Abstract
【解決手段】運転者110が乗車する乗り物102の乗り物用エクササイズシステム100は、座席106、操舵輪108と含み、ネットワーク112を介して、エクササイズ監視装置104と接続される。エクササイズ監視装置104は、運転者110のエクササイズ動作を検出し、検出されたエクササイズ動作に基づいて乗り物102の操舵輪108を作動させ、更に、検出されたエクササイズ動作の生理学的パラメータを監視し、生理学的パラメータに基づいて将来のエクササイズ動作に関する推奨案を決定し、決定された推奨案の通知を出力する。

Claims (20)
- 乗り物用エクササイズシステムであって、
少なくとも一つの座席および操舵輪を含む一つ以上の内部構造を含む乗り物と通信するように構成された少なくとも一つのエクササイズ監視装置
を備え、上記少なくとも一つのエクササイズ監視装置は処理回路機構を含み、上記処理回路機構は、
上記一つ以上の内部構造において実施される一つ以上のエクササイズ動作を検出し、
上記検出された一つ以上のエクササイズ動作に基づいて上記乗り物を作動させ、
上記検出された一つ以上のエクササイズ動作の一つ以上の生理学的パラメータを監視し、
上記一つ以上の生理学的パラメータに基づいて、将来のエクササイズ動作に関する推奨案を決定し、
上記一つ以上の生理学的パラメータおよび上記決定された推奨案に対応する一つ以上の通知を出力する、
ように構成される、乗り物用エクササイズシステム。 - 上記乗り物は、自動車、トラック、バン、または、スポーツユーティリティ車である、請求項1記載の乗り物用エクササイズシステム。
- 上記検出された一つ以上のエクササイズ動作は、自転車漕ぎ動作、ボート漕ぎ動作、脚部の引き上げ動作、前後への操舵輪の押し引き動作、上半身を反らす動作、腹筋の収縮動作、懸垂動作、および、ランニング動作のうちの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1記載の乗り物用エクササイズシステム。
- 上記少なくとも一つの座席および上記操舵輪は、静的モードおよびスプリング負荷モードの少なくとも一方において上記検出された一つ以上のエクササイズ動作を実施するように構成される、請求項1記載の乗り物用エクササイズシステム。
- 上記一つ以上の生理学的パラメータは、心拍数、血圧および呼吸速度のうちの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1記載の乗り物用エクササイズシステム。
- 上記エクササイズ監視装置は、上記検出された一つ以上のエクササイズ動作に基づいて上記乗り物の操舵制御、加速制御および減速制御のうちの少なくとも一つを作動させるように構成された複数のアクチュエータを更に備える、請求項1記載の乗り物用エクササイズシステム。
- 上記回路機構は更に、上記少なくとも一つの座席、上記操舵輪、および、運転者により装着可能な少なくとも一つのデバイスのうちの少なくとも一つに配置された一つ以上の物理的接触センサを介して上記一つ以上の生理学的パラメータを検出するように構成される、請求項1記載の乗り物用エクササイズシステム。
- 上記推奨された将来のエクササイズ動作は、上記検出された一つ以上のエクササイズ動作を停止または変更するとの推奨案である、請求項1記載の乗り物用エクササイズシステム。
- 上記一つ以上の通知は、上記少なくとも一つのエクササイズ監視装置と通信するグラフィックディスプレイを介して視覚的に、且つ、少なくとも一つのスマートメニュー装置と通信するスピーカを介して聴覚的に、出力される、請求項1記載の乗り物用エクササイズシステム。
- 乗り物においてエクササイズを監視する方法であって、
少なくとも一つのエクササイズ監視装置の処理回路機構を介して、上記乗り物の一つ以上の内部構造において実施される一つ以上のエクササイズ動作を検出する段階と、
上記検出された一つ以上のエクササイズ動作に基づき、上記回路機構を介して、上記乗り物を作動させる段階と、
上記回路機構を介し、上記検出された一つ以上のエクササイズ動作の一つ以上の生理学的パラメータを監視する段階と、
上記一つ以上の生理学的パラメータに基づいて、将来のエクササイズ動作に関する推奨案を決定する段階と、
上記一つ以上の生理学的パラメータおよび上記決定された推奨案に対応する一つ以上の通知を出力する段階と、
を備える方法。 - 上記乗り物は、自動車、トラック、バン、または、スポーツユーティリティ車である、請求項10記載の方法。
- 上記検出された一つ以上のエクササイズ動作は、自転車漕ぎ動作、ボート漕ぎ動作、脚部の引き上げ動作、前後への操舵輪の押し引き動作、上半身を反らす動作、腹筋の収縮動作、懸垂動作、および、ランニング動作のうちの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項10記載の方法。

- 上記検出された一つ以上のエクササイズ動作に基づいて上記乗り物の操舵制御、加速制御および減速制御のうちの少なくとも一つを作動させる段階を更に備える、請求項10記載の方法。

- 上記推奨された将来のエクササイズ動作は、上記検出された一つ以上のエクササイズ動作を停止または変更するとの推奨案である、請求項10記載の方法。

を具備し、上記処理回路機構は、
一つ以上のエクササイズ動作を検出し、
上記検出された一つ以上のエクササイズ動作に基づいて少なくとも一台の乗り物を作動させ、
上記検出された一つ以上のエクササイズ動作の一つ以上の生理学的パラメータを監視し、
上記一つ以上の生理学的パラメータに基づいて、将来のエクササイズ動作に関する推奨案を決定し、
上記一つ以上の生理学的パラメータおよび上記決定された推奨案に対応する一つ以上の通知を出力する、
