided.
In the conventional construction method, the installation of the laminated plywood and the installation of the floor sheet on top of it are carried out by separate processes (separate contractors). This is a factor of soaring costs. On the other hand, since the flooring material for earthwork of the present invention can provide a flooring material having the functions of both a discarded plywood and a floor sheet, the work that conventionally required two steps can be completed at once in one step. It becomes possible. In other words, in the construction between soils, it becomes possible to perform the foundation and finishing construction simultaneously.
Moreover, the floor material for dirt of this invention can also acquire effects, such as being able to absorb effectively the unevenness | corrugation by the unevenness | corrugation which arises in a soil ground surface.
Furthermore, since a relatively inexpensive wood material is used as the core material, the manufacturing cost can be kept lower than when a metal plate, FRP, ceramics, etc. are used as the core material, resulting in a relatively inexpensive housing. It is also suitable for the construction of the entrance of the house. Moreover, unlike hard materials such as metal plates, FRP, and ceramics as the core material, the wood material is relatively soft, and is advantageous in terms of cushioning properties, soundproofing properties, and the like.
Such a floor material for soil can be suitably used for construction of soil such as an entrance of a condominium, an apartment, a detached house, and a doorway.
1. The floor material for soil The floor material for soil of the present invention is a floor material used for laying on the soil base in the soil of a building,
(1) The flooring includes at least a buffering material layer, a woody material layer, and a resin-containing layer in order from the lower layer,
(2) The flooring is laid so that the cushioning material layer faces the soil base,
It is characterized by that.
As shown in FIG. 1, the floor material 10 for soil of this invention contains the buffer material layer 11, the wooden material layer 12, and the resin containing layer 13 at least from the lower layer. In this case, each layer may be a single layer or a laminate composed of a plurality of layers. Further, another layer (for example, an adhesive or the like) may be interposed between the layers of each layer as necessary.
The floor material for soil of the present invention is used for laying on a soil base in the space between buildings. For example, soil flooring has been used by floor craftsmen (finishing the outermost surface), such as soil concrete, floor slabs, wooden floor panels, floor pans made of metal plates, and floor pans made of hard resin such as FRP. All the ground structures that are separately constructed are included. In particular, as shown in FIG. 2, the soil flooring 10 is laid on the soil ground 20 so that the buffer material layer 11 faces the soil ground 20. Here, “the cushioning material layer faces the soil base” means that the cushioning material layer is in direct contact with the soil ground without any intervening, and also in contact with the adhesive layer. Including. That is, in the present invention, it is preferable to take a layer structure of “soil base / soil floor” or “soil base / adhesive layer / soil floor”.
The adhesive layer is a layer that fixes the floor material for the soil substantially completely to the ground surface, a layer that adheres the floor material to the ground surface in a state where it can be reversibly attached and peeled by the fingers, and a finger It includes a layer for preventing slippage of the flooring material in a state where the placement and removal of the flooring material can be performed reversibly. These can be formed by, for example, an adhesive, a caulking agent, a pressure-sensitive adhesive, a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, a non-slip sheet, or the like. Further, the adhesive layer may be formed on the entire surface of the soil base or the floor material for soil, or may be partially formed. The case where it is partially formed includes, for example, a case where it is formed in a stripe shape, a dot shape or the like over the entire surface.
Moreover, the soil foundation | substrate in this invention points out the thing of the state in which the wooden boards, such as the abandoned laminated board, are not yet arrange | positioned in the soil structures, such as a front door. In other words, it means a structure in which the metal surface, the FRP surface, the concrete surface, or the wood surface that is the work surface is exposed. In this case, ALC concrete, mortar, etc. are included as concrete which comprises soil concrete or floor slab. As the wood material constituting the wood floor panel, for example, a plurality of wood boards are joined together in the surface direction, and usually have irregularities such as steps. Dirt concrete or floor slabs have more irregularities on the surface than wooden floor panels, but the dirt floor material of the present invention can absorb unevenness due to irregularities even if the dirt base is a concrete surface, so it is more reliable. And it becomes possible to construct easily.
