Description
−第1の実施の形態−
図1は、撮像装置の一例である車載用の多眼撮像装置100の概略構成を示す図である。この多眼撮像装置100は、センターボディ130の両端に2台の撮像モジュール110を備えている。2台の撮像モジュール110は互いの光軸が凡そ平行であり、所定の距離(基線長)だけ離れた位置に設置されている。多眼撮像装置100では、2台の撮像モジュール110から得られた画像の視差から、物体との距離を求めることができる。
図8は第2の実施の形態を説明する図であり、支持ピン114と基板2との固定部(接着部)を示したものである。なお、支持ピン114の形状は、図5(b)に示したものと同様の形状である。そのため、支持ピン114の先端部分が接着剤4の下面42を貫通し、支持ピン114の先端が接着剤4で覆われていない。さらに、図8に示す例では、接着剤4は、図示下側の開口面20bから下方向に突出しているだけでなく、図示上側の開口面20aから上方に突出している。すなわち、開口面20a,20bの外側にフィレット40a,40bが形成されている。言い換えると、支持ピン114の外周面における接着剤4の接触面積S1と、基板2の断面を支持ピン114の外周面に投影した場合の投影面積S2と、を比較した場合、S1>S2となっている。
Claims (6)
- 撮像素子が実装され、貫通孔が形成された基板と、
前記貫通孔を貫通するように挿通される支持ピンを有し、前記撮像素子に被写体像を結像する光学系を保持する保持部と、
前記貫通孔に設けられ、前記基板と前記支持ピンとを固定する接着剤と、を備え、
前記支持ピンの少なくとも先端部分は、ピン根元側からピン先端に向けて先細りの形状である、撮像モジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の撮像モジュールにおいて、
前記支持ピンは、前記貫通孔の一方の第1開口面から他方の第2開口面を貫通するように挿通され、
前記貫通孔に設けられた前記接着剤は、一部が前記第1開口面よりも貫通孔外側に突出し、他の一部が第2開口面よりも貫通孔外側に突出している、撮像モジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の撮像モジュールにおいて、
さらに、前記撮像素子の周囲に配置され、前記保持部と前記基板を固定する接着剤を有する、撮像モジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の撮像モジュールにおいて、
前記先端部分の先端を含む少なくとも一部に、前記接着剤の付着を防止する被膜を形成した、撮像モジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の撮像モジュールにおいて、
前記保持部と前記支持ピンとは樹脂により一体に形成されている、撮像モジュール。 - 請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか一項に記載の撮像モジュールを備える撮像装置。
