Abstract
患者の人工膝関節または人工十字型の靭帯を作成するための医療装置であり、大腿骨の骨の末端部分の少なくとも3枚の層の皮質骨を通して配置されるのに適している横部材を備え、全体として横部材の延長に沿った4つの表層から成る医療装置である。

横部材は、人工膝関節または人工十字型の靭帯に関与し、横部材は、少なくとも、大腿骨の皮質骨の少なくとも4枚の層のうちの少なくとも1枚に横部材の固定に関与する1つの固定部から成る。

Description
好ましい構造は、本願明細書において実施例のいずれかに従って、半径調整装置と結合されることである。様々な弾力は様々な弾力をつくっている異なる技術を使用して成し遂げられてもよい、そして、本発明は本願明細書において開示される実施例に限られていてはならない。様々な弾力と同様に類似の結果はバネ・サスペンションを含んでいるいかなる種類ものサスペンションによって成し遂げられてもよい、そして、構造は同じ結果を成し遂げて屈曲可能でもよいか可撓性でもよい。
医療装置は、全体として横部材の延長に沿った4つの表層から、横部材は、大腿骨の骨の末端部分の少なくとも3枚の層の皮質骨で配置される、横部材から成る。
横部材は人工膝関節または人工十字型の靭帯に関係していてもよく、横部材は大腿骨の皮質骨の少なくとも4枚の層のうちの少なくとも1枚に横部材の固定に関与する少なくとも一つの固定部から成ってもよい。横部材を形成することによって、大腿骨の骨に対し、安定して固定される。
、十字型の靭帯の異なる位置に適応するために内側関節丘の間に配置されるために構成される。
マリーブその他、Human Anatomy、2003、ベンジャミン・カミングズ、サンフランシスコ、ページ195−202、そして、ムーアその他、Clinically oriented anatomy,1999、リッピンコット、ウィリアムス及びウィルキンズ、ボルチモア、ページ501−653、であり、両者ともここに参照される。
接触表面または全ての医療装置で、例えばジルコニウムまたは二酸化ジルコニウム・セラミックまたはアルミナ・セラミックといったセラミック材料の使用は、考えられもする。人間の骨に対する医療装置の固定のための人間の骨と接触する医療装置の部分は、救貧院構造から成ってもよく、それは、医療装置を固定させるための医療装置の人間の骨の成長を促進するのに適している多孔性マイクロまたはナノ構造であってもよい。多孔質構造体は、ヒドロキシアパタイト(HA)層または粗い有孔のチタン層を塗布することによって提供されてもよく、それが、空気プラズマ噴霧、粗い開いた有孔のチタン・コーティングから成る組合せおよび表層が考えられてまた、あるHAによってできてもよい。
関節形成面は、例えば蝋様変性のポリマーなど、もともと滑らかな素材でできていてもよいし、例えば、潤滑油を吹き込まれた、PTFE、PFA、FEP、PEおよびUHMWPE、または粉末冶金材料でもよく、潤滑油は、例えばヒアルロン酸派生物など生物学的適合性の潤滑油が好ましい。本願明細書において医療装置の接触部分または表層の材料が常に、または、断続的に潤滑剤を塗られるのに適していることは、考えらる。ある実施例によれば、医療装置の部分または部品は、金属材および/または炭素繊維および/またはホウ素の組合せ、金属およびプラスチック材料の組合せ、金属およびカーボンを主成分とする材料の組合せ、カーボンおよびプラスチックを主成分とする材料の組合せ、可撓性のものと固い材料の組合せ、弾性のものとあまり弾力的でない材料の組合せ、コリアンまたはアクリル系ポリマから形成されてもよい。
図3aに示される脛骨固定デバイスに、人工膝関節の少なくとも1部をつくっている人工膝関節面204bが設けられている。しかしながら、他の実施例では、脛骨固定デバイス201が、少なくとも一つの人工膝関節面のサポートとして、または、少なくとも一つの人工膝関節十字型の靭帯のサポートとして用いられてもよい、