In the floor material for earthwork of the present invention, each layer may have substantially the same shape and area, but may be set to a different shape or area in each layer as necessary. For example, in the flooring material 10 for soil shown in FIG. 3, the buffer material layer 11 and the wood material layer 12 have the same shape and the same area, and the area of the resin-containing layer 13 is reduced, so that the wood material layer 12 The upper surfaces 12a and 12b at both ends are exposed. In other words, a layer configuration in which the upper surface of the wood material layer 12 is exposed can also be adopted. By taking such a layer structure, it is possible to create a soil structure having a structure in which the walls 21 are placed on the upper surfaces 12a and 12b at both ends of the wood material layer 12 as shown in FIG.
In FIG. 3, the upper surfaces 12 a and 12 b at both ends of the wood material layer 12 are exposed, but it may be designed so that only one of them is exposed. The width of the exposed upper surfaces 12a and 12b can be set to, for example, about 50 to 300 mm. Thereby, at the time of construction, both ends of the floor material for the soil can be strongly fixed to the soil base with the nails. Thereafter, the nail can be hidden by providing a wall on the exposed upper surfaces 12a and 12b.
What is necessary is just to set the thickness of the flooring material for soil of this invention to the same extent as the total thickness of the conventional discarding laminated board and the sheet | seat laminated | stacked on it. Therefore, for example, within a range of 3 to 20 mm, preferably 4 to 15 mm, it can be appropriately determined according to the structure between the soils to be constructed. By setting within such a range, higher strength can be obtained, and it is easy to carry due to weight reduction, and the step between the soil and the corridor can be more effectively reduced after construction. In addition, said thickness means the total thickness including those, when arbitrary layers are contained.
Further, the shape, size and the like of the floor material for soil according to the present invention are not limited. The shape may be any of a square, a rectangle, a circle, a rhombus, and the like, but generally a rectangle such as a square or a rectangle is preferable. In addition, in these shapes, a shape in which a part is notched may be used. In addition, the size can be set according to the size of the space between the soils, but may be about 1.2 m × 2.4 m at the maximum in terms of ease of construction and handling. Moreover, it can also be used in combination as a plurality of flooring materials for soil, divided into a certain small size, such as tiles.
The cushioning material layer The cushioning material layer has a function of absorbing unevenness due to unevenness of the soil base and suppressing the warping of the wood material layer.
The cushioning material layer may be any material having cushioning properties, and materials generally known as cushioning materials or commercially available products can be used. Moreover, a synthetic resin, rubber, or a composite material containing at least one of these can be employed as the material. In particular, in the present invention, a) a synthetic resin or rubber foam material, b) a woven or non-woven sheet (hereinafter also referred to as “fiber sheet”) of organic fibers or inorganic fibers, and c) a) or b). At least one of the composite materials to be included can be suitably used.
Examples of the synthetic resin or rubber foam material of a) include vinyl chloride resin foam material, polyethylene foam material, polystyrene foam material, polyurethane foam material, polypropylene foam material, acrylic resin foam material, EVA cross-linked foam material, ABS foam material. Any of a material, a phenol foam material, a natural rubber foam material, a chloroprene rubber foam material, an isoprene rubber foam material, a styrene butadiene rubber foam material, a nitrile rubber foam material, a silicon rubber foam material, and the like can be applied.
The synthetic resin or rubber foam can be obtained, for example, by foaming a synthetic resin composition or a rubber composition. The bubbles (pores) contained in the foamed material may be either closed cells or open cells, but open cells are more preferable in order to exhibit the anchor effect when using an adhesive.
Examples of the fiber sheet of b) include woven or non-woven fabrics such as natural fibers, glass fibers, carbon fibers, and metal fibers, in addition to synthetic fibers made of a polymer organic compound. Moreover, a nonwoven fabric includes all spun bonds, felts, etc., for example.
Examples of the composite material of c) include a material obtained by impregnating the fiber sheet of b) with a synthetic resin. Moreover, the material etc. which laminated | stacked the sheet-like body of the said foaming material of a) and the fiber sheet of said b) can also be used. In particular, by using a glass fiber sheet, it is possible to more effectively suppress warping of the floor material for soil.
Moreover, the buffer material layer can form a some through-hole as needed. When the buffer material layer having a through-hole is joined to a wood material layer or the like using an adhesive, the area in contact with the adhesive increases, and an anchor effect is obtained by the adhesive entering the through-hole. It is possible to improve the adhesive force. The diameter of the through hole is usually about 0.01 to 5 mm, preferably about 0.05 to 2 mm. The density of the through holes is not particularly limited, is generally in the range of 500 to 250,000 pieces / m 2, preferably in the range of 1,000 to 50,000 pieces / m 2, depending on the desired adhesive properties, such as Can be set as appropriate. The through hole can be formed by a known processing device such as a needle roll, a punching device, a laser processing device, or a multi-axis boring machine. For example, as shown in FIG. 5, the through holes are preferably formed at equal intervals (equal pitch) in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction in terms of equalizing the strength of the buffer layer. When the buffer layer is made of a composite material, through holes may be formed in all layers, or through holes may be formed in only some layers.
