Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a heat utilization technique that utilizes thermal energy generated in a fuel cell for hot water heating.
2. Description of the Related Art Hot water supply systems that use thermal energy such as thermal energy generated by engine generators or fuel cells that use gas as fuel, solar heat, etc., for hot water heating are known.
In such a hot water supply system, when the amount of stored heat is insufficient for the amount of heat necessary for hot water supply or the like, auxiliary heating is performed. When the combustion heat of gas is used as an auxiliary heat source, the lower limit capacity by the combustion heat is guaranteed by the necessary water supply.
With regard to such a hot water supply system, when the hot water temperature of the hot water storage tank is lower than the set temperature at the start of hot water supply, the auxiliary heat source is adjusted to a low level that does not exceed the lower limit capacity of the auxiliary heat source from the start of hot water supply until the hot water supply is stopped. It is known to perform additional heating by (Patent Document 1). As for the efficient use of the auxiliary heat source, it is known that the auxiliary heat source is operated at the time of hot water supply, and the heat dissipation to the atmosphere and the reduction of fuel consumption are achieved as compared with keeping the hot water in the hot water storage tank ( For example, Patent Document 2).
By the way, about the utilization form of an auxiliary | assistant heat source, when shifting from an unused state to a utilization state, in order to guarantee a minimum capability, the mixing amount of the water supply with respect to warm water increases. That is, increasing the amount of water supply means that the heat utilization from the heat storage tank is reduced accordingly. In such a state, the use of the heat storage amount is insufficient, and there is a possibility that the hot water supply temperature is fluctuated.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to improve the utilization rate of the amount of heat stored by the heat medium heated by exchanging heat with the exhaust heat of the fuel cell and to stabilize the hot water supply in order to solve such problems. .
In order to achieve the above object, according to one aspect of the hot water supply system of the present invention, there is provided a hot water supply system that uses the exhaust heat of the fuel cell for hot water heating, and the heat of the heat medium heated by the exhaust heat is A heat exchanger to be exchanged, a tank for accumulating the heat medium, a circulation path for passing the heat medium from the upper layer side of the tank to the heat exchanger and circulating to the lower layer side of the tank, and the circulation path A circulation pump that circulates the heat medium, a first temperature sensor that detects the temperature of the feed water before heat exchange of the heat exchanger, and a second temperature that detects the temperature of the feed water after heat exchange of the heat exchanger. Mixing for adjusting a mixing amount of the feed water after heating in the heat exchanger and the feed water before heat exchange in the heat exchanger according to a temperature sensor, and detected temperatures of the first temperature sensor and the second temperature sensor Means.
In this hot water supply system, when the temperature of the heat medium on the upper layer side of the tank is detected, and when the temperature detected by the third temperature sensor is lower than the temperature required for hot water at a set temperature, the mixing means You may provide the control part which adjusts the amount of mixing and restrict | limits the water supply amount which flows into the said heat exchanger.
In this fuel cell system, a third temperature sensor that detects the temperature of the heating medium on the upper layer side of the tank, and a control that controls the circulation pump by the detected temperatures of the third temperature sensor and the second temperature sensor May be provided.

