Abstract
【解決手段】エラストマーと熱可塑性物質とを含有する熱可塑性エラストマー組成物であって、熱可塑性物質が、有機カルボン酸無水物で官能基化された非エラストマー性ポリオレフィンであり、エラストマーが、エチレン酢酸ビニルコポリマー、ニトリルブタジエンゴム、水素化ニトリルブタジエンゴム、ブチルゴム、天然ゴム、イソプレンゴム、アクリルゴム、エチレンアクリルゴム、シリコーンゴム、スチレンブタジエンゴム、クロロプレンゴム、ブロモブチルゴム、エピクロロヒドリンゴム、エポキシ化天然ゴム、および前記エラストマーの2つ以上の混合物からなるエラストマー群から選択されるエラストマーを含み、このエラストマーが、架橋エラストマーまたは非架橋エラストマーとして存在し得る熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。

Claims (15)
- エラストマーと熱可塑性物質とを含有する熱可塑性エラストマー組成物であって、熱可塑性物質が、有機カルボン酸無水物で官能基化された非エラストマー性ポリオレフィンであり、エラストマーが、エチレン酢酸ビニルコポリマー、ニトリルブタジエンゴム、水素化ニトリルブタジエンゴム、ブチルゴム、天然ゴム、イソプレンゴム、アクリルゴム、エチレンアクリルゴム、シリコーンゴム、スチレンブタジエンゴム、クロロプレンゴム、ブロモブチルゴム、エピクロロヒドリンゴム、エポキシ化天然ゴム、および前記エラストマーの2つ以上の混合物からなるエラストマー群から選択されるエラストマーを含み、このエラストマーが、架橋エラストマーまたは非架橋エラストマーとして存在し得る熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
- エラストマーが、エチレン酢酸ビニルコポリマー、ニトリルブタジエンゴム、および前記エラストマーの混合物からなるエラストマー群から選択されるエラストマーを含む請求項1に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
- エラストマーが、前記エラストマーの架橋エラストマーとして存在する、請求項1または2に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
- 有機カルボン酸が、有機ジカルボン酸、好ましくは有機1,2−ジカルボン酸、とりわけ好ましくはコハク酸である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
- エラストマーの、熱可塑性物質に対する重量比が、100:15〜100:60の範囲にある、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
- さらに、ポリオレフィンブロックコポリマーベースの熱可塑性エラストマー(TPO)を有し、そのTPOが有機カルボン酸、好ましくはコハク酸の無水物で官能基化されていることが可能である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物を製造するための、エラストマーとエラストマー用架橋剤とからなる混合物の使用であって、そのエラストマーが、エチレン酢酸ビニルコポリマー、ニトリルブタジエンゴム、水素化ニトリルブタジエンゴム、ブチルゴム、天然ゴム、イソプレンゴム、アクリルゴム、エチレンアクリルゴム、シリコーンゴム、スチレンブタジエンゴム、クロロプレンゴム、ブロモブチルゴム、エピクロロヒドリンゴム、エポキシ化天然ゴム、および前記エラストマーの2つ以上の混合物からなるエラストマー群から選択されるエラストマーを含む使用。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物を製造するための、有機カルボン酸無水物で官能基化された非エラストマー性ポリオレフィンの使用。
- ポリアミドを含む複合材料を製造するための、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物の使用。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物とポリアミドとを含む製品。
- 自動車内部ならびにボンネットの下(「under the hood」)、つまり車両のエンジン室内の部品または成形体を製造するため、産業機器、産業工具、浴室装備品、家庭用機器、娯楽用電子機器、スポーツ用品、医療用の消耗品および機器、衛生用品および化粧品用の容器、ならびに一般パッキン材料を製造するための、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物の使用。
- エラストマーを熱可塑性物質と混合する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物の製造方法であって、その熱可塑性物質が、有機カルボン酸無水物で官能基化された非エラストマー性ポリオレフィンであり、エラストマーが、エチレン酢酸ビニルコポリマー、ニトリルブタジエンゴム、水素化ニトリルブタジエンゴム、ブチルゴム、天然ゴム、イソプレンゴム、アクリルゴム、エチレンアクリルゴム、シリコーンゴム、スチレンブタジエンゴム、クロロプレンゴム、ブロモブチルゴム、エピクロロヒドリンゴム、エポキシ化天然ゴム、および前記エラストマーの2つ以上の混合物からなるエラストマー群から選択されるエラストマーを含む方法。
- エラストマーを熱可塑性物質と共に押出機、密閉式混合機、または混練機、好ましくは二軸スクリュー押出機中で混合(素練り)する、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 第1のステップにおいて、温度作用により軟化させたエラストマーを、熱可塑性物質と混合する前に、架橋剤と共に混合(素練り)する、請求項12または13に記載の方法。
- 第1のステップが、50℃〜120℃の温度範囲で行われる、請求項12〜14に記載の方法。
