Description

The present invention relates to a vehicular auxiliary device including a vehicular auxiliary device disposed in a vehicle interior of a vehicle and a housing that accommodates the vehicular auxiliary device.

In vehicles such as automobiles, vehicle auxiliary machines such as various measuring devices may be mounted in the vehicle interior. For example, an in-vehicle camera for photographing the front of the vehicle and a vehicle auxiliary device such as a humidity sensor for detecting the humidity in the vehicle interior may be attached to the upper edge of the windshield in the vehicle interior. Such a vehicular auxiliary machine is usually covered with an exterior housing.

Condensation often occurs in the passenger compartment. In particular, condensation is likely to occur on the windshield. If dew condensation occurs on the windshield or the lens part of the in-vehicle camera or if dew condensation water drops on the lens part, accurate photographing is hindered, and a failure of the in-vehicle camera is induced. In order to solve this problem, Patent Document 1 discloses a technique for removing dew condensation in the photographing range of the in-vehicle camera by taking in the defroster wind generated by the defroster into the housing.

Japanese Patent No. 4045871

However, even if the defroster wind is guided into the housing, the defroster wind blows well to the lens portion of the in-vehicle camera as intended and does not always exhibit the antifogging effect. In particular, when another auxiliary machine, such as a humidity sensor, is housed in the housing, the defroster wind may not be well distributed to both the lens unit and the temperature sensor. As a result, there arises a problem that the image quality of the in-vehicle camera is lowered or the detection accuracy of the humidity sensor is lowered.

An object of the present invention is to provide a vehicular auxiliary device having a structure capable of satisfactorily spreading a defroster wind to a vehicular auxiliary device accommodated in a housing.

A vehicle body structure according to one aspect of the present invention is a vehicular auxiliary device that is mounted in a vehicle interior of a vehicle including a windshield to which a defroster wind is blown, and images the front of the vehicle through the windshield. An in-vehicle camera provided with a lens unit, a humidity sensor for detecting humidity in the vehicle interior, and the in-vehicle camera and the humidity sensor are accommodated in parallel in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle, A housing attached to or near the windshield, the housing including an opening for taking defrost air into the housing, and a duct structure for guiding the defrost air taken from the opening to the lens portion. The introduction portion and the space in the introduction portion in the vicinity of the lens portion. A ventilation hole for communicating with the space; a guide part for guiding the defroster air introduced from the opening to the humidity sensor; and the guide part and the introduction part. And a gap portion that circulates between the lens portion and the humidity sensor.

According to this vehicular auxiliary device, the defroster wind introduced from the opening portion is directed to the lens portion by the introduction portion having the duct structure and is directed to the humidity sensor by the guide portion. Further, the defroster wind also flows between the lens unit and the humidity sensor through the gap. The defroster wind passing through the gap acts as an air flow that sucks air in the space in the introduction portion through the ventilation holes. Accordingly, a positive defroster-like air flow that is taken in from the introduction portion and passes through the vicinity of the lens portion toward the vent hole is formed, and the anti-fogging effect of the lens portion can be enhanced. Further, since the defroster wind is guided to the humidity sensor by the guide unit, the influence of condensation can be eliminated.

In the above-described vehicular auxiliary device, it is desirable that the upstream end of the introduction portion is disposed on the upstream side of the upstream end of the guide portion in the flow direction of the defroster wind.

According to this vehicular auxiliary device, it is possible to provide a structure in which defroster wind can easily enter an introduction portion having a duct structure, that is, a duct structure portion in which air flow resistance tends to occur.

In the above-described vehicle auxiliary device, the opening and the introduction portion also serve as an optical path for guiding a light image in front of the vehicle to the lens portion, and the introduction portion corresponds to the lens according to the angle of view of the lens portion. It is desirable to have a duct structure that expands in a tapered shape from the position of the portion toward the opening.

According to this vehicular auxiliary device, since the opening for photographing the in-vehicle camera and the opening for taking in the defroster wind are combined, the vehicular auxiliary device can be configured compactly.

In the above-described vehicular accessory device, the introduction portion includes the tapered bottom plate and a pair of side plates that are erected from the sides of the bottom plate, and the guide portion is taken in from the opening. The defroster wind is directed to the humidity sensor, and the gap is formed between the upstream end of the guide plate in the flow direction of the defroster wind and one of the side plates. It is desirable that it is formed on one of the side plates.

According to this vehicular auxiliary device, the defroster wind not directed to the introduction portion is divided into a wind flow directed to the humidity sensor by the guide plate and a wind flow flowing through a gap portion between one of the side plates and the guide plate. It is done. And since the ventilation hole is provided in one side of the said side plate, the wind flow which passes along the said ventilation hole from the space in an introducing | transducing part is positively formed by the wind flow which passes along the said clearance gap part.