The thickness of the buffer material layer is not particularly limited, but is usually set appropriately within a range of about 0.2 to 5 mm. In addition, the said thickness means the total thickness, when the buffer material layer is comprised from several layers.
Wood material layer The wood material layer is a layer that maintains the strength of the entire floor material and serves as a core material for applying high pressure (stepping, etc.) to the floor material, particularly with high heels and canes. Further, since it is relatively softer than other hard materials such as metal plates, FRP, ceramics, etc., it is advantageous in terms of soundproofing, cushioning, workability and the like. Furthermore, since it is relatively cheaper than other hard materials, the manufacturing cost can be kept low as a core material. As a result, the flooring material for soil according to the present invention is also suitable for construction of a relatively inexpensive house entrance. It becomes possible to do.
The material of the wood material layer is not particularly limited as long as it is wood itself or a processed product using wood as a raw material, and any of solid wood (lumber), processed wood, etc. can be adopted.
In particular, in the present invention, processed wood can be suitably used in terms of cost and the like. Examples of the processed wood include laminated wood, laminated material, plywood, particle board, fiber board (fiber board) and the like, but at least of plywood, particle board and fiber board from the viewpoint of low cost, ease of processing, strength and the like. One is preferred.
Among them, it is more preferable to use a fiberboard in that warp that may occur over time is suppressed, cutting at the time of construction is easy, and the cut surface is clean. As the fiber board, for example, any of a high density fiber board (HDF), a medium density fiber board (MDF), and the like can be suitably used. In addition, as for these processed wood, all can use a well-known or commercially available thing.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the wood material layer is composed of one or two or more plate-like bodies having rigidity and self-supporting property. Therefore, for example, commercially available HDF or MDF having a thickness of 2 mm or more can be suitably used as the wood material layer.
The thickness of the wood material layer can be appropriately set according to the type of material constituting the wood material layer, etc., but is usually 2 mm or more, preferably 3 to 9 mm. In addition, the said thickness means the total thickness, when the wood material layer is comprised from several layers.
Resin-containing layer Since the resin-containing layer is a layer that is placed on the outermost surface when the flooring material for soil is laid on the foundation concrete, it has functions such as anti-slip, design, waterproof, and durability. Layer.
Examples of the resin component contained in the resin-containing layer include various synthetic resins such as a vinyl chloride resin, a polyolefin resin, a polyurethane resin, and an acrylic resin. In particular, a resin-containing layer mainly composed of a vinyl chloride resin is preferable because it is easy to process and has high durability. In addition, any of a tile shape and a sheet shape can be used as the shape, but the sheet is preferable because it has less joints than the tile. Therefore, in the present invention, a sheet mainly composed of a vinyl chloride resin can be suitably used as the resin-containing layer.
In the present invention, “mainly composed of a vinyl chloride resin” means 1) when the resin-containing layer is composed of a single layer structure, it means that the single layer is composed of a vinyl chloride resin. ) When the resin-containing layer is composed of a multilayer structure, it means that at least one layer is composed of a vinyl chloride resin sheet. In particular, when the resin-containing layer is composed of a multilayer structure, it is desirable to occupy 50% or more, particularly 80% or more of the thickness of the resin-containing layer with a layer composed of a vinyl chloride resin.
When the resin-containing layer has a multilayer structure, for example, a sheet composed of a vinyl chloride resin is used as a base material layer, and a laminate in which at least one of a design layer, a reinforcing layer, a surface protective layer, and the like is formed thereon It can be employed as a resin-containing layer.
In particular, the resin-containing layer may contain a woven or non-woven sheet of organic fibers or inorganic fibers as the reinforcing layer. As such a sheet, the fiber sheet mentioned in the buffer layer can also be used. For example, it can be employed in the form of a laminate in which a) an upper resin layer, b) a fiber sheet, and c) a lower resin layer are laminated. Further, a) an upper resin layer and b) a two-layer laminate in which fiber sheets are laminated, b) a two-layer laminate in which fiber sheets and c) lower resin layers are laminated, and the like also contain a resin. Can be used as a layer. As such a laminate itself, a known or commercially available product can be used.
