本願は、その内容の全体を参照により本明細書に援用する中国特許出願第201410449096.X号(2014年9月4日付で中華人民共和国国家知識産権局(SIPO)に出願)及び中国特許出願第201410448481.2号(2014年9月4日付で中華人民共和国国家知識産権局(SIPO)に出願)の優先権及び利益を主張する。
以下の実施例及び比較例で得られたドープ酸化スズ及びポリマー製品の試料について、以下の試験を行った。
以下の実施例及び比較例において、その調製に用いた原料の量によりドープ酸化スズの組成を測定した。
以下の実施例及び比較例において、Chengdu Jingxin Powder Analyse Instrument Co., Ltd.(中国)より市販されているレーザ粒子サイザー(Laser Particle Sizer)によってドープ酸化スズの平均粒径を測定した。
以下の実施例及び比較例において、中国国家基準GJB 5023.1−2003による所定の方法により、Lambda 750 UV/VIS/NIR分光光度計を用い、波長1064nmでドープ酸化スズの光反射率を測定した。
以下の実施例及び比較例において、クロスカットプロセスによって金属層とポリマーシートとの間の接着性を測定した。具体的には、クロスカットナイフを用いて被測定試料の表面を100の格子(1mm×1mm)に切断した。隣接する格子間の間隙は、金属層の底部に達するように形成した。試験領域の破片をブラシで清掃し、次いで粘着テープ(3M600粘着紙)を試験する格子に貼り付けた。貼り付けた粘着紙の一端を急速に垂直方向に引き剥がした。同じ格子領域で2度の同一の試験を行った。接着の程度を、以下の基準に従って測定した。
グレード5B:切り口が滑らかであり、格子の切り口及び切断交点の金属層が脱落しない。
グレード4B:切断交点の金属層が部分的に除去されるが、除去されるものが金属層の5%(面積率)を超えない。
グレード3B:切り口及び切断交点の両方の金属層が部分的に除去され、金属層の5%〜15%(面積率)が除去される。
グレード2B:切り口及び切断交点の両方の金属層が部分的に除去され、金属層の15%〜35%(面積率)が除去される。
グレード1B:切り口及び切断交点の両方の金属層が部分的に除去され、金属層の35%〜65%(面積率)が除去される。
グレード0B:切り口及び切断交点の両方の金属層が部分的に除去され、金属層の65%超(面積率)が除去される。

- ポリマー基材と、
前記ポリマー基材の表面の少なくとも一部に形成される金属層とを含むポリマー製品であって、
前記金属層で被覆される前記ポリマー基材の表面は、ポリマーとドープ酸化スズとを含むポリマー組成物より形成され、
前記ドープ酸化スズのドープ元素はニオブを含み、前記ドープ酸化スズは、CIELab色空間において、座標L*値が約70〜約100であり、座標a値が約−5〜約5であり、座標b値が約−5〜約5であることを特徴とするポリマー製品。 - 前記ドープ酸化スズの波長約1064nmの光に対する光反射率が60%を超えない請求項1に記載のポリマー製品。
- 前記ドープ酸化スズの総重量に対して、前記酸化スズの含有量が約70重量%〜約99.9重量%であり、前記ニオブの含有量がNb2O5として計算して約0.1重量%〜約30重量%である請求項1から2のいずれかに記載のポリマー製品。

前記化合物は、前記ドープ元素の酸化物、及び焼結によって前記ドープ元素の酸化物を形成することが可能な前駆体の少なくとも一方を含む請求項7から8のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記ポリマー組成物において、前記ポリマー100重量部に対して、前記ドープ酸化スズの含有量が約1重量部〜約40重量部、好ましくは約1重量部〜約5重量部である請求項7から8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記エネルギー源がレーザである請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザが、約1064nmの波長と約3W〜40Wのパワーを有する請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー基材の一部の除去が、前記ポリマー基材の一部を気化することにより行われる請求項7に記載の方法。
- 請求項7から15のいずれかに記載の方法により得られるポリマー製品。
