However, in the above configuration, since the suspension frames are erected on both sides of the driver's seat, getting in and out of the driver's seat is restricted and the view from the driver's seat is obstructed, which may hinder the operation of the vehicle. was there.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle body suspension device for an industrial vehicle that solves the above-described problems and that can easily get on and off and reduce the restriction on the field of view.

The invention according to claim 1 is a vehicle body suspension device for an industrial vehicle including a head guard that covers an upper part of a driver seat installed on a vehicle body,
A pair of left and right suspension members erected on both sides of the vehicle body, and a suspension frame body that is formed in a gate shape in a front view by a horizontal member that connects the upper ends of the suspension members to each other;
A hook engaging member that is provided on the upper end side of the suspension frame body and that engages with a vehicle body lifting hook, and a hook that protrudes in the front-rear direction from the upper end side of the suspension member and hooks the vehicle body lifting tool. At least one of the ingredients,
A reinforcing member for connecting the upper end side of the suspension frame and the rear part of the vehicle body;
A head guard support part for connecting and supporting the head guard is provided on the suspension member, and the suspension member is also configured to serve as a rear post of the head guard.

In the conventional head guard, left and right rear posts that support the roof portion are erected, and when a suspension device is provided, a total of four members of the rear post and the suspension member are erected on the vehicle body. It will be. According to the above configuration, since the suspension member also serves as the rear post of the head guard, it is possible to minimize the lateral and rear view restrictions from the driver's seat, and to obstruct getting on and off the driver's seat. There is no. Further, the number of members standing on the vehicle body can be reduced, and the vehicle body can be simplified.

In the above configuration, the head guard is supported by the suspension member by interposing an elastic member in the head guard support portion, so that the head guard from the suspension member and the head guard from the vehicle body when lifting, hanging, and landing. Thus, the impact force applied to the suspension member can be reduced and reduced, and the head guard and its peripheral members can be prevented from being damaged or damaged.

Further, in each of the above-described configurations, a hinge portion is disposed between the upper end portion of the suspension frame body and the proximal end portion of the hook member so as to support the hook member so as to be rotatable in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body. Thus, the hook member can be folded backward by a predetermined angle so that it can be folded, so that the industrial vehicle can run in a warehouse or a passage where the height is restricted, and the use range of the industrial vehicle can be expanded.

According to the present invention, the suspension member also serves as the rear post of the head guard, so that the rear view from the driver's seat is kept good, and there is no hindrance to getting on and off the driver's seat.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the forklift is provided with a pair of left and right driving front wheels 12 at the front portion of the vehicle body 11 and a pair of left and right steering rear wheels 13 at the rear portion of the vehicle body 11. A lifting device (loading device) 16 is provided that lifts and lowers the fork 14 along a plurality of inner and outer lifting masts 15 standing on the front of the vehicle body 11. Further, a driver's seat 17 is installed at the front upper surface of the vehicle body 11, and a head guard 18 is provided to cover the upper side of the driver's seat 17.

In the vehicle body suspension device 21, a pair of left and right suspension frames (suspension members) 22 are erected on both rear sides of the driver's seat 17 of the vehicle body 11 via a bottom hinge 23. A horizontal frame (horizontal member) 24 is stretched over the upper ends of the left and right suspension frames 22, and the left and right suspension frames 22 and the horizontal frame 24 form a portal frame-like suspension frame. 25 is formed. The bottom hinge 23 includes a pin 23a in the vehicle body width direction and a spherical bush (not shown) externally fitted to the pin 23a. The bottom hinge 23 can allow a deviation of the position of the center of gravity G of the vehicle body 11 within a predetermined range. It is configured so that welding distortion at the time can be released. Here, the attachment position of the bottom hinge 23 is preferably a position immediately above the center of gravity G of the vehicle body 11 or a position in the vicinity thereof.

At the upper end portion of the suspension frame body 25, for example, a hook engaging member 26 that can be engaged with a vehicle body lifting hook F that is a lifting hook of a lifting claim installed in a ship or the like is provided. The hook engaging member 26 includes a pair of lower-end straight portions 26a that are erected and fixed to the upper end portion of the suspension frame 22, and inclined portions that are bent inward from the lower-end straight portions 26a at upper angles at predetermined angles. A hook frame 26A having a mountain shape in front view is formed by 26b and an arcuate hooking portion 26c that connects the upper ends of the left and right inclined portions 26b. Further, the connecting frame 26B is connected over the left and right lower end straight portions 26a.