In the above-described vehicular auxiliary device, it is desirable that at least one ventilation hole is formed in each of the pair of side plates.

According to this vehicular accessory device, it is possible to blow the defroster wind evenly on the lens portion.

In the above vehicle auxiliary device, the housing has a cavity that accommodates the in-vehicle camera and the humidity sensor, and is disposed so as to cover the housing main body having an upper surface opened, and the opening of the housing main body, It is desirable that the introduction portion and the guide portion are integrally formed and a bracket having an attachment portion attached to the windshield.

According to this vehicle auxiliary device, the housing of the in-vehicle camera and the humidity sensor and the attachment to the windshield can be easily realized by the housing body and the bracket, respectively.

In the above-described vehicle auxiliary device, the vehicle includes a rearview mirror and a support portion that supports the rearview mirror, the housing includes a receiving portion that passes through the support portion, and the receiving portion is mounted on the vehicle. It is desirable that it is disposed between the camera and the humidity sensor and on the downstream side of the guide portion in the flow direction of the defroster wind.

According to this vehicular auxiliary device, in the case where the column part of the rearview mirror penetrates the housing body, it is not necessary to blow the defroster wind on the receiving part that penetrates the column part. Therefore, the layout of the vehicular auxiliary device can be made efficient by arranging the receiving portion on the downstream side of the guide portion.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, a defroster wind can spread favorably to the vehicle-mounted camera and humidity sensor accommodated in the housing. Therefore, the anti-fogging effect of the lens portion can be enhanced, an image with good image quality can be taken, and the detection accuracy of the humidity sensor can be prevented from being lowered.

[Overall description of auxiliary unit]
FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the accessory unit 3 and the mirror unit 2, FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the auxiliary unit 3 and the mirror unit 2 as viewed from the front side outside the vehicle, and FIG. The auxiliary machine unit 3 includes a housing 3H, an in-vehicle camera 50 and a humidity sensor unit 60 (humidity sensor) accommodated in the housing 3H. The housing 3 </ b> H includes a bracket 40 that is bonded to the windshield 13 and a housing body 30 that is assembled to the lower surface of the bracket 40.

The housing body 30 is an exterior cover that has a cavity that accommodates the in-vehicle camera 50 and the humidity sensor unit 60 and has an open top surface. The depth of the cavity is shallow at the front and rear portions of the housing body 30 and is deepest at the rear portion slightly from the center in the front-rear direction. The bottom wall of the housing body 30 has a downwardly convex curved shape so as to form such a cavity. The in-vehicle camera 50 and the humidity sensor unit 60 are accommodated in the housing body 30 so as to be arranged in parallel in the left-right direction (vehicle width direction) in the vicinity of the deepest portion of the cavity of the housing body 30.

The bracket 40 is a substantially flat plate-like member disposed so as to cover the upper surface opening of the housing main body 30, and has an upper surface 40U and a lower surface 40D. The bracket 40 and the housing body 30 form a housing 3H that houses the in-vehicle camera 50 and the humidity sensor unit 60. The upper surface 40U is a surface bonded to the windshield 13. The lower surface 40D is a surface that holds the in-vehicle camera 50 and is a surface on which the housing body 30 is assembled. Since the bracket 40 is attached to the windshield 13, the bracket 40 is inclined downward by a predetermined angle θ toward the front side of the vehicle with respect to the horizontal line H in accordance with the inclination of the front windshield 13 downward. In addition, since the light shielding shield is given near the upper edge used as the attachment part of the bracket 40 in the windshield 13, the bracket 40 is not visually recognized from the outer side of a vehicle.

The mirror unit 2 includes a rearview mirror 21, a mirror holder 22 that holds the outer edge of the rearview mirror 21, and a column portion 23 that supports the mirror holder 22. As shown in FIG. 9, the column part 23 includes a column body 231, a column bracket 232, and a mirror arm 233. The upper end surface of the column main body 231 is firmly bonded to the windshield 13. The mirror arm 233 is an arm extended from the back surface of the mirror holder 22. The column bracket 232 has an upper end portion fitted on the column body 231, and a lower end portion rotatably supports the extending end of the mirror arm 233. Since the auxiliary machine unit 3 is mounted close to the mounting position of the mirror unit 2, the housing body 30 has a through hole (boss hole 35) for mounting the mirror unit 2.

