Abstract
医療用ポンプ用の圧力監視システムを提供する。
【解決手段】ポンプ用の圧力監視システムは、圧力監視流路46を有するポンプ10と、圧力監視流路内に配設されたチュービング34と、チュービング内の圧力を監視するためにチュービングと接触可能な圧力センサーと、ポンプドア14と、ポンプドアの内側に配設されている、ポンプドアがポンプに固定される前および固定されたときチュービングおよび圧力監視流路と係合する突出部58とを備え、突出部は、ポンプドアがポンプに固定される前および固定されたときに圧力監視流路の上側の面と接触し、それにより突出部が圧力監視流路の方へさらに移動するのを防ぎ、ポンプドアは固定手段によりポンプに固定可能であり、ポンプドアのポンプへの固定により、突出部に隣接するドアの部分が外向きに曲がり、それにより突出部を圧力監視流路の方へ付勢する。

Description
の医療用ポンプ用の圧力監視システムに関するものである。圧力監視システムは、ポンプの移動などの環境効果、またはより重要なことであるが、使用者がポンプを掴むなどのポンプに印加される外力から圧力測定を隔離する。
は、一貫した装填がなされるので、より正確な一貫した圧力読み取り値が得られる。チュービング34がすべての側部上で制約されている場合、チューブ内の圧力による膨張力は、圧力センサー50の方へより完全に向けられうる。チュービング34が側壁54と接触していない場合、チュービングは、圧力センサー50に容易に当接し、誤差の源である側壁との摩擦をなくすことができる。
部は、チュービングを圧縮して流路内に押し込み、突出部はチュービングの方への突出部の移動を停止するためポンプ表面と接触し、突出部は、チュービングの方へ付勢される。圧力監視システムは、さらに、ドアが閉じられたときに外向に曲げられそれにより突出部をチュービングの方へ付勢する突出部に隣接するドアの一部をさらに備えることができ、突出部は表面に接触するためのチュービング接触面および流路に接触しそれによりチュービングに向かう突出部の移動を停止する流路接触面を有し、突出部は第1および第2の流路接触面を有し、第1の流路接触面は流路の第1の側部と接触し、第2の流路接触面は第1の側部の反対側にある流路の第2の側部と接触し、および/または流路接触面は流路の頂部に隣接する表面と接触するか、またはこれらの組み合わせもありうる。
Claims (19)
- ポンプ用の圧力監視システムであって、
圧力監視流路を有するポンプと、
前記圧力監視流路内に配設されたチュービングと、
前記チュービング内の前記圧力を監視するために前記チュービングと連通するように配設されている圧力センサーと、
ポンプドアと、
前記ポンプドアの内側に配設されている、前記ポンプドアが閉じられると前記チュービングおよび前記圧力監視流路と係合する突出部とを備え、前記ドアを閉じると、前記突出部に隣接する前記ドアの部分が外向きに曲がり、それにより前記突出部を前記圧力監視流路の方へ付勢するポンプ用の圧力監視システム。 - 前記突出部は、流路接触面を有し、前記流路接触面は、前記ドアが閉じられたときに前記流路と接触し、それにより前記突出部が前記流路の方へさらに移動するのを防ぐ請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記流路接触面は、前記流路に隣接する上面と接触する請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記突出部は、その底部にチュービング接触面を有し、前記チュービング接触面は前記ドアが閉じられたときに前記チュービングと接触して前記チュービングを圧縮する請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 圧力監視システムであって、
柔軟なチュービングを受け入れるための流路を中に有するポンプと、
前記流路内に配設されたチュービングと、
前記チュービングと連通するように配設された圧力センサーと、
ポンプドアと、
前記ポンプドア上の突出部とを備え、
前記ポンプドアが閉じられると、
前記突出部は、前記流路に隣接する位置に移動され、
前記突出部は、前記チュービングを圧縮して前記流路内に押し込み、
前記突出部は前記チュービングの方への前記突出部の移動を停止するためポンプ表面と接触し、
前記突出部は、前記チュービングの方へ付勢される圧力監視システム。 - 前記突出部に隣接する前記ドアの一部は、前記ドアが閉じられたときに外向に曲げられ、それにより前記突出部を前記チュービングの方へ付勢する請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記突出部は、前記表面に接触するためのチュービング接触面および前記流路に接触しそれにより前記チュービングに向かう前記突出部の移動を停止する流路接触面を備える請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記突出部は、第1および第2の流路接触面を備え、前記第1の流路接触面は、前記流路の1の側部と接触し、前記第2の流路接触面は、前記第1の側部の反対側にある前記流路の第2の側部と接触する請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記流路接触面は、前記流路の頂部に隣接する表面と接触する請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 圧力監視システムであって、
流路と、
圧力により膨張可能である、前記流路内に配設された柔軟なチューブと、
前記チューブと連通するように配設された圧力センサーと、
前記流路と接触し、前記チューブと接触して前記流路内の前記チューブを保持するように配設された突出部とを備える圧力監視システム。 - 前記突出部は、前記流路と接触して前記突出部が前記流路の方へ移動するのを防ぐ流路接触面を有する請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記突出部は、前記流路内の前記チューブを保持するチューブ接触面を有する請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記チューブ接触面は、前記チューブを前記圧力センサーに押し付ける請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記チューブ接触面は、前記流路内に伸びる請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記流路は、ポンプの一部である請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記突出部は、ポンプドアの一部として形成される請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記突出部は、前記ポンプドアと前記流路との間の締まり嵌めであり、これにより、前記ポンプドアが閉じられるときに前記ポンプドアが曲がる請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 前記突出部は、前記流路の方へ付勢される請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 流路接触面が、前記流路に向かう前記突出部の移動を防ぐ請求項18に記載のシステム。