The thickness of the resin-containing layer is not limited, but is usually about 0.5 to 5 mm, and particularly preferably 1 to 4 mm. In addition, the said thickness means the total thickness, when the resin content layer is comprised from the several layer.
Other Layers The floor material for soil according to the present invention may contain other layers as necessary in addition to the above three layers. For example, in the present invention, a shrinkable layer having shrinkability in the planar direction can be interposed between the resin-containing layer and the wood material layer.
As shown in FIG. 6, a configuration in which a shrink layer 14 is laminated between the wood material layer 12 and the resin-containing layer 13 can also be adopted. Thereby, the phenomenon that the center part of the flooring warps in a convex shape can be effectively suppressed or prevented. If the center of the floor after construction rises in a convex shape, it may be difficult to suppress the warp by other methods, and the floor may wobble up and down, causing problems such as walking. . For this reason, a force (a force that lifts both ends of the flooring) that the wooden material layer warps in a concave shape is applied by the contraction layer disposed on the upper layer of the wooden material layer. As a result, the phenomenon that the flooring warps in a convex shape can be effectively suppressed. Even if the floor material is deformed so as to be lifted at both ends in a concave shape, the degree of deformation can be reduced by pressing the floor material at both ends with, for example, a baseboard, a wall material, or a nail.
The shrinking direction is desirably set so as to shrink toward the center in the plane direction of the shrinking layer. For example, as shown in FIG. 7, when the planar shape of the contraction layer 14 is a rectangle such as a square or a rectangle, the contraction layer 14 has at least one of the x direction and the y direction toward the point where the diagonal line intersects (center point C). It is preferable to shrink. In particular, since the warp becomes noticeable in the longitudinal direction, it is desirable to employ a contraction layer in which the contraction force works at least in the longitudinal direction (x direction in FIG. 7).
The shrink layer is not particularly limited as long as it is a layer made of a stretchable material. For example, the fiber sheet of said b) which can be used with the said buffer material layer can be mentioned. Examples of the material include synthetic fibers made of high molecular organic compounds, natural fibers, glass fibers, carbon fibers, metal fibers, and the like, and synthetic fibers and natural fibers are particularly preferable from the viewpoint of shrinkage. Examples of the shape include woven fabric and non-woven fabric. In addition, the nonwoven fabric includes spunbonded nonwoven fabric, cold koji and the like. A well-known or commercially available thing can also be employ | adopted for these textile fabrics or nonwoven fabrics. By laminating and fixing such a shrinkable (or stretchable) sheet on the wooden material layer in a stretched state, it is possible to effectively suppress warping of the wooden material layer over time.
The thickness of the shrinkable layer can be appropriately set according to the desired shrinkage and the like, but is usually within the range of about 0.2 to 1 mm.
2. Manufacturing method of floor material for soil The floor material for soil of the present invention is, in particular, the step of preparing (a) a buffer material sheet to be a buffer material layer, a wooden board to be a wooden material layer, and a resin-containing sheet to be a resin-containing layer. And (b) a step of obtaining a laminate including at least the buffer material layer, the wood material layer, and the resin-containing layer in this order from the lower layer by bonding the buffer material sheet, the wooden board, and the resin-containing sheet with an adhesive. It can manufacture suitably with a manufacturing method. Thus, in the manufacturing method described above, since the material previously molded or processed into a sheet shape or a plate shape is used as each layer, the floor material for soil can be produced relatively easily and reliably.
As the material constituting each layer, the materials described above can be used as they are. The order in which the layers are laminated is not particularly limited, and all the layers may be laminated at the same time.
As the buffer material sheet, a synthetic resin sheet, a rubber sheet, or a composite material sheet containing at least one of them can be employed.
The wood board is not particularly limited as long as it is wood itself or a processed product using wood as a raw material, and any of solid wood (lumber), processed wood and the like can be adopted. In particular, in the present invention, it is preferable to use at least one kind of wood board of plywood, particle board and fiber board from the viewpoint of low cost, ease of processing, strength and the like.
As the resin-containing sheet, a sheet mainly composed of synthetic resin can be used. In the present invention, a sheet mainly composed of a vinyl chloride resin can be preferably used. Moreover, as described above, a laminate sheet in which a fiber sheet is interposed between two resin layers can also be suitably employed.