The in-vehicle camera 50 is an imaging device that captures an image in front of the vehicle, and includes a camera body 51 and a lens unit 52. The camera body 51 incorporates an image sensor such as a CCD sensor or a CMOS sensor, a processing circuit for image data output from the image sensor, a storage for storing image data, and the like. The lens unit 52 is a lens barrel including a lens that forms an optical image in front of the vehicle incident through the windshield 13 on the image sensor.

As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the camera body 51 has a rectangular parallelepiped housing structure, and a connector portion 53 is provided on a rear surface 53 </ b> S that is a side surface on the rear side (the vehicle rear side). The lens unit 52 is disposed on the front side (vehicle front side) of the camera body 51. The rear surface 53S is a substantially flat side surface extending in the left-right direction. The connector portion 53 is provided for energization and communication with the in-vehicle camera 50, and is disposed at a position near the left end portion of the rear surface 53S. A cable terminal (not shown) including a power line having one end connected to the battery of the vehicle and a communication line having one end connected to the control board is connected to the connector portion 53.

The image data acquired by the in-vehicle camera 50 is used not only for recording as a video in front of the vehicle, but also for controlling a road sign and displaying it as an image on a head-up display, a preceding vehicle, a pedestrian, an obstacle, etc. It is used for the control etc. which recognizes etc. and applies an automatic brake. Further, it is also used for control for automatically detecting the defroster 14 by detecting that the lens of the lens unit 52 is clouded based on the resolution and contrast of the image data.

The humidity sensor unit 60 detects the humidity in the passenger compartment, and includes a probe unit whose electrical characteristics change according to the humidity. As the probe part, for example, a polymer resistance type probe part whose electric resistance value changes according to humidity, or a polymer capacity type probe part whose electrostatic capacity changes according to humidity can be adopted. As shown in FIG. 6 and others, the humidity sensor unit 60 includes a substantially rectangular parallelepiped sensor main body 61 provided with the probe section, and a connector section 62 disposed on the rear surface of the sensor main body 61.

In the present embodiment, an example is shown in which the humidity sensor unit 60 is directly bonded to the windshield 13 at the bonding portion 63 provided on the upper surface of the sensor body 61. As another embodiment, the humidity sensor unit 60 may be held by the bracket 40 similarly to the in-vehicle camera 50. The detection data of the humidity sensor unit 60 is used, for example, for controlling the air conditioning in the vehicle. As a specific example of the control, an air-conditioning control in which the inside air-conditioning type air-conditioning is used when the inside of the vehicle interior is low, and the air-conditioning control is switched to the inside air-conditioning that takes in outside air when the humidity exceeds the threshold value. .

[Details of housing body]
With reference to FIGS. 3 to 5, a front slit 31 (opening portion) is formed on the front side wall of the housing body 30 by notching a part of the front side wall downward from the upper edge portion. The front slit 31 is a notch extending elongated in the left-right direction. The left end and the right end of the front slit 31 extend to the vicinity of the left end and the right end of the front side wall of the housing body 30, respectively, and the front slit 31 occupies most of the front side wall. As shown in FIG. 4, the front slit 31 is opened to the front of the vehicle. Further, since the auxiliary machine unit 3 is attached to the windshield 13 in the manner shown in FIG. 1, the front slit 31 is also opposed to the outlet of the defroster 14 as a result.

A rear slit 32 is formed on the rear side wall of the housing body 30 by cutting out a part of the rear side wall downward from the upper edge. The rear slit 32 is also a notch extending in the left-right direction, and the rear slit 32 occupies most of the rear side wall. As shown in FIG. 5, the rear slit 32 opens toward the passenger compartment. In addition, a front louver 33 (FIG. 4) is formed near the right front of the bottom wall of the housing body 30, and a rear louver 34 (FIG. 5) is formed near the left rear. The front louver 33 and the rear louver 34 are ventilation portions that allow the space in the housing 3H to communicate with the outside.

The front slit 31 functions as an opening for taking the defroster wind F into the housing 3H. That is, in the state where the auxiliary machine unit 3 is attached to the windshield 13, the upper edge portion of the housing body 30 is in contact with or close to the windshield 13. However, there is a gap at the position where the front slit 31 is formed. Therefore, the defroster wind F rising along the windshield 13 can enter the housing 3H through the front slit 31. Further, the defroster wind F enters the front louver 33 to some extent. The front slit 31 also serves as a photographing opening for the in-vehicle camera 50, and the lens portion 52 is exposed through the front slit 31 as shown in FIG.

By introducing the defroster wind F into the housing 3H, the dew condensation generated in the in-vehicle camera 50 and the humidity sensor unit 60 can be removed. As a result, it is possible to prevent degradation of the image quality of the captured image due to condensation on the lens surface of the lens unit 52 and degradation of humidity detection accuracy due to the influence of condensation on the probe unit of the humidity sensor unit 60.

