Abstract
【解決手段】鉄道車両の状態監視装置は、台車の機器の状態情報を検出する監視センサと、前記監視センサで検出された状態情報を含む信号を送信間隔をあけて無線送信する無線送信器と、を備え、前記無線送信器は、前記状態情報を用いた監視値が閾値以下であると判定された場合に、前記送信間隔を所定の初期間隔として前記信号を無線送信し、前記監視値が前記閾値を超えたと判定された場合に、前記送信間隔を前記初期間隔よりも小さい狭間隔として前記信号を無線送信する。

Claims (6)
- 車体及び台車を有する鉄道車両の状態監視装置であって、
前記台車に設けられ、前記台車の機器の状態情報を検出する監視センサと、
前記台車に設けられ、前記監視センサで検出された状態情報を含む信号を送信間隔をあけて無線送信する無線送信器と、
前記台車に設けられ、前記監視センサ及び前記無線送信器に電力を供給する電源と、を備え、
前記無線送信器は、前記状態情報を用いた監視値が閾値以下であると判定された場合に、前記送信間隔を所定の初期間隔として前記信号を無線送信し、前記監視値が前記閾値を超えたと判定された場合に、前記送信間隔を前記初期間隔よりも小さい狭間隔として前記信号を無線送信する、鉄道車両の状態監視装置。 - 前記台車に設けられ、前記状態情報を保存可能な記憶器を更に備え、
前記監視センサは、前記初期間隔よりも小さいサンプリング間隔で前記状態情報を検出し、
前記記憶器は、少なくとも前記初期間隔内で検出された複数の前記状態情報を保存可能な容量を有し、
前記無線送信器は、前記送信間隔が前記初期間隔に設定されているとき、前記記憶器に保存された前記初期間隔内の前記複数の状態情報のうち一部の状態情報を無線送信し、
前記無線送信器は、前記送信間隔が前記初期間隔から前記狭間隔に変更されるとき、その変更時点で前記記憶器に保存されている前記複数の状態情報を無線送信する、請求項1に記載の鉄道車両の状態監視装置。 - 前記監視センサは、前記状態情報として前記台車の軸受の温度情報を検出する軸受温度センサであり、
前記監視値は、前記温度情報から得られる温度上昇量及び温度上昇率の少なくとも一方である、請求項1又は2に記載の鉄道車両の状態監視装置。 - 前記監視値と前記閾値との間の大小関係を判定して前記無線送信器の前記送信間隔を決定する通信間隔決定器を更に備え、
前記通信間隔決定器は、前記軸受の荷重及び回転速度の少なくとも一方の値が増加したときに前記閾値を上げる、請求項3に記載の鉄道車両の状態監視装置。 - 前記無線送信器は、前記軸受の回転速度がゼロであるとき、前記温度情報の無線送信を停止する、請求項3又は4に記載の鉄道車両の状態監視装置。
- 前記車体に設けられ、前記無線送信器から送信された信号のデータを記憶する第2の記憶器と、
前記第2の記憶器に保存された前記各データに基づいて前記機器の状態を診断する診断器と、を更に備える、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の鉄道車両の状態監視装置。
