Claims (15)
- 管状体を備える照明デバイスであって、前記管状体が、前記管状体内部に取り付けられたキャリアを備え、前記管状体が、前記管状体の第1の弧状区域及び前記キャリアによって画定される第1の内部ボリュームと、前記管状体の第2の弧状区域及び前記キャリアによって画定される第2の内部ボリュームとを備え、
前記キャリアが、第1の内部ボリューム内に発光出力を放出する複数の固体照明要素を支持し、第1の弧状区域が、透明領域と、前記固体照明要素をぼやけて見えるようにする半透明領域とを備え、前記透明領域が、前記半透明領域から前記キャリアまで延在し、
前記キャリアは前記管状体の長さ方向に沿って延在する中央領域を備え、前記固体照明要素が位置される凹部を画定し、前記凹部は、前記固体照明要素が第1の弧状区域の前記透明領域を通して直接観察可能になるのを防止する、照明デバイス。 - 第1の弧状区域が1対の透明領域を備え、各透明領域は、前記半透明領域から前記キャリアまで延在し、前記透明領域は互いに向かい合い、前記半透明領域が前記透明領域の間に延在する、請求項1に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記半透明領域は、前記管状体の表面部分にある半透明フィルムを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記キャリアは、ヒートシンクを備えている、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記固体照明要素は、前記キャリアによって支持されたプリント回路基板に取り付けられている、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記キャリアは、第1の内部ボリュームに面する反射面を備える、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記反射面は、複数のアパーチャを備える中央部分であって、各アパーチャが前記固体照明要素の1つを露出させる中央部分と、前記中央部分から延在し、トレンチ内に前記固体状態照明要素が位置される当該トレンチを画定する1対の傾斜付きの第1の区域と、第1の区域の1つから前記管状体までそれぞれ延在する1対の第2の区域とを備えていている、請求項6に記載の照明デバイス。
- 各第2の区域は、第1の区域から前記管状体に向けて角度を付けられ、これにより、第1の弧状区域は、180°を超える角度範囲にわたって延在する、請求項7に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記反射面は、ヒートシンク上の反射層である、請求項6乃至8の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記キャリアは、1対の弧状キャリア区域を更に備え、各弧状キャリア区域は、前記管状体の第2の弧状区域の一部分に沿って延在する、請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記管状体は、ガラス体又はプラスチック体である、請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記プラスチックは、ポリカーボネート(PC)、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、及びポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA)、又はこれらの混合物から選択される、請求項11に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記半透明領域は、前記管状体の25〜40%の間で形成される、請求項1乃至12の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記照明デバイスは、前記複数の固体照明要素をドライブするためのドライバ回路を更に備え、前記ドライバ回路は、第2の内部ボリューム内に位置される、請求項1乃至13の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 請求項1乃至14の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイスを備える、照明器具。