The rear slit 32 is used as an opening for drawing out a cable for energizing or communicating with the in-vehicle camera 50 and the humidity sensor unit 60. As shown in FIG. 5, the connector part 53 of the in-vehicle camera 50 and the connector part 62 of the humidity sensor unit 60 are exposed through the rear slit 32. The connector portions 53 and 62 are connected to the terminal connector of the cable. The rear louver 34 functions as a vent hole that allows the defroster wind F taken into the housing 3H to escape to the outside (in the vehicle compartment). The defroster wind F is also released from the rear louver 34 to some extent.

A boss hole 35 (receiving portion) is provided on the bottom wall of the housing body 30 as a through hole through which the column portion 23 penetrates in the vertical direction (see FIGS. 5 and 6). The boss hole 35 is a cylindrical hole projecting upward from the bottom wall of the housing body 30. The boss hole 35 is erected on the housing body 30 so as to be positioned between the in-vehicle camera 50 and the humidity sensor unit 60 arranged in parallel in the left-right direction in the housing 3H.

[Details of brackets]
6 is a top view of the accessory unit 3 and shows a side of the upper surface 40U of the bracket 40. FIG. 7 is a perspective view of the bracket 40 viewed from the side of the upper surface 40U. FIG. FIG. 9 is a plan view showing the lower surface 40D side, showing the arrangement of the in-vehicle camera 50 and the humidity sensor unit 60, and FIG. 9 is an accessory unit viewed from the lower surface 40D side with the housing body 30 removed. 3 is a perspective view of FIG.

The bracket 40 is a substantially flat plate-like member, and extends in the left front direction from the front part 401 having the largest area, the rear part 402 continuously provided behind the front part 401, and the vicinity of the rear end of the front part 401. A front arm portion 403, a left front portion 404 connected to the extended end side of the front arm portion 403, a rear arm portion 405 extending leftward from a rear edge portion of the rear portion 402, and a rear arm portion 405 And a left rear portion 406 continuously provided on the extending end side of the. Further, the bracket 40 is formed at appropriate positions of these portions 401 to 406, the introduction portion 41, the pair of ventilation holes 421 and 422, the storage portion 43, the drainage hole 44, the holding portion of the in-vehicle camera 50, and the guide plate 46. (Guide part), the clearance part 47, and the attachment part to the windshield 13 are provided integrally. Hereinafter, each of these parts will be described in detail.

The introduction portion 41 is formed in the front portion 401 of the bracket 40 and serves to guide the defroster wind F taken from the front slit 31 of the housing 3H to the lens portion 52 of the in-vehicle camera 50. The introduction portion 41 has a duct structure for guiding the defroster wind F, and includes a bottom plate 411, a left side plate 412 (one of the side plates), and a right side plate 413.

The bottom plate 411 has a tapered shape in which the upstream end 411A side of the introducing portion 41 is widest and the downstream end 411B is narrowest. In order to prevent scattered light from entering the lens unit 52, a plurality of concave grooves extending in the left-right direction (direction orthogonal to the optical axis) are formed on the surface of the bottom plate 411. In the vicinity of the downstream end 411B, the bottom plate 411 is formed with a lens fitting portion 414 formed of a semi-cylindrical depression. An insertion port 411C is provided in the standing wall of the downstream end 411B, and a lens portion 52 having a cylindrical shape is fitted into the lens fitting portion 414 through the insertion port 411C.

The left side plate 412 and the right side plate 413 (a pair of side plates) are erected substantially vertically upward from the left and right sides of the bottom plate 411, respectively. The standing heights of these side plates 412 and 413 are substantially uniform in the front-rear direction. The side plates 412 and 413 are suspended from the front portion 401, and the height of the bottom plate 411 is positioned below the front portion 401 by the height of the side plates 412 and 413. By being surrounded by the bottom plate 411, the left side plate 412, and the right side plate 413, the introduction portion inner space 41S is defined, and a duct structure is formed. This duct structure is a duct structure that expands in a tapered shape from the downstream end 411B where the lens portion 52 is disposed toward the upstream end 411A (front slit 31) side. In addition, in the state where the bracket 40 is attached to the windshield 13, the upper surface of the introduction portion internal space 41S is closed. Thereby, the introduction part 41 becomes a structure suitable for guiding the defroster wind F to the lens part 52.

