Abstract
Description

1種以上の熱分解有機層を提供する工程を含み、
ここで、熱分解有機層は、実質的に同じ電気伝導性を示すのに必要とされる銅メッシュの量よりも約10%〜約95%より少ない重量で、メートルあたり約5〜30×105ジーメンスの電気伝導性を示す。
特定量の記載された成分と炭素繊維と共に導電性プリプレグを製造する際に使用するマトリックス樹脂を以下の表に記載する。
Claims (21)
- 表面の少なくとも一部に導電性金属が配された熱分解有機層。
- 導電性金属が、銅、銀またはニッケルである、請求項1に記載の熱分解有機層。
- 有機層が、ポリイミドである、請求項1に記載の熱分解有機層。
- 熱分解有機層が、約25〜約40マイクロメートルの厚さを有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の熱分解有機層。
- 導電性金属が、約2〜約4マイクロメートルの厚さで熱分解有機層上に配される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の熱分解有機層。
- マトリックス樹脂、
繊維および
1種以上の請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の熱分解有機層を含む、導電性プリプレグ。 - マトリックス樹脂が、1種以上のエポキシ、エピスルフィド、オキセタン、チオキセタン、マレイミド、ナジイミド、イタコンイミド、オキサジン、シアン酸エステル、およびビスオキサゾリンを含む、請求項6に記載の導電性プリプレグ。
- マトリックス樹脂が、さらに、導電性材料から構成されるナノ構造を含む、請求項6に記載の導電性プリプレグ。
- ナノ構造が、1種以上のナノチューブ、ナノキューブ、ナノワイヤ、ナノピラミッド、ナノプレートレット、ナノ粒子および多重双晶粒子の形状である、請求項8に記載の導電性プリプレグ。
- 繊維が、炭素、ガラス、アラミド、ホウ素、ポリアルキレン、石英、ポリベンズイミダゾール、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、ポリp−フェニレンベンゾビスオキサゾール、炭化ケイ素、フェノールホルムアルデヒド、フタレート、およびナフテノエートからなる群から選択される1つである、請求項6に記載の導電性プリプレグ。
- ガラスが、Sガラス、S2ガラス、Eガラス、Rガラス、Aガラス、ARガラス、Cガラス、Dガラス、ECRガラス、ガラスフィラメント、ステープルガラス、Tガラス、および酸化ジルコニウムガラスからなる群から選択される1つである、請求項6に記載の導電性プリプレグ。
- 炭素繊維が、ピッチ、ポリアクリロニトリルまたはレーヨンから製造される、請求項6に記載の導電性プリプレグ。
- 炭素繊維が、ベンゾオキサジン含有サイズ剤によりサイズ処理されている、請求項6に記載の導電性プリプレグ。
- メートルあたり約5〜30×105ジーメンスのx方向の電気伝導性を示す、請求項6に記載の導電性プリプレグ。
- メートルあたり約5〜30×105ジーメンスのy方向の電気伝導性を示す、請求項6に記載の導電性プリプレグ。
- 導電性プリプレグの全重量を低減しながら、実質的に導電性プリプレグの電気伝導性を維持する方法であって、
マトリックス樹脂と繊維を提供する工程、および
請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の熱分解有機層を提供する工程を含み、
ここで、熱分解有機層は、実質的に同じ電気伝導性を示すのに必要とされる銅メッシュの量よりも約10%〜約95%より少ない重量で、メートルあたり約5〜30×105ジーメンスの電気伝導性を示す、方法。 - 請求項6に記載の硬化した導電性プリプレグ。
- 少なくとも1種の請求項6に記載の導電性プリプレグおよび非導電性プリプレグを含有する積層体。
- 非導電性プリプレグが、ベンゾオキサジン樹脂を含むマトリックス樹脂から製造される、請求項18に記載の積層体。
- 少なくとも2種の請求項6に記載の導電性プリプレグを含有する積層体。
- 一方向、織布または準等方性の構造である請求項21に記載の積層体。