Reinforcing members 27 are connected to the suspension frame 25 between the upper ends of the left and right suspension frames 22 and the rear part of the vehicle body 11. These reinforcing members 27 include a projecting portion 27a projecting rearward from the upper ends of the left and right suspension frames 22, a vehicle body side bracket 27c attached to the rear upper surface of the vehicle body 11 via a tie rod 27b, and a projecting portion. A connecting rod 27d is provided between the rear end of the portion 27a and the vehicle body side bracket 27c via a horizontal pin in the vehicle body width direction and adjustable in length.

The hook engaging member 26 includes a folding mechanism 28. In the folding mechanism 28, a folding hinge (hinge portion) 28A that is foldably connected via a pin 28a in the vehicle body width direction is interposed between the upper end portion of the suspension frame 22 and the lower end straight portion 26a. Yes. With this folding hinge 28A, the hook engaging member 26 is erected and used in the suspended state, and the retracted posture in which the vehicle is lowered by falling backward at a predetermined angle, for example, substantially horizontally as shown in FIG. Can be rotated between. A suspension frame body fixture 28B that holds the posture of the suspension frame body 25 in the retracted position is provided. The suspension frame body fixing tool 28B includes, for example, a cable body (wire, chain, belt-like string, etc.) 28c that connects brackets 28a and 28b provided on the base end side of the suspension frame 22 and the hook frame 26A, From a binding device (chain block or the like) 28d which can be tensioned by being interposed in the body 28c, and a stopper member 28e which is provided on the overhanging portion 27a of the reinforcing member 27 and supports and regulates the retracted posture of the hook engaging member 26 from below. Become.

The head guard 18 includes a roof portion 18A that covers the upper side of the driver's seat 17, and a pair of left and right front posts 18B that stand upright from the front portion of the vehicle body 11 and support the front portion of the roof portion 18A. The rear portion of the roof portion 18A is elastically supported by the left and right suspension frames 22 via the head guard support portion 29, and the left and right suspension frames 22 also serve as the left and right rear posts, respectively. Thereby, only the left and right suspension frames 22 are provided in the left and right side and rear views from the driver's seat 17, and the rear and side views can be improved and the working efficiency can be improved.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the head guard support portion 29 has a receiving plate 29a protruding from the inner surfaces of the left and right suspension frames 22 via reinforcing plates 29b, and an elastic support portion on the receiving plate 29a. 29c is provided. On the other hand, the head guard 18 has a plurality of square pipe-shaped front and rear frames 18C attached to the bottom surface of the roof portion 18A in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body. The elastic support portion 29c includes a rubber plate 29d that is an elastic body disposed on the receiving plate 29a, a pressing bottom plate 29f that is fixed between the receiving plate 29a with the rubber plate 29d interposed between the connecting bolts 29e, and a pressing plate. A clamping plate 29h is provided which is erected on the bottom plate 29f and fixed by mounting bolts 29g in a state where both sides of the front and rear frame 18C are sandwiched. It should be noted that a leaf spring, a coil spring, or the like can be used instead of the rubber plate 29d.

Therefore, the weight of the rear portion of the roof portion 18A can be supported by the head guard support portion 29. In addition, when the vehicle body 11 is suspended, lifted, and landed, the impact transmitted from the vehicle body 11 to the suspension frame 22 via the head guard 18 and the impact transmitted from the suspension frame 22 to the head guard are rubber. Absorbing and buffering by the plate 29d can prevent the roof portion 18A, the front post 18B, its peripheral members and the like from being damaged.

In FIG. 2, a pair of left and right head guard support portions 29 are provided. However, as shown in FIG. 6, the receiving plate 29a is spanned across the left and right suspension frames 22 in the width direction, and the head guard support is provided at three or more locations. The front and rear frames 18C can be elastically supported by providing the portions 29, so that the impact force can be effectively buffered.

In the first embodiment, when the vehicle body 11 is lifted, the hook engaging member 26 is set in the upright posture, the vehicle body lifting hook F of the crane is engaged with the latching portion 26c of the hook engaging member 26, and the hook engaging member 26 is engaged. Then, the vehicle body 11 is lifted through the suspension frame 22 and is picked up, conveyed and landed at a target position having a predetermined height. At this time, the inclination of the vehicle body 11 due to the shift of the center of gravity G of the vehicle body 11 is absorbed and supported by the reinforcing member 27 and the bottom hinge 23. Further, since the impact at the time of lifting, hanging or landing is alleviated by the head guard support portion 29, the head guard 18 and its peripheral members are not damaged.