In the present embodiment, the introduction portion 41 and the front slit 31 in front of it also serve as a member that forms an optical path that guides a light image in front of the vehicle to the lens portion 52. Therefore, the duct structure that expands in the tapered shape in the introduction portion 41 is set to a shape that expands according to the angle of view of the lens portion 52. Note that the introduction portion 41 that guides the defroster wind F to the lens portion 52 and the optical path that guides the optical image to the lens portion 52 may be formed in different spaces. However, according to the present embodiment, since the opening for photographing the in-vehicle camera 50 and the opening for taking in the defroster wind F are used together, there is an advantage that the auxiliary unit 3 can be configured compactly. is there.

The pair of ventilation holes 421 and 422 are ventilation holes that are disposed in the vicinity of the fitting position of the lens portion 52 in the introduction portion 41 and communicate the introduction portion inner space 41S with the other spaces in the housing 3H. Specifically, the left ventilation hole 421 (ventilation hole) is drilled in the vicinity of the downstream end 411 </ b> B of the left side plate 412. The right vent hole 422 and the right side plate 413 are perforated in the vicinity of the downstream end 411B. Both ventilation holes 421 and 422 are arranged in the introduction part 41 so that the front half of the lens fitting part 414, the left ventilation hole 421 and the right ventilation hole 422 are aligned in the left-right direction. Since one ventilation hole 421, 422 is formed in each of the pair of side plates 412, 413, the defroster wind F can be sprayed evenly on the lens portion 52.

The lens portion storage portion 415 is a water storage portion disposed above the lens fitting portion 414. The lens portion storage portion 415 is a concave portion in which the upper surface 40U of the bracket 40 is shallowly recessed, and the left side plate 412, the right side plate 413, and the downstream end 411B so as to surround the lens fitting portion 414 in a V shape in a top view. It is provided along the upper edge of the wall portion. The lens unit storage unit 415 can store water generated by condensation on the windshield 13.

A front piece 416 extends forward from the upstream end 411A of the introduction portion 41. The front piece 416 is a U-shaped member as viewed from above, and both base ends thereof are connected to the front ends of the left side plate 412 and the right side plate 413, respectively. The upper surface of the front piece 416 is a surface in contact with the windshield 13, and the front edge of the front piece 416 is located in the vicinity of the front slit 31. An inlet portion 417 is formed between the front piece 416 and the upstream end 411A. The defroster wind F entering from the front slit 31 flows into the introduction part 41 through the inlet part 417.

The reservoir 43 is a water reservoir disposed in the rear portion 402 of the bracket 40. The storage portion 43 is a concave portion in which the upper surface 40U is shallowly recessed in the rear portion 402, and has a rectangular shape that is long in the left-right direction when viewed from above. As shown in FIG. 8, the rear surface 53S of the camera body 51 on which the connector portion 53 is provided is close to the location where the storage portion 43 is formed.

In the present embodiment, although the defroster wind F is taken into the housing 3H, the generation of condensed water due to condensation on the windshield 13 cannot be completely prevented. However, even when condensed water is generated, the condensed water can be trapped by the storage part 43 and the lens part storage part 415. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the condensed water from dripping drastically onto the in-vehicle camera 50 held by the lower surface 40D of the bracket 40.

The drain hole 44 is a hole that passes through the bracket 40 in the vertical direction and is disposed at the position where the storage portion 43 is formed. The drain hole 44 is a hole (passage) for discharging water from the reservoir 43, and an upper end opening faces the bottom surface of the reservoir 43, and a lower end opening is disposed on the lower surface 40D. The water accumulated in the reservoir 43 is evaporated naturally as it is in the reservoir 43 or is dropped onto the bottom wall of the housing body 30 through the drain hole 44.

As the holding portion for holding the in-vehicle camera 50, the bracket 40 of this embodiment includes a locking piece 451, a holding piece 452, and a locking claw 453. The locking piece 451 is a pair of snap-fit pieces provided on the rear portion 402, and a hook (not shown) that engages with a part of the rear surface 53S of the camera main body 51 protrudes from the free end thereof. Has been. The holding pieces 452 are provided in a pair of left and right on the lower surface 40D of the rear portion 402, and hold the left and right side surfaces of the camera body 51, respectively. The locking claws 453 are provided in a pair of left and right on the upper surface 40U of the front portion 401, and lock the front surface of the camera body 51.

The guide plate 46 functions to guide the defroster wind F taken from the front slit 31 into the housing 3H to the humidity sensor unit 60. Specifically, the guide plate 46 is a plate material that extends downward from the lower surface of the front arm portion 403, tilts about 45 degrees with respect to the front-rear direction and with respect to the left-right direction (see FIG. 8). The arrangement position of the guide plate 46 is adjacent to the left side of the introduction portion 41 and is right front of the position where the humidity sensor unit 60 is accommodated. Further, the boss hole 35 that penetrates the column portion 23 of the rearview mirror 21 is located behind (downstream) the guide plate 46. The upstream end 46 </ b> A of the guide plate 46 protrudes obliquely forward to the right from the front arm portion 403. The downstream end 46 </ b> B of the guide plate 46 is close to the right front corner of the humidity sensor unit 60.

