In order to work at high altitudes during night work on the railway business line, it is necessary to stop power transmission. If the scaffold is brought close to the overhead line before stopping the feeding, an induced current may flow through the scaffold, so the scaffold cannot be brought closer to the overhead line before stopping the feeding.
The scaffold assembly work needs to be performed quickly after stopping the feeding, but the work scaffolds conventionally used require 37% of the average feeder stopping time for assembly and disassembly in the track.
The ratio of the assembly / disassembly time is a problem that presses down the work time.

The column bodies 2 are arranged at the four corners of the carriage 1.
The column body 2 has a ladder shape, and has a structure in which the vertical tree 21 can be expanded and contracted and can be fixed at a predetermined height (FIG. 3).
The column body 2 is erected on the carriage 1 by inserting the jack base 12 into the lower end of the vertical tree 21 so that the crossbar 22 is parallel to the track.
Since the rapid assembly scaffold of the present invention is used on a track, it is necessary to adjust the height according to the cant. Since the jack base 12 is inserted into the lower end of the column body 2, the height can be adjusted by the jack base 12.
An outrigger 23 is pivotally mounted on the vertical tree 21 of the column body 2.

By reversing the direction of the work floor 3, the position of the hatch 33 with respect to the track can be selected.

<5> Elevating jack.
The lifting jack 4 includes a pantograph 41 formed by combining a plurality of links 411 and a bolt shaft 42 connected to the link 411a at the lower end (FIG. 8).
The link 411 is obtained by pivotally supporting a plurality of rod-like arms 412 in an X shape with pins 413, and the links 411 a and b pivot the ends of the arms 412 with pins 413.
The bolt shaft 42 supports the vicinity of both ends via a bearing 43 attached to the carriage 1.
A hexagonal bolt head 421 is provided at one end of the bolt shaft 42.
A female screw 44 is screwed onto the bolt shaft 42.
One end of the link 411 a at the lower end of the pantograph 41 is pivotally supported by the carriage 1, and the other end is pivotally supported by the female screw 44.
Accordingly, when the bolt head 421 is rotated, the female screw 44 is reciprocated by the rotation of the bolt shaft 42, and the angle of each link 411 is changed to expand and contract the pantograph 41. The bolt head 421 can be easily expanded and contracted by turning with a wrench or the like. A crank-shaped handle may be attached to the bolt head 421 and the bolt head 421 may be rotated via the handle.
A link 411 b at the upper end of the pantograph 41 connects the slide rail 45 attached to the lower surface of the work floor 3.
One end of the link 411b is pivotally supported in the vicinity of the end of the slide rail 45, and the other end is slidably connected to the slide rail 45.
When the bolt shaft 42 is rotated by these mechanisms, the work floor 3 to which the slide rail 45 of the lifting jack 4 is attached is moved up and down by the expansion and contraction of the pantograph 41.
Two lifting jacks 4 are provided in parallel along the track, and the work shaft 3 can be lifted and lowered in a horizontal state by simultaneously rotating both bolt shafts 42.

<6> Move to the site.
After confirming that the jack of the outrigger 23 is raised, the quick assembly scaffold is moved to the site. By moving on the track, it can be easily transported to the site.
Since the work floor 3 has no widened floor portion 321 deployed, the vehicle limit is secured, and the side of the platform can also be moved.
Before the work floor 3 is lifted, the distance from the overhead line of the work floor 3 is about 3 m. Therefore, the work floor 3 can be transported to the site without waiting for the power supply to be stopped, and this work time can be secured for a long time.

<7> Work floor rise.
After arriving at the site and confirming that feeding has stopped, the handrail 32 on the work floor 3 is deployed (FIG. 9E).
And the bolt shaft 42 of the raising / lowering jack 4 is rotated with a wrench, a handle, etc., the raising / lowering jack 4 is extended, and the work floor 3 is raised. The work floor 3 is raised only by turning it with a wrench, a handle or the like, and can be raised easily in a short time.
Since the upper end of the column body 2 is fixed to the work floor 3, it extends as the work floor 3 rises.

The braces 24 and the struts 2 are joined by passing the holes provided at the four end portions of the braces 24 through known gravity locks attached to the upper ends and the end portions of the struts 2.
The braces 24 can also be configured to be extended or shortened.

<10> Work started.
The worker climbs the ladder-like column body 2 and pushes up the hatch 33 to rise onto the work floor 3 and start work (FIG. 9G).
Since the ladder-like column 2 within the range of the carriage 1 is climbed, it can be climbed safely.
Since the handrail 32 is unfolded on the work floor 3 when the worker goes up, it becomes a foothold in front of the handrail and satisfies the occupational safety and health regulations.

<11> After the work is finished.
When the work is completed, the braces 24 are removed, the fixing of the height of the column body 2 is released, the lifting jack 4 is contracted, and the work floor 3 is lowered. The operation of shrinking the lifting jack 4 is only to turn the bolt shaft 42 with a wrench, a handle or the like, and can be easily lowered in a short time.
Then, the handrail 32 is folded to the minimum height.
Since the minimum height can be easily obtained, the feeding stop time can be effectively used.
Then, the jack of the outrigger 23 is lifted, moved on the track and carried to the carry-out position, the lifting jack 4, the work floor 3, and the column body 2 are removed, the cart 1 is carried out, and the work is completed.

Since the tool used from assembly to the end of work is only a wrench or the like, carbon monoxide is not discharged.