Further, by using the folding mechanism 28, the hook engaging member 26 is tilted backward with the folding hinge 28A as a center to be in a retracted posture, thereby traveling in a passage, a hold or a warehouse whose height is restricted. And versatility and functionality can be improved.

According to the first embodiment, the suspension frame 22 also serves as the rear post of the head guard 18, so that there is no obstacle to getting on and off the driver's seat 17, and a side view and a rear view are required from the driver's seat 17. There is no limit. Further, the number of members standing on the vehicle body 11 can be reduced, and the vehicle body 11 can be simplified.

Further, the head guard support portion 29 can relieve or reduce the impact force applied to the head guard 18 when the suspension frame 22 is lifted or hung or landing, and the head guard 18 or other peripheral members during lifting or hanging. Etc. can be prevented in advance.

Furthermore, since the hook engaging member 26 can be folded as a retracted posture in which the hook engaging member 26 lies backward, an industrial vehicle can be used in a warehouse or a passage where the height is limited, and versatility can be ensured.

[Example 2]
A second embodiment of the forklift vehicle suspension system will be described with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6. This vehicle suspension device 31 is obtained by removing the folding mechanism from the first embodiment, and the same members as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals and the description thereof is omitted.

The hook engaging member 36 is attached to the upper end portion of the suspension frame 22 with the proximal end portion of the inclined portion 36b having a gentle slope directly in an upright posture, and between the distal end portions of the inclined portion 36b by a hooking portion 36c on an arc. It is connected and formed into a mountain shape. Reinforcing plates 36d are respectively attached to the left and right sides before and after the base end side of the inclined portion 36b.

The reinforcing member 37 connected between the left and right suspension frames 22 and the rear portion of the vehicle body 11 includes a suspension side bracket 37a attached to the rear from the upper portion of the left and right suspension frames 22, and a tie rod at the rear portion of the vehicle body 11. A connecting rod 37d is connected to the vehicle body side bracket 37c attached via 37b via a horizontal pin in the width direction.

According to the vehicle body suspension device 31 of the second embodiment, the same functions and effects as those of the first embodiment can be achieved except for the functions and effects obtained by the folding operation of the hook engaging member 36.
[Example 3]
A third embodiment of the forklift vehicle suspension system will be described with reference to FIGS. In addition to the hook engaging member 26, the vehicle body suspension device 41 is provided with a hook 42 that can be hooked by the vehicle body lifting tool in the second embodiment. The same members as those in the first and second embodiments are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted.

In the first and second embodiments, an unloading crane is used as a device for suspending the vehicle body 11, and the vehicle body 11 is suspended by engaging the vehicle body lifting hook F with the hook engaging member 26. Then, in addition to the vehicle body lifting hook F, a coil lifter that picks up and conveys a coil winder that is a cylindrical heavy object in a ship or factory can be used. In this coil lifter, an insertion member (vehicle lifting tool) A is inserted into the hollow portion of the coil winding body from both sides, and the coil winding body is directly lifted and transported.

In the third embodiment, hooks 42 that can be hooked by inserting the insertion member A from below are provided on the upper parts of the left and right suspension frames 22, respectively. These hooks 42 are supported between a suspension frame 22 and a cover plate 42a attached to the outer surface thereof so that an overhanging frame 42c can be tilted in a predetermined range via a pin 42b in the vehicle body width direction. It protrudes in the front-rear direction. The overhanging frames 42c are respectively formed with recesses 42d to which the insertion member A is engaged before and after the lower side. A spring 42e, which is a biasing member that holds the overhanging frame 42c in a horizontal posture, is connected between the overhanging frame 42c and the suspension frame 22.

Therefore, two pairs of the insertion members A in the front and rear are inserted and raised from the outside of the both sides of the vehicle body 11 to the lower side of the overhanging frame 42c with the suspension frame 22 interposed therebetween, so that each insertion member A is recessed 42d. The vehicle body 11 can be lifted by the insertion member A through the overhanging frame 42c.

According to the third embodiment, it is possible to suspend the vehicle body by the latch 42 using the coil lifter, and further, the same operational effects as the second embodiment can be achieved.
In the first to third embodiments, the forklift has been described as an industrial vehicle. However, an industrial vehicle such as a wheel loader or a shovel loader having a head guard on the vehicle body 11 may be used.
