Claims (2)
- 畜養水槽から飼育水を汲み上げて加圧する循環ポンプと、
前記加圧された飼育水に空気を巻き込ませて、溶存空気を溶解又は平衡化させた飼育水を浮上分離兼滞留部に供給させる気体溶解部と、
前記供給された飼育水中にマイクロナノバブルを発生させるマイクロナノバブル発生部と、
前記マイクロナノバブルを含有する飼育水を貯留する浮上分離兼滞留部と、
前記浮上分離兼滞留部の液面上のスカムを除去するスカム処理部と、
前記気体溶解部及び前記浮上分離兼滞留部内の飼育水の液面を調整する液面調整部と、
前記飼育水を前記畜養水槽へ戻す還流部と、
を備え、
前記浮上分離兼滞留部は、前記マイクロナノバブルのうち、大径域のバブルにより、飼育水中の水産物由来の汚物を浮上分離するとともに、前記マイクロナノバブルのうち、小径域のバブルを所定時間滞留させることで、ナノバブル化することを特徴とする鮮度維持装置。 - 畜養水槽から飼育水を汲み上げて加圧する加圧ステップと、
前記加圧された飼育水に空気を巻き込ませて、溶存空気を溶解又は平衡化させた飼育水を浮上分離兼滞留部に供給させる気体溶解ステップと、
前記供給された飼育水中にマイクロナノバブルを発生させるマイクロナノバブル発生ステップと、
前記マイクロナノバブルを含有する飼育水を貯留する浮上分離兼滞留ステップと、
前記浮上分離兼滞留部の液面上のスカムを除去するスカム処理ステップと、
前記気体溶解ステップ及び前記浮上分離兼滞留ステップにおける飼育水の液面を調整する液面調整ステップと、
前記飼育水を前記畜養水槽へ戻す還流ステップと、
を備え、
前記浮上分離兼滞留ステップは、前記マイクロナノバブルのうち、大径域のバブルにより、飼育水中の水産物由来の汚物を浮上分離するとともに、前記マイクロナノバブルのうち、小径域のバブルを所定時間滞留させることで、ナノバブル化することを特徴とする鮮度維持方法。