According to the present invention, any of the following effects can be obtained.
(1) The waste heat from the fuel cell can be stored, and this heat can be effectively used for hot water heating, so that the waste heat can be used efficiently.
(2) The fluctuation of the hot water temperature can be suppressed and the hot water can be stabilized.
(3) Hot water supply capacity can be improved by using waste heat as a heat source.
FIG. 1 shows a hot water supply system according to an embodiment. The configuration shown in FIG. 1 is an example and is not limited to the configuration according to the present invention.
The hot
At the time of hot water supply, the water supply W supplied to the water supply path 8-2 flows into the heat exchanger 12-1. At this time, by driving the circulation pump 14-1, the heat medium HM1 flows from the upper layer side of the
In this hot water supply unit 4-1, when the set temperature of the hot water HW is T, the heat exchange between the feed water W and the heat medium HM 1 is a temperature (T + α) higher than the set temperature T by α (for example, α = 5 [° C.]). ) To perform heat exchange. The feed water temperature T2 is detected by a first temperature sensor 10-2 installed on the inlet side of the feed water channel 8-2. The temperature T3 of the hot water HW on the side of the hot water outlet is detected by the second temperature sensor 10-3. The hot water HW in the hot water supply path 8-4 flows to the mixing valve 16-1 which is an example of the mixing means in the hot water supply path 8-4. The mixing valve 16-1 is connected to the bypass passage 8-5 on the water supply passage 8-2 side, and the opening ratio between the hot water supply passage 8-4 side and the bypass passage 8-5 side of the mixing valve 16-1 is increased. It is possible to mix the feed water W with the hot water HW at a suitable mixing ratio. Accordingly, if the amount of heat of the heat medium HM1 in the
The hot water supply path 8-4 of the hot water supply unit 4-2 is connected to the hot water supply path 8-4 of the hot water supply unit 4-1, and the hot water supply path 8-6 forms a continuous water passage with the hot water supply path 8-4. Thereby, the hot water HW discharged from the hot water supply unit 4-1 is supplied to the hot water supply path 8-6 of the hot water supply unit 4-2. If the temperature of the hot water HW flowing through the hot water supply passage 8-6 is the set temperature T, the heat treatment of the hot water supply unit 4-2 is not necessary, and the hot water supply unit 4-2 may be used as it is. That is, hot water can be discharged from the bypass passage 8-7 branching from the hot water supply passage 8-6 through the second mixing valve 16-2. The mixing valve 16-2 is an example of hot water switching means.
When the detected temperature T1 of the temperature sensor 10-1 for detecting the upper layer temperature of the
When the detected temperature T4 of the temperature sensor 10-4 is lower than the set temperature T (T4 <T), the hot water HW is supplied from the hot water supply path 8-6 to the heat exchanger 12-2 as an example of the second heat exchange unit. And heat exchange between the heat medium HM2 and the hot water HW is performed. Thereby, the warm water HW is heated. The temperature T5 of the hot water HW on the exit side of the heat exchanger 12-2 is detected by the temperature sensor 10-5. The hot water HW after heat exchange of the heat exchanger 12-2 flows to the mixing valve 16-2. The mixing valve 16-2 is connected to a bypass path 8-7 on the hot water supply path 8-6 side, and corresponds to the opening ratio between the hot water supply path 8-6 side and the bypass path 8-7 side of the mixing valve 16-2. It is possible to mix the warm water HW before the heat exchange with the warm water HW after the heat exchange at the mixing ratio. If the detected temperature T5 of the hot water HW after the heat exchange is higher than the set temperature T, the hot water HW before the heat exchange and the hot water hHW after the heat exchange are mixed at a mixing ratio corresponding to the opening ratio from the bypass 8-8. Then, the mixed water mHW (= HW + hHW) at the set temperature T is discharged. The temperature of the mixed water mHW is detected by a temperature sensor 10-6 in the hot water supply path 8-6, and the detected temperature T6 is used for adjusting the opening of the mixing valve 16-2 that adjusts the mixed water mHW to the set temperature T. .
<Control of hot water supply units 4-1 and 4-2>
The control during hot water supply is as follows.
(1) The heat of the heating medium HM1 is exchanged with the feed water W to generate hot water HW that is higher by α degrees than the set temperature T, and the hot water temperature of the hot water HW is controlled to the set temperature T by the mixing valve 16-1.
(2) When T1 <(T + β), the operation of the
(3) If the temperature of the hot water HW provided from the hot water supply unit 4-1 to the hot water supply unit 4-2 is the set temperature T, the hot water HW is discharged from the bypass passage 8-7 through the mixing valve 16-2.
(4) When T4 <T, the heat of the heating medium HM2 is exchanged with the hot water HW, thereby adjusting the opening ratio of the mixing valve 16-2 and discharging the mixed water mHW having the set temperature T.

