Abstract
Description

Claims (48)

前記細長い本体の遠位末端から延伸する中空の先端チップと、
前記細長い本体内を近位から遠位に向けて延伸する駆動シャフトと、
前記細長い本体の一側面と連結されるヒンジ点及び前記ヒンジ点に遠位に配置される内側フランジを有し、前記中空の先端チップと連結されるブッシングと、
遠位切断エッジ及び前記ブッシングを通るネック部を有し、前記駆動シャフトと連結される切断及び撮像アセンブリとを備え、
前記ブッシング内の前記駆動シャフトの遠位の動作は、内側フランジに切断及び撮像アセンブリの前記ネック部に沿って移動させ、前記ヒンジ点について前記中空の先端チップ及びブッシングを回転させ、少なくとも部分的に先端チップエッジをカバーするように軸方向に前記中空の先端チップを前記細長い本体と一直線にする、
