Claims (18)
- 基材(3)を含む金属シート(1)から製造される部品を製造するための方法であって、前記基材の少なくとも1つの面(5)が、亜鉛系金属コーティング(7)でコーティングされており、前記方法が、少なくとも以下の工程:
前記基材(3)を提供する工程、
前記基材(3)を冷間圧延する工程であって、この工程の間に、少なくとも最後の冷間圧延パスが、ワーク面が3.6μm以下の粗さRa2.5を有するワークシリンダーで行われる工程、
前記冷間圧延された基材(3)の再結晶化アニーリング工程、
前記アニーリングされた基材(3)のスキンパス工程、
前記アニーリングされた基材(3)の少なくとも1つの面(5)に電着によって金属コーティング(7)を析出させて、金属シート(1)を形成する工程、
前記金属シート(1)を切断する工程および
前記切断金属シート(1)を変形させて、前記部品を形成する工程であって、前記金属コーティング(7)の外側表面(21)が、前記変形工程の後に0.5μm以下のうねりWa0.8を有する工程
を含む方法。 - 少なくとも前記最後の冷間圧延パスが、ワーク面が3.3μm以下の粗さRa2.5を有するワークシリンダーを用いて行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