In the hot water supply unit 4-1, it is determined whether or not the hot water supply is used by starting the operation (S <b> 11). If hot water is not used (NO in S11), circulation pump 14-1 is stopped (S12), and this hot water supply process is terminated.
Through S14 or S15, it is determined whether the detected temperature T1 is T1 <(T + β) (S16). If T1 <(T + β) (YES in S16), it is determined that there is no heat storage in the heat medium tank 6 (S17). If T1 <(T + β) is not satisfied (NO in S16), that is, T1 ≧ (T + β ), It is determined that there is heat storage in the heat medium tank 6 (S18).
And the mixing ratio of the warm water HW and the feed water W is adjusted with the opening ratio of the mixing valve 16-1, and the warm water HW discharged is controlled to the set temperature T (S19).
<Hot-water supply control of hot-water supply unit 4-2>
FIG. 3 shows a processing procedure of hot water supply control of the hot water supply unit 4-2. It is determined whether or not the hot water supply unit 4-2 also uses hot water (S21). If hot water is not used (NO in S21), the circulation of the heating medium HM2 is stopped by stopping the circulation pump 14-2 (S22), and this hot water supply process is terminated. If hot water is used (YES in S21), it is determined whether or not the
If there is no heat storage (YES in S23), circulation of the heat medium HM2 is started and the
After the circulation of the heating medium HM2 is started (S24), it is determined whether the detected temperature T4 of the hot water HW is less than the set temperature T (T4 <T) (S27). If T4 <T (YES in S27), the hot water HW flowing from the hot water supply unit 4-1 into the hot water supply unit 4-2 is heated by the heat exchanger 12-2 by changing the opening ratio of the mixing valve 16-2. By using the hot water hHW after replacement, the temperature of the hot water HW discharged is controlled to the set temperature T (S28). In this case, the mixed water mHW (= HW + hHW) of the warm water hHW after heat exchange and the warm water HW before heat exchange is discharged.
If T4 <T, that is, if the detected temperature T4 is the set temperature T (NO in S27), the opening degree of the mixing valve 16-2 is switched to the bypass path 8-7 side, and hot water is supplied from the hot water supply unit 4-1. The hot water HW flowing into the unit 4-2, that is, the hot water HW before heat exchange flowing on the bypass path 6-7 side is discharged (S29).

<Operation pattern>
In the case of T4 ≧ T, the heat storage amount of the
In this way, when T4 ≧ T starts tapping, and during T1 <(T + β) during tapping, as shown in FIG. 5, the operation of the
In the case of T4 <T, since the amount of heat stored in the
Heat of the heat medium HM2 is exchanged with the hot water HW, and the hot water hHW is obtained from the heat exchanger 12-2. In the mixing valve 16-2, the hot water HW before heat exchange and the hot water hHW after heat exchange of the heat exchanger 12-2 are mixed from the bypass path 8-7 to obtain mixed water mHW. The tapping temperature of the mixed water mHW is detected by the temperature sensor 10-6, the opening ratio of the opening on the bypass path 8-7 side and the opening on the hot water hHW side of the mixing valve 16-2 is controlled, and the set temperature T The mixed water mHW tapping water is controlled.

At time t2 when the detected temperature T4 falls below the set temperature T, as shown in FIG. 7C, the control area C1 of the mixing valve 16-1 is switched to the control area C2 of the mixing valve 16-2. A time Δt exists between the time point t1 and the time point t2. That is, this means that the operation of the
FIG. 7D shows the case where the heat storage temperature of the
As shown in E of FIG. 7, the heat medium temperature Tm is maintained at a constant temperature by the heating of the
Then, as shown in FIG. 7F, at the time t3 when the transition from T4 <T to T4 ≧ T is made, the control region C2 of the mixing valve 16-2 is switched to the control region C1 of the mixing valve 16-1. As a result, the hot water HW and the feed water W are mixed, or the hot water at the set temperature T is obtained only with the hot water HW.