Moreover, as an adhesive agent for joining each layer, it can select suitably according to the material etc. of each layer. For example, an adhesive having, as an adhesive component, one or a mixture of two or more selected from urethane resins, vinyl acetate resins, styrene-butadiene copolymer systems, acrylic resins, vinyl chloride resins, and epoxy resins is exemplified. Is done. Also, the type of adhesive is not limited. For example, various types of adhesives such as a one-part adhesive, a two-part adhesive, a thermosetting adhesive, a hot-melt adhesive, and an ultraviolet curable adhesive. Can be used.
In the case of employing any other layer, a step of further laminating an arbitrary layer with an adhesive may be introduced in the above manufacturing method. For example, when a shrink layer is adopted, prior to the lamination of the wood material layer and the resin-containing layer, a step of laminating the upper surface of the wood material layer while fixing the stretchable sheet-like material in a certain direction. Should be added. More specifically, the sheet-like material is temporarily fixed with an adhesive tape or the like while being stretched in a certain direction, and cured by applying an adhesive on the sheet material, thereby maintaining a certain tension. The material can be laminated and fixed on the wood layer.
After laminating each layer, the laminated body may be cut and processed according to a known method as necessary. Since the floor material for soil of the present invention employs a wood material layer, it can be cut relatively easily with a hand saw or an electric saw that can be held in addition to a cutting machine such as a cutting saw and a running saw.
3. The construction method between soils This invention also includes the construction method between soils. For example, it is a method of constructing a floor structure between objects, and when the floor material for soil according to the present invention is laid on a soil base, the buffer material layer of the floor material is 1) directly in contact with the soil base. Or 2) A construction method including a step of laying the flooring so as to be in contact with the soil base via the adhesive layer can be suitably employed.
More specifically, the construction method of the present invention is roughly divided into two methods according to the manner of wall arrangement. The first is a method of arranging walls on the ground concrete surface. 2nd is the method of arrange | positioning a wall on the floor material for soil of this invention.
<First method>
As the first method, for example, (a) a step of constructing a wall on the soil ground surface (wall construction step), (b) the soil flooring of the present invention is applied to a region other than the region where the wall is disposed. A construction method including a step of laying on the soil base surface (floor material laying step) so that the buffer material layer becomes a lower layer can be suitably employed.
Wall construction process In the wall construction process, a wall is constructed on the ground floor. For example, as shown in FIG. 8, the wall material 21 is disposed on the regions 20 a and 20 b of the soil base 20. Usually, the region may be at both ends of the soil base 20. The shape, area, etc. of the region can be appropriately set according to the type of wall to be constructed.
Floor material laying step In the floor material laying step, the floor material for soil according to the present invention is laid on the soil ground surface in a region other than the region where the walls are arranged so that the buffer material layer is a lower layer. For example, as shown in FIG. 2, the soil flooring 10 is installed on the soil ground 20 so that the buffer material layer 11 is a lower layer (lower surface). By arranging in this way, the floor material 10 for soil is installed completely independently of the wall 21. Therefore, it is possible to easily replace, clean, repair, etc. only the floor material 10 for soil. In addition, replacement, cleaning, repair, etc. of only the resin-containing layer are facilitated.
In the conventional construction method, the installation of the abandoned plywood and the installation of the floor sheet on the soil base 20 are performed by separate processes (separate contractors), so the construction period is prolonged, the cost is high, etc. It is a factor. On the other hand, the first method can provide a flooring material having the functions of both the discarded laminated plywood and the floor sheet, so that these operations can be performed all at once. And since the floor material for soil of this invention is used, there also exists an advantage that the unevenness | corrugation by the unevenness | corrugation of a soil ground surface can be absorbed effectively.
In the first method, when the soil flooring 10 is laid on the soil base 20, the soil flooring is laid while leaving a region where the wall is installed. For example, as shown in FIG. 8, the soil flooring is laid in a state where the regions 20 a and 20 b at both ends of the soil base 20 are left open. In this case, the floor material for soil can be appropriately cut so as to have an appropriate shape and size as necessary.
Further, when installing the soil flooring 10 on the soil base 20, it may be fixed so that the soil flooring 10 does not move with a fixing means such as an adhesive, an adhesive tape, a nail, a hook, etc. It may be placed without using the fixing means. In the floor material for soil according to the present invention, a fixing means or a non-slip effect is exhibited due to the weight of the floor material, the cushioning property of the cushioning material layer, and the like. When the fixing means is not used, there is an advantage that the floor material can be easily repaired, replaced, cleaned, and the like.