The defroster wind F entering the housing 3H is oriented so as to blow against the humidity sensor unit 60 by the guide plate 46. However, in the flow direction of the defroster wind F, the upstream end 411 </ b> A of the introduction portion 41 is disposed upstream of the upstream end 46 </ b> A of the guide plate 46. This is to prevent most of the defroster wind F from being directed to the humidity sensor unit 60 by the guide plate 46, and the defroster wind F is introduced into the introduction portion 41 having the duct structure, that is, the duct structure portion where air flow resistance tends to occur. The structure that is easy to enter is realized.

The gap portion 47 is disposed between the guide plate 46 and the introduction portion 41, and is an opening for allowing the defroster wind F to flow between the in-vehicle camera 50 (lens portion 52) and the humidity sensor unit 60 in the housing 3H. is there. Specifically, the gap portion 47 is formed between the upstream end 46 </ b> A of the guide plate 46 and the left side plate 412 of the introduction portion 41. Accordingly, the defroster wind F flowing through the gap 47 forms an air flow passing through the side of the left vent hole 421 formed in the left side plate 412.

As an attachment portion to the windshield 13, the bracket 40 of this embodiment includes a plurality of adhesive tapes 48 and adhesive grooves 49. The adhesive tape 48 is a member that adheres the bracket 40 to the windshield 13, and is disposed at an appropriate position on the surface of the upper surface 40 </ b> U of the bracket 40 that contacts the windshield 13. Here, an example is shown in which the adhesive tape 48 is disposed on both sides of the introduction portion 41 in the front portion 401, the front piece 416, the vicinity of the right end of the rear portion 402, the left front portion 404, the left rear portion 406, and the like. The adhesive groove 49 is a linear groove that stores an adhesive. When the bracket 40 is bonded to the windshield 13, the upper surface 40U of the bracket 40 is brought into contact with the inner surface of the windshield 13 in a state where the adhesive tape 48 is disposed at a predetermined position and the adhesive is carried in the adhesive groove 49. The

[Defroster-like flow in the housing]
Next, the distribution state of the defroster wind F in the housing 3H of the auxiliary unit 3 will be described with reference to FIG. The defroster wind F is taken into the housing 3H from the front slit 31 (opening) at a position facing the defroster 14 (FIG. 1). Since the front slit 31 is wide in the left-right direction, the defroster wind F has an air flow F1 toward the introduction portion 41 through the right intake portion 417 and an air flow F2 toward the space adjacent to the left of the introduction portion 41. It is roughly divided into

The air flow F1 enters the introduction portion 41 from the upstream end 411A, passes through the introduction portion inner space 41S having a duct structure that is tapered toward the rear, and travels toward the lens portion 52 at the downstream end 411B. The introduction portion inner space 41S is not a closed space but has a left ventilation hole 421 and a right ventilation hole 422 as openings. Accordingly, the air flow F1 becomes an air flow F11 that blows against the lens surface of the lens portion 52, and then air flows F12 and F13 that flow out to the space outside the introduction portion internal space 41S through the left ventilation hole 421 and the right ventilation hole 422. . By these air flows F11 to F13, dew condensation generated on the lens surface of the lens unit 52 can be removed.

On the other hand, the air flow F <b> 2 is divided into an air flow F <b> 21 toward the humidity sensor unit 60 and an air flow F <b> 22 passing through the gap 47 at the position where the guide plate 46 is disposed. The air flow F <b> 21 blows on the humidity sensor unit 60 and serves to remove condensation on the unit 60. Thereafter, the air flow F21 is directed rearward to become an air flow F23 that flows out of the housing 3H from the rear louver 34 or the rear slit 32 of the housing body 30. Thus, since the defroster wind is guided toward the humidity sensor unit 60 by the guide plate 46, it is possible to prevent the influence of condensation on the measurement operation of the humidity sensor unit 60.

The air flow F22 directed rearward from the gap 47 is an air flow F24 that flows between the lens unit 52 and the humidity sensor unit 60, more specifically, between the left side plate 412 and the column unit 23 of the mirror unit 2. A left ventilation hole 421 is formed in the left side plate 412. Since the air flow F24 passes to the left of the left ventilation hole 421, it acts as an air flow for sucking the air in the introduction portion internal space 41S through the left ventilation hole 421. That is, the air volume of the air flow F12 passing through the left ventilation hole 421 from the introduction portion inner space 41S is increased. As a result, a positive defroster-like air flow that is taken into the introduction portion 41 and passes through the vicinity of the lens portion 52 and toward the left ventilation hole 421 is formed, and the anti-fogging effect of the lens portion 52 can be enhanced. Thereafter, the air flow F23 becomes an air flow F25 that escapes from the rear louver 34 or the rear slit 32 of the housing body 30 to the outside of the housing 3H.