Claims (15)
- 人工膝関節の固定または哺乳類患者の人工十字型の靭帯において援助するための医療装置であって、
医療装置は、
i. 膝関節に遠位領域に脛骨の骨の骨髄に皮質の脛骨の骨で導入されるのに適している脛骨固定デバイス、そして、
ii.膝関節に近位領域で大腿骨の骨の骨髄に皮質の大腿骨の骨で導入される大腿骨の骨固定デバイスで、通常の膝関節内部で領域サイトに皮質骨を通して骨髄を出るのに更に適している骨固定デバイスから成り、
骨固定デバイスは、、
iii.少なくとも一つの人工膝関節面のサポート、
iv.少なくとも一つの人工膝関節十字型の靭帯のサポート、そして、
v.人工膝関節の少なくとも1部をつくるための少なくとも一つの人工膝関節面、そして、
全体として横部材の延長に沿った4つの表層から、大腿骨の骨の末端部分の少なくとも3枚の層の皮質骨で配置されるのに適している横部材で、、横部材は、人工膝関節または人工十字型の靭帯に関与され、また横部材は、横部材の固定を中で関与される、少なくとも一つの固定部から成る少なくとも一つの少なくとも4枚の層の大腿骨の皮質骨
のうち少なくともひとつから成る、
少なくともひとつの骨固定デバイスを備える医療装置。 - 横部材は、横方向で内側関節丘の間に位置する人工関節に関与される、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 横部材は、通常の横方向の及び中間の関節面の間に位置する人工関節に関与される、請求項1および2のいずれかひとつに記載の医療装置。
- 横部材は、膝関節の本来の関節面の頭方に配置された人工関節に関与される、請求項1〜3に記載の医療装置
- 横部材は、人工膝関節の回転中心から成る、請求項1〜4のいずれかひとつに記載の医療装置。
- 横部材は、大腿骨の骨の末端部分の4枚の層の皮質骨で配置される、請求項1〜5のいずれかひとつに記載の医療装置。
- 横部材は、脛骨に固定する他の人工膝関節面を関節結合を成す人工膝関節面から成る、請求項1〜6のいずれかひとつに記載の医療装置。
- 横部材は、保持人工膝関節に関与される人工膝関節を保っている一部から成る、請求項1〜7のいずれかひとつに記載の医療装置。
- 横部材は、大腿骨の骨の末端部分の3枚の層の皮質骨を通して配置され、大腿骨の骨の末端部分の皮質骨の第四層に固定するのに適している、請求項1〜8のいずれかひとつに記載の医療装置。
- 横部材は、
a. 大腿骨の骨の末端部分の第一の関節丘の2枚の層の皮質骨を通して配置され、
b.脛骨に固定する人工の膝関節部材を通して配置され、
c.大腿骨の骨の末端部分の第2の関節丘の最少の皮質骨の3枚目の層を通して配置されるか、または3枚目の層に固定される、
請求項1〜9のいずれかひとつに記載の医療装置。 - 横部材は、
d. 大腿骨の骨の末端部分の第一の関節丘の2枚の層の皮質骨を通して配置され、
e. 脛骨に固定する人工の膝関節部材を通して配置され、
f. 大腿骨の骨の末端部分の第2の関節丘の皮質骨の3枚目の層を通して配置され、そして、
g. 大腿骨の骨の末端部分の第2の関節丘の皮質骨の第四層を通して配置されるかまたは第四層に固定される、。
請求項1〜10のいずれかひとつに記載の医療装置。 - 横部材は、内側と横方向の関節丘との間に領域の大腿骨の固定部材に接続する、請求項1〜11のいずれかひとつに記載の医療装置。
- 横部材は、内側で横方向の関節丘との間に領域の脛骨固定部材に接続する、請求項1〜12のいずれかひとつに記載の医療装置。
- 人工膝関節は、横部材および脛骨固定部材との結合から成る、請求項1〜13のいずれかひとつに記載の医療装置。
- 医療装置は更に、少なくとも、第一の十字型の靭帯端で横部材に固定する1つの人工十字型の靭帯から成る、請求項1〜14のいずれかひとつに記載の医療装置。