<Hot-water treatment [2-1]>
FIG. 15 shows the procedure of the hot water supply process [2-1] of the hot water supply unit 4-2.
It is determined whether hot water is used (S121). If not hot water (NO in S121), the circulation of the heating medium HM2 is stopped and the hot water supply process is terminated.
If hot water is being used (YES in S121), it is determined whether “no heat storage” has been received (S123). If “no heat storage” is received (YES in S123), the heat medium HM2 is circulated (S124). If “no heat storage” is not received (NO in S123), it is determined whether T4 <T (S125). If T4 <T (YES in S125), the process proceeds to S124. If T4 <T (NO in S125), the circulation of the heating medium HM2 is stopped (S126).
When the process shifts to the circulation drive of the heating medium HM2 in S124, it is determined whether T4 <T (S127). If T4 <T (YES in S127), the temperature of the mixed water mHW is set by the mixing valve 16-2. The temperature is controlled to T (S128). If T4 <T is not satisfied (NO in S127), the mixing valve 16-2 is fully opened to the bypass circuit 8-7 side, and only the hot water HW from the hot water supply unit 4-1 is discharged (S129).
<Hot water supply treatment [2-2]>
FIG. 16 shows a processing procedure of hot water supply processing [2-2] of the hot water supply unit 4-2.
It is determined whether hot water is used (S131), and if hot water is used (YES in S131), it is determined whether "no heat storage" is received (S132). If “no heat storage” is received (YES in S132), the circulation pump 14-2 is driven (S133), and the heat medium HM2 is circulated. Based on the detected temperature T13 of the temperature sensor 10-13, the combustion amount of the
After S134 and S137, it is determined whether T4 <T (S138). If T4 <T (YES in S138), the mixed water mHW becomes the set temperature T based on the detected temperature T4 of the temperature sensor 10-4. Thus, the opening ratio of the mixing valve 16-2 is controlled (S139). If T4 <T (NO in S138), hot water HW controlled to the set temperature T is supplied from the hot water supply unit 4-1 to the hot water supply path 8-6, so that the bypass path 8-7 side is fully opened. Then, the mixing valve 16-2 is controlled to discharge hot water HW having a set temperature T (S140).
If hot water supply is not used in S131 (NO in S131), the circulation of the heat medium HM2 is stopped by stopping the circulation pump 14-2 (S141), the combustion of the

(3) In the hot water supply unit 4-1, the hot water HW discharged from the hot water supply path 8-4 is heat-exchanged so that the water supply W becomes a temperature (T + α) higher than the set temperature T by, for example, α = 5 [° C.] Hot water HW (temperature = T + α) after heat exchange and feed water W before heat exchange can be mixed and adjusted to a set temperature T to supply hot water using the mixing valve 16-1.

(9) Using the mixing valve 16-1 of the hot water supply unit 4-1, if the temperature of the hot water HW from the heat exchanger 12-1 is equal to or higher than the set temperature T, the hot water HW and the feed water W are mixed, The temperature of the hot water HW is adjusted to the set temperature T. In this case, when the hot water supply unit 4-1 can discharge hot water at the set temperature T, the mixing valve 16-2 of the hot water supply unit 4-2 fully opens the bypass path 8-7, and the heating medium HM2 by the

(15) The hot water supply units 4-1 and 4-2 may be integrated or separated. If such hot water supply units 4-1 and 4-2 can be separated, the degree of freedom of installation and the ease of maintenance can be achieved.
(16) When the hot water is not discharged, the mixing valve 16-2 is fully opened to the heat exchanger 12-2 side under the condition that the detected temperature T5 of the temperature sensor 10-5 is lower than the set temperature T (T5 <T). Since the bypass path 8-7 side is fully closed, even when the bypass path 8-7 side is fully opened at the start of hot water, switching requires a certain amount of time, and the mixing valve 16-2 is subjected to heat exchange. Since the heated hot water HW on the side of the vessel 12-2 flows out, the hot water HW can be prevented from staying.
(17) For example, when a maximum water flow rate of 24 [liter / min] is passed as the feed water flow rate, a grace period of about 10 seconds is required until the hot water HW exchanged with the heat medium HM1 of the temperature sensor 10-1 flows out. Yes, even when the detected temperature T1 of the temperature sensor 10-1 is lower than the set temperature T + β (T1 <T + β), the heating medium HM2 in the heat exchanger 12-2 can be sufficiently heated during such a grace period. Therefore, even if the circulation delay of the heat medium HM1 occurs, the temperature of the hot water discharged can be stabilized.
FIG. 18 shows the relationship between the hot water supply temperature on the hot water supply unit 4-2 side and the heat medium HM2 according to the second embodiment.
The second embodiment shows an example of the hot water supply capacity of the hot water supply unit 4-2 alone. The horizontal axis indicates the temperature of the hot water supply, and the vertical axis indicates the transition of the temperature of the heating medium HM2. As is apparent from this result, in the hot water supply unit 4-2, the set temperatures Ta, Tb, and Tc (for example, Ta = 35 [° C.], Tb = 40 [° C.], Tc = 45 [T] of the hot water HW and the hot water HW are set. Temperature control of the heating medium HM2 is performed.