In addition, as mentioned above, the method of constructing in the order of the wall construction process → the floor material laying process has been described as the first method, but the two processes may be reversed. That is, (a) the step of laying the floor material for soil according to the present invention on the ground surface such that the cushioning material layer is a lower layer, leaving the region where the wall is arranged on the ground surface (floor material laying) Steps) and (b) A construction method including a step of building a wall in the region (wall building step) can also be adopted as appropriate. In this way, when the wall is laid on the ground surface, when the ground surface is fixed with a fixing member such as a nail or a screw as described later, the fixing member can be hidden later by the wall. By adopting such a fixing method, it is possible to realize stronger fixing without impairing the design.
<Second method>
As the second method, for example, (a) a step of laying the floor material for soil according to the present invention on the soil base so that the buffer material layer is a lower layer (floor material laying step), (b) the floor for soil A construction method including a step of building a wall (wall building step) on the resin-containing layer of the material and / or on the exposed upper surface of the wood material layer can be suitably employed.
Floor material laying process In the floor material laying process, the floor material for soil according to the present invention is laid on the soil base so that the buffer material layer is a lower layer. For example, as shown in FIG. 2, the soil flooring 10 is installed on the soil ground 20 so that the buffer material layer 11 is a lower layer (lower surface).
In the conventional construction method, the installation of the affixed plywood and the installation of the floor sheet on the ground base 20 are performed by separate steps (separate contractors), whereas in the second construction method, Since flooring that has the function of both affixed plywood and a floor sheet is used, these operations can be completed in one step. In addition, the use of the floor material 10 for soil according to the present invention can also provide an effect of effectively absorbing unevenness due to unevenness on the surface of the soil base 20.
When installing the soil flooring 10 on the soil base 20, it may be fixed so that the soil flooring 10 does not move with fixing means such as an adhesive, adhesive tape, nails, rivets or the like. You may mount, without using a means.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 11, the soil flooring 10 may be fixed to the soil base 20 by the nails 33 in the region where the wall of the soil flooring 10 is disposed. As a result, the soil flooring 10 and the soil base 20 can be firmly fixed, and the phenomenon that the soil flooring warps in a concave shape with time can be effectively suppressed. Similarly, in FIG. 10, nails are struck to the exposed upper surfaces 12 a and 12 b of the wood material layer 12 in the region where the wall of the floor material 10 is placed, and the floor material 10 for the soil is applied to the soil base 20. It may be fixed.
In addition, you may fix with other fixing members, such as a screw and a bolt nut, instead of a nail. In this way, by driving a nail or the like into the place where the wall is to be installed and concealing it later with the wall, the fixing member such as the nail is not exposed in the appearance, so that it is possible to realize stronger fixing without impairing the design. Become. In addition, since the fixing member such as a nail is pressed down by the wall, the fixing becomes strong and is blocked from the external environment, so that the fixing member is hardly deteriorated. Above all. When the fixing member is made of metal, a higher protection effect can be obtained.
Wall construction process In the wall construction process, a wall is constructed on the resin-containing layer and / or the exposed upper surface of the wood material layer of the soil flooring.
When building a wall, it can arrange | position so that the lower surface of a wall (wall material) may contact the upper surface of the resin containing layer of the flooring material for soil.
For example, as shown in FIG. 9, the lower surface of the wall 21 can be placed on the upper surface of the resin-containing layer 13 of the floor material 10 for soil. In this case, since the wall can be disposed anywhere on the upper surface of the resin-containing layer, for example, since the construction can be performed even if the position is slightly shifted during construction, there is an advantage that the degree of freedom in construction is high.
As another embodiment, for example, in the case of using the floor material 10 having a layer structure shown in FIG. 3, a method of arranging the walls 21 on the exposed upper surfaces 12a and 12b of the wood material layer 12 as shown in FIG. 10 is also adopted. be able to. In particular, the method shown in FIG. 10 has advantages such as easy replacement, cleaning, repair, and the like of the resin-containing layer.