In the present embodiment, a mode in which the column portion 23 of the mirror unit 2 penetrates the housing main body 30 is adopted. For this reason, the housing main body 30 has a boss hole 35 (receiving portion) formed of a cylindrical hole protruding upward from the bottom wall of the housing main body 30. The boss hole 35 is disposed between the in-vehicle camera 50 and the humidity sensor unit 60 and on the downstream side of the guide plate 46 in the flow direction of the defroster wind F. In this case, it is not necessary to blow the defroster wind F onto the boss hole 35 that penetrates the support post 23. Therefore, by arranging the boss hole 35 on the downstream side of the guide plate 46 that blocks the defroster wind F as in this embodiment, the layout of the vehicular auxiliary device can be made efficient. .

Further, the flow of the above-described defroster wind F is set so as to suppress the scattering of water drops dripping from the water drain hole 44. As shown in FIG. 9, in this embodiment, the rear surface 53S of the camera body 51 is a flat surface extending in the left-right direction, and the connector portion 53 is disposed at a position near the left end portion of the rear surface 53S. Correspondingly, the drain hole 44 of the reservoir 43 that stores condensed water is disposed at a position corresponding to the right end portion of the rear surface 53S. Therefore, even when the dew condensation water drops from the drain hole 44, it is possible to prevent the connector portion 53 and the surrounding water from being wet, and to suppress the device failure of the in-vehicle camera 50.

As described with reference to FIG. 10, one of the main air paths of the defroster wind F in the housing 3H is the left side plate 412 of the introduction part 41 and the column part 23 of the mirror unit 2 through which the airflows F22 and F24 flow. It is a wind path between. Among these, the air path of the air flow F <b> 24 is an air path that passes through the nearest vicinity of the camera body 51. And the air path of the said air flow F24 is set to the path | route which passes the position (left side surface of the camera main body 51) near the left end part of the rear surface 53S. That is, the air path of the air flow F24 (defroster wind) is set to a path that passes through a position near the left end, opposite to the right end of the rear surface 53S where the drain hole 44 is disposed. Accordingly, the air flow F24 is less likely to pass through the vicinity of the lower end opening of the drain hole 44 where water dripping is assumed, and water droplets can be prevented from being scattered by the air flow F24.

Furthermore, the arrangement position of the rear louver 34 also contributes to suppression of water droplet scattering. That is, the other one of the main air paths is the air flows F21 and F23 guided by the guide plate 46 and passing through the humidity sensor unit 60. These air flows F21 and F23 also pass through a path closer to the left end in the housing 3H, which is far from the drain hole 44. In addition, the main exit of the air passage passing through the humidity sensor unit 60 and the air passage passing through the left side surface of the camera body 51 is the rear louver 34 arranged at the left rear position of the housing body 30. It is. Thus, since the path through which the defroster wind mainly passes is separated from the lower end opening of the drain hole 44, the splash of water droplets by the defroster wind is prevented.

[Description of Comparative Example]
FIG. 11 is a top view illustrating a distribution state of the defroster wind F when the guide plate 46 is not present as the first comparative example. The defroster wind F is taken into the housing 3 </ b> H from the front slit 31, and is roughly divided into an air flow F <b> 1 toward the right introduction portion 41 and an air flow F <b> 2 toward the space adjacent to the left of the introduction portion 41. The air flow F1 is directed to the lens portion 52 through the introduction portion 41, becomes an air flow F11 that blows against the lens surface of the lens portion 52, and then enters the space outside the introduction portion inner space 41S through the left ventilation hole 421 and the right ventilation hole 422. It becomes air flow F12 and F13 which flow out. This flow is the same as in the above embodiment.

On the other hand, since the guide plate 46 does not exist, the air flow F2 becomes the air flow F3 that goes straight under the front arm portion 403 of the bracket 40. The air flow F3 blows against the cylindrical boss hole 35 penetrating the column portion 23, and becomes air flows F31 and F32 flowing along the outer peripheral wall of the boss hole 35. Thereafter, the air flows F31 and F32 pass out of the housing 3H from the rear louver 34 or the rear slit 32 of the housing body 30.

As described above, in Comparative Example 1 in which the guide plate 46 does not exist, the air flow of the defroster wind F exclusively blows against the boss hole 35, and the defroster wind F is not sufficiently blown against the humidity sensor unit 60. . For this reason, the case where the condensation of the humidity sensor unit 60 cannot be removed favorably may occur.

