Claims (15)
- 自在継手(1,1’)用のクロス部材ユニット(5)用のシールであって、
前記クロス部材ユニット(5)の軸受カップ(9)内に挿入された支持リング(34)であって、長手軸線(7)に対して同軸的な円筒部分(35)と、該円筒部分(35)から内方へ延在するフランジ部分(37)とを有するL字形断面を有する、支持リング(34)と、
前記支持リング(34)に結合されたエラストマのシーリングリップ要素(30)であって、前記支持リング(34)の前記フランジ部分(37)を貫通して延在する第1の係合開口(54)内に嵌合式に係合する第1の係合要素(47)を有する、シーリングリップ要素(30)と、
を備える、シールにおいて、
前記シーリングリップ要素(30)は、前記支持リング(34)の前記円筒部分(35)を貫通して延在する第2の係合開口(58)内に嵌合式に係合する第2の係合要素(48)を有することを特徴とする、シール。 - 前記支持リング(34)は、可塑性材料、特に熱可塑性材料から成る、請求項1記載のシール。
- 前記シーリングリップ要素(30)は、エラストマ、特に合成エラストマから成る、請求項1または2記載のシール。
- 前記第1の係合要素(47)および前記第2の係合要素(48)の少なくとも1つが、結合部分(52,56)と係合部分(53,57)とを有し、該係合部分(53,57)は、前記結合部分(52,56)から、それぞれの前記係合要素(47,48)の延伸方向に対して横方向に突出している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のシール。
- 前記結合部分(52,56)は、ピン形状を有し、前記係合部分(53,57)は、ピン形状のそれぞれの前記結合部分(52,56)よりも大きな直径を有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のシール。
- 前記係合開口(54,58)は、前記係合要素(47,48)に対して相互嵌合式に成形されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のシール。
- 各々の前記第1の係合要素(47)は、前記長手軸線(7)を含む1つの半径方向面上で、前記第2の係合要素(48)の1つと対偶を成して配設されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のシール。
- 少なくとも2つの前記第2の係合開口(58)は、前記支持リング(34)の前記円筒部分(35)を貫通して互いに平行に延在している、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のシール。
- 各3つの前記第2の係合開口(58)の4つの群が設けられており、各群の前記第2の係合開口(58)は、前記支持リング(34)の前記円筒部分(35)を貫通して互いに平行に延在している、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のシール。
- 各群の前記第2の係合開口(58)の1つは、前記長手軸線(7)に対して半径方向に配向されている、請求項9記載のシール。
- 前記支持リング(34)は、前記円筒部分(35)の外周から突出する複数の突出部(38)を有する、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のシール。
- 前記突出部(38)は、前記支持リング(34)の外周の周りに均一に分配されている、請求項11記載のシール。
- 各々の前記突出部(38)は、前記第1の係合開口(54)の1つおよび前記第2の係合開口(58)の1つとともに、長手軸線を含む共通の1つの半径方向面上に配設されている、請求項11または12記載のシール。