By providing the wall so that the lower surface of the wall is in contact with the exposed surface of the resin-containing layer or the wood material layer, it is possible to effectively suppress the phenomenon that the soil flooring warps in a concave shape over time. That is, as shown in FIG. 9 or FIG. 10, since both ends of the flooring 20 of the present invention can be pressed by walls, baseboards, etc., a warping force was applied in such a way that both ends of the flooring floated. However, the warpage can be suppressed or prevented more effectively.
Other Steps In the present invention, work performed when constructing a known soil can also be appropriately performed. For example, as shown in FIGS. 8 to 11, it is possible to form the water stop treatment unit 22 at the corner between the floor for earth and the wall, install the baseboard 23 and the like as necessary. The water stop treatment part 22 can be formed of a caulking agent or the like. In addition, by installing the baseboard 23 so as to be in contact with the soil flooring, the phenomenon that the soil flooring warps in a concave shape with time can be effectively suppressed, and a water stop effect can be obtained. it can. This is particularly effective in the case of the configuration shown in FIG.
4). Structure between soil The present invention is the above-mentioned 3. It also includes the soil structure built in. In particular, in the present invention, the floor structure is a soil floor in which the floor material for soil according to the present invention is disposed on the soil ground between the soils of a building, and the buffer material layer 1) is in direct contact with the soil ground. Or 2) The floor structure characterized by the floor material for soil being arrange | positioned so that it may contact | connect a soil ground via an adhesive layer is included.
More specifically, the soil structure of the present invention is roughly classified into two methods depending on the manner of wall arrangement. The first is a structure in which a wall is arranged on a soil base. 2nd is the structure where the wall is arrange | positioned on the floor material for soil of this invention.
<First structure>
As the first structure, a) a floor material for the soil of the present invention laid on the soil base, leaving a region where the wall is disposed on the soil base, and b) a lower surface of the wall in the region of the soil base. A soil structure including a wall installed so as to be in contact with each other can be suitably employed as the soil structure of the present invention.
FIG. 8 shows a schematic diagram of the first structure. In FIG. 8, a) the floor material 10 for soil of the present invention laid on the soil base material, leaving the regions 20a, 20b where the walls are arranged on the soil ground material 20, and b) the regions 20a, 20b of the soil ground material base. The soil structure including the wall 21 installed so that the lower surface of the wall 21 is in contact with is shown.
In the first structure, since the floor material for earthwork of the present invention is completely independent from the wall, replacement, repair, washing, etc. of the floor material can be performed relatively easily. In addition, when the floor material for soil is simply laid without being fixed by a fixing means such as an adhesive, it is possible to freely replace a plurality of floor materials for different sizes with a floor mat feeling. .
<Second structure>
As the second structure, a) the floor material for soil of the present invention laid on the soil ground between the soils of the building, b) the upper surface of the resin-containing layer of the floor material for soil or the exposed upper surface of the wood material layer An interstitial structure including a wall installed so that the lower surface of the wall is in contact can be suitably employed as the interstitial structure of the present invention.
FIG. 9 shows a schematic diagram of the second structure. In FIG. 9, a) a floor 21 that has a soil floor laying on a ground floor 20 in the space between buildings, and b) a wall 21 that is installed in contact with the upper surface of the resin-containing layer 13 of the floor floor. The soil structure including is shown. In this embodiment, unlike the structure of FIG. 10, since the exposed surface of the wood material layer is not formed, it can be used universally at various sites.
In FIG. 10, the soil structure of another form of this invention is shown. In FIG. 10, a) has a soil flooring 10 laid on the soil base 20 between the soils of the building, and b) is installed in contact with the exposed upper surfaces 12a and 12b of the wood layer of the soil flooring. An interstitial structure is shown including a wall 21 made. In this embodiment, since there is no wall on the resin-containing layer, it is possible to easily replace only the resin-containing layer. In addition, the wood material layer is in direct contact with no resin-containing layer under the wall, so that the wall can be stably fixed.
In FIG. 11, the soil structure of another form of this invention is shown. FIG. 11 has the same structure as FIG. 9 except that nails 33 are struck from the upper surface of the floor for soil located on the lower surface of the wall to the ground floor. According to this structure, a higher joint strength can be obtained by the nail, and the effect that the nail can be concealed by the wall is obtained.
