Claims (20)
- 乳酸塩生合成経路の酵素中に妨害突然変異を含む、カルボキシド栄養性酢酸生成細菌。

- 前記細菌は、親細菌と比較して減少した量の乳酸塩を生成する、請求項1に記載の前記細菌。
- 前記細菌は、乳酸塩を実質的に生成しない、請求項1に記載の前記細菌。
- 前記細菌は、エタノール、2,3−ブタンジオール、ギ酸塩、ピルビン酸塩、コハク酸塩、バリン、ロイシン、イソロイシン、リンゴ酸塩、フマル酸塩、2−オキソグルタレート(oxogluterate)、クエン酸塩、及びシトラマレートのうちの1つ以上を生成する、請求項1に記載の前記細菌。
- 前記細菌は、親細菌と比較して増加した量のエタノール、2,3−ブタンジオール、ギ酸塩、ピルビン酸塩、コハク酸塩、バリン、ロイシン、イソロイシン、リンゴ酸塩、フマル酸塩、2−オキソグルタレート(oxogluterate)、クエン酸塩、及びシトラマレートのうちの1つ以上を生成する、請求項1に記載の前記細菌。
- 前記酵素は、ピルビン酸塩を乳酸塩に自然に変換する、請求項1に記載の前記細菌。
- 前記酵素は、乳酸脱水素酵素(LDH)である、請求項1に記載の前記細菌。
- 前記細菌は、クロストリジウム・オートエタノゲナム、クロストリジウム・リュングダリイ、及びクロストリジウム・ラグスダレイからなる群より選択される親細菌に由来する、請求項1に記載の前記細菌。
- 前記親細菌は、DSMZ受託番号DSM23693下で寄託されるクロストリジウム・オートエタノゲナムである、請求項9に記載の前記細菌。
- COを含む基質の存在下で請求項1に記載の前記細菌を培養することを含み、それにより前記細菌が生成物を生成する、生成物を生成する方法。
- 前記突然変異は、前記酵素の発現または活性を低減または排除する、請求項11に記載の前記方法。
- 前記細菌は、親細菌と比較して減少した量の乳酸塩を生成する、請求項11に記載の前記方法。
- 前記細菌は、乳酸塩を実質的に生成しない、請求項11に記載の前記方法。

- 前記細菌は、クロストリジウム・オートエタノゲナム、クロストリジウム・リュングダリイ、及びクロストリジウム・ラグスダレイからなる群より選択される親細菌に由来する、請求項11に記載の前記方法。
- 前記親細菌は、DSMZ受託番号DSM23693下で寄託されるクロストリジウム・オートエタノゲナムである、請求項19に記載の前記方法。