Furthermore, in Comparative Example 1, the airflow flowing along the left side plate 412 of the introduction portion 41 (airflow F24 in FIG. 10), in other words, the airflow passing through the left side of the left ventilation hole 421 becomes poor. For this reason, it is difficult to form the air flow F12 that sucks the air in the introduction portion inner space 41S through the left vent hole 421. Accordingly, the air volume of the air flow F1 is reduced, and the air flow F11 that blows against the lens unit 52 is also weakened. That is, the defroster wind F is difficult to blow through the introduction portion 41 having the duct structure, and the air flow in the housing 3H is mainly the air flows F2 and F3 toward the boss hole 35 (representing the air flow in FIG. 11). The width of the arrow indicates the amount of air flow). In this case, there may be a case where the defroster wind F having a sufficient air volume does not blow onto the lens surface of the lens unit 52 and the condensation on the lens surface cannot be sufficiently removed.

FIG. 12 is a top view showing a distribution state of the defroster wind F when the gap 47 does not exist as a comparative example 2. Comparative Example 2 shows an example in which a guide plate 460 having a length reaching the left side plate 412 of the introduction portion 41 is provided on the front arm portion 403 of the bracket 40.

On the other hand, since the upstream end of the guide plate 460 extends to the left side plate 412 of the introduction portion 41 and the gap portion 47 does not exist, the air flow F2 is guided by the guide plate 460 and flows toward the humidity sensor unit 60. It becomes flow F4. The air flow F4 blows against the humidity sensor unit 60 and becomes an air flow F41 flowing along the side of the humidity sensor unit 60. Thereafter, the air flow F41 escapes from the rear louver 34 or the rear slit 32 of the housing body 30 to the outside of the housing 3H. Therefore, sufficient condensation removal can be performed on the humidity sensor unit 60.

However, in the comparative example 2, the air flow (air flow F24 in FIG. 10) flowing along the left side plate 412 of the introduction portion 41 is blocked by the guide plate 460. For this reason, like the comparative example 1, it is difficult to form the air flow F12 that sucks the air in the introduction portion inner space 41S through the left ventilation hole 421. Accordingly, the air volume of the air flow F1 is reduced, and the air flow F11 that blows against the lens unit 52 is also weakened. Therefore, there is a case where sufficient condensation cannot be removed on the lens surface of the lens portion 52.

On the other hand, in the present embodiment, the defroster wind F taken into the housing 3 </ b> H is directed to the lens unit 52 by the introduction part 41 and is directed to the humidity sensor unit 60 by the guide plate 46. Further, the defroster wind (air flow F24) flows between the lens portion 52 and the boss hole 35 through the gap portion 47. The air flows F22 and F24 heading backward through the gap 47 act as an air flow that sucks the air in the introduction portion inner space 41S through the left ventilation hole 421 and increases the air volume of the air flow F12. As a result, a positive defroster-like airflow that is taken in from the introduction portion 41 and passes through the vicinity of the lens portion 52 and toward the left ventilation hole 421 is formed, and the antifogging effect of the lens surface of the lens portion 52 can be enhanced. . Moreover, since the defroster wind is guided to the humidity sensor unit 60 by the guide plate 46, sufficient dew condensation can be removed.

[Description of Modified Embodiment]
As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was described, this invention is not limited to this, Furthermore, the following modified embodiment can be taken.

(1) In the above embodiment, an example in which the left ventilation hole 421 and the right ventilation hole 422 are provided on the left side plate 412 and the right side plate 413 as the ventilation holes, respectively, has been described. The ventilation hole should just be provided in the left side board 412 facing the guide plate 46 at least, and the right ventilation hole 422 can also be omitted. However, if the left ventilation hole 421 and the right ventilation hole 422 are provided, that is, if at least one ventilation hole is provided in each of the left side plate 412 and the right side plate 413, the defroster wind is blown to the lens portion 52 without any deviation. There are advantages that can be made.

(2) In the said embodiment, the support | pillar part 23 of the mirror unit 2 illustrated the aspect which penetrates the housing 3H. The support | pillar part 23 may be attached in the position which avoided the attachment part of the housing 3H.

(3) In the above embodiment, the humidity sensor unit 60 is directly attached to the windshield 13 instead of the bracket 40. However, the humidity sensor unit 60 may be held on the lower surface of the bracket 40. In this case, it is desirable to provide a dew condensation water storage part on the upper surface of the holding part of the humidity sensor unit 60 and to provide a drain hole at a position opposite to the position of the connector part 62 in the sensor body 61.
