- ガスタービンエンジンの燃焼器のライナーパネルの間隙を充填する方法であって、
ライナーパネルの間隙の上に耐酸化ろう付け(ORB)組成物を塗布するステップと、
前記耐酸化ろう付け(ORB)組成物を溶融サイクルにさらすステップと、
前記溶融サイクル後に、前記耐酸化ろう付け(ORB)組成物を拡散サイクルにさらすステップと、を含む方法。 - 0.0005トルまたはこれよりも低いトルで、かつ約2240°F(1227°C)で、10〜20分間、前記ニッケルろう付け合金組成物を前記溶融サイクルにさらすことをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- アルゴンの1500〜2500ミクロン(1.5〜2.5トル)の動的分圧で、かつ2200°F(1204°C)で、10時間、前記ニッケルろう付け合金組成物を前記溶融サイクルにさらすことをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 1600°F(871°C)まで、毎分35°F(2°C)の最小平均速度で、前記ニッケルろう付け合金組成物を溶体化熱処理及び冷却サイクルにさらすことをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記耐酸化ろう付け(ORB)組成物を塗布する前に、酸化副生成物を除去することにより、前記間隙の付近に領域を準備することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 耐酸化ろう付け(ORB)組成物で充填された間隙を有してなるライナーパネルを備えたガスタービンエンジン構成要素。
- 前記間隙は、幅が0.010”(0.25mm、10mil)を超えず、表面腐食が約0.04”(1mm、40mil)よりも少ないことを特徴とする請求項16に記載のガスタービンエンジン構成要素。
- 前記間隙内に最初からある前記耐酸化ろう付け(ORB)よりも高い溶融温度を有した合金を少なくとも前記間隙内に形成するように、前記耐酸化ろう付け(ORB)組成物を溶融及び溶体化熱処理する手段をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のガスタービンエンジン構成要素。
- 前記耐酸化ろう付け(ORB)組成物は、PWA1455よりも優れた酸化寿命を有することを特徴とする請求項16に記載のガスタービンエンジン構成要素。
- 前記耐酸化ろう付け(ORB)組成物は、PWA1484よりも優れた酸化寿命特性を有することを特徴とする請求項16に記載のガスタービンエンジン構成要素。