In addition, you may employ | adopt another fixing members, such as a screw and a bolt nut, instead of a nail. In this way, by driving nails into the place where the wall is to be installed and concealing them later with the wall, fixing members such as nails are not exposed, so that not only the design is not impaired, but it is also possible to realize stronger fixation It becomes. In addition, since the nail, the screw, and the like are pressed by the weight of the wall, the fixing becomes strong and the external member is shielded from the external environment, so that the fixing member is hardly deteriorated. In particular, an excellent protective effect can be exhibited when the fixing member is made of metal.
In both the first and second structures, members employed in known soil such as a water-stopping treatment unit and a baseboard can be included in the structure. That is, as shown in FIGS. 8 to 11, the water stop processing unit 22 and the baseboard 23 in the corner between the floor for earth and the wall may be included in the structure of the present invention.
The features of the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to examples. However, the scope of the present invention is not limited to the examples.
Example 1
The construction example in the case of forming the soil structure shown in FIG. 8 is shown. First, a laminate having a structure as shown in FIG. In this example, a commercially available vinyl chloride resin foam sheet (size 91 cm × 135 cm, thickness 1.3 mm) was used as the material of the buffer layer 11, and a commercially available MDF (size 91 cm × 135 cm, as a wooden material layer) A commercially available vinyl chloride resin sheet (size: 91 cm × 135 cm, thickness: 2.5 mm) is used as the resin-containing layer. These are laminated in the order shown in FIG. 1, and the respective layers are joined with a urethane resin adhesive.
As shown in FIG. 8, the floor material 10 for soil created as described above is laid in a region other than the wall on the soil foundation 20. In this case, the soil flooring is appropriately cut so as to have an appropriate shape and size as necessary. The floor material for soil 10 and the soil base can be bonded and fixed to each other using a urethane resin adhesive.
Next, a water-stopping treatment can be carried out with a commercially available water-based polyurethane sealing agent at the corners between the both end faces of the soil flooring 10 and the wall 21. Thereafter, the baseboard 23 is attached to the wall 21 for blindfolding of the water stop treatment section. The attachment position may be such that the lower surface of the baseboard 23 is located at a height within a range of about 1 to 10 mm from the surface of the resin-containing layer 13 of the floor material 10 for soil.
Thus, by using the floor material for earthwork of this invention, it becomes possible to complete two processes conventionally constructed by the carpenter and the floor craftsman in a relatively short time.
Example 2
The construction example in the case of forming the soil structure shown in FIG. First, a laminate having a structure as shown in FIG. In this example, a commercially available vinyl chloride resin foam sheet (size 91 cm × 135 cm, thickness 1.3 mm) was used as the material of the buffer layer 11, and a commercially available MDF (size 91 cm × 135 cm, as a wooden material layer) A commercially available vinyl chloride resin sheet (size: 91 cm × 115 cm, thickness: 2.5 mm) is used as the resin-containing layer. These are laminated in the order shown in FIG. 3, and the respective layers are joined with a urethane resin adhesive. In this case, as shown in FIG. 4, it arrange | positions so that the both ends of the wood material layer 12 may be exposed, and the exposed surfaces 12a and 12b are formed. The soil flooring 10 produced as described above is laid on the soil base 20 as shown in FIG. In this case, the soil flooring 10 and the soil base 20 are bonded to each other using a urethane resin adhesive and fixed to each other, and nails are struck to the ends of the soil flooring 10 to be fixed to the soil base 20. You can also.
Next, the wall material 21 is vertically arranged on the upper surfaces of the exposed surfaces 12a and 12b, and fixed with a fixture. At this time, a water stop treatment can also be performed with a commercially available water-based polyurethane sealing agent at the corner portions between the both end surfaces of the soil flooring 10 and the wall 21.
Example 3
The construction example in the case of forming the soil structure shown in FIG. 11 is shown.
The soil flooring 10 produced as described above is laid on a soil ground as shown in FIG. At this time, the soil flooring 10 and the soil base 20 are bonded to each other using a urethane resin adhesive, and the nails 33 are struck on the ends of the soil flooring 10 so that the soil floor 10 is attached to the soil base 20. It can also be fixed to.
Then, when using the nail 33 for the said fixation in the both ends of the upper surface of the resin-containing layer 13 of the floor material for soil, the wall 21 is installed so that the nail head may be hidden.
What is necessary is just to set an attachment position so that the lower surface of the baseboard 23 may be located in the height within the range of about 1-10 mm from the surface of the resin containing layer 13 of the flooring 10 for soil.
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to complete two processes, which have been conventionally performed by carpenters and floor craftsmen, in a single process in a relatively short time.
