Abstract
Description
とりわけ、このバッテリー充電器は通常の電力供給線から入力される交流電圧を直流の出力に変換できる。
より具体的には、電子制御ユニットは従来のCAN(コントローラ・エリア・ネットワーク)バスによって車両のステーションに接続され、一般的に事前に定義された制御信号を受信することができる車両ステーションと通信するインターフェースを含む。
具体的には、制御装置は、単純に電源ユニットのオンオフ切り替えの命令を出すとともに、供給電力の調節や、電源装置自体のテスト動作を実行することができる。
その結果、従来型のバッテリー充電器は、3000Wから3500Wの最大電力を供給することができ、一般的には、電気自動車のバッテリー充電にいくらか長い時間を必要とする。
あるいは、より大きな電力を供給できる電源装置を有する単一のバッテリー充電器を使用することも知られている。
しかしながら、そのような解決策にはいくつかの問題がある。
実際には、バッテリー充電器の電源装置は故障することがあり、その場合、故障したバッテリー充電器を交換する必要がある。
また、2つのバッテリー充電器の並列使用には、大きなスペースが必要となる。
本発明の他の目的は、2つの並列充電器を使用するよりも高い効率を可能にする電気自動車用バッテリー充電器を提供することである。
上記の目的は、請求項1に記載された本電気自動車用のバッテリー充電器によって達成される。
バッテリー充電器1は、すべての電子機器を収容することができる寸法に縮小された外装容器2を含む。
具体的に、バッテリー充電器1は、容器2の内部に収容された第1電源ユニット3を装備する。
例えば、第1電源ユニット3は、供給ラインLからの交流を直流に変換する第1変換ユニット3a、直流を交流に変換する第2変換ユニット3b、変圧器3c、車両VのバッテリーBに接続され、交流を直流に変換する第3変換ユニット3dを装備する。
有利には、バッテリー充電器1は容器2の内部に収容される第2電源ユニット6を備える。
電子制御ユニット4は、例えば、図面の参照番号9によって示される一般的なCAN(コントローラ・エリア・ネットワーク)バスを経由して、車両VのステーションCと通信できる通信インターフェース8を含む。
パイロット機器7は、例えば、電源ユニット3と6の一方又は両方の「ON」と「OFF」の指令を切り替え、これらによって供給される電力を調節し、または電源ユニットそのもののテスト操作を実行できる。
第1電源ユニット3と第2電源ユニット6からの総出力は、6000Wから7000Wの間が望ましい。
遮断手段10は、ヒューズ又はエネルギーの逆流をサポートする適切な電気部品を装備することが望ましい。
このようなヒューズや電気部品10は、第1電源ユニット3または第2電源ユニット6からの過電流から電子制御ユニット4を保護する。
特に、本発明のバッテリー充電器は一般的な充電器よりも大きな電力を供給することが可能であり、且つ、低コストおよび寸法の縮減を確保することができる。
Claims (7)
- 容器(2)と、前記容器(2)に格納され、入力が少なくとも外部電源ライン(L)に接続でき、出力が少なくとも電気自動車(V)のバッテリーに接続できる少なくとも第1電源ユニット(3)と、前記容器(2)に格納され、前記第1電源ユニットに機能的に接続される少なくとも電子制御ユニット(4)と、を備え、前記容器(2)に格納されて前記電子制御ユニット(4)に機能的に接続され、入力が少なくとも外部電源ライン(L)に接続でき、出力が少なくとも電気自動車(V)のバッテリーに接続できる少なくとも第2電源ユニット(6)を備えることを特徴とする電気自動車用バッテリー充電器(1)。
- 前記電子制御ユニット(4)は、前記第1電源ユニット(3)と第2電源ユニット(6)のパイロット機器(7)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリー充電器(1)。
- 前記電子制御ユニット(4)は、前記車両(V)のステーション(C)に接続可能であり、前記ステーション(C)と通信可能な少なくとも通信インタフェース(8)を含むことを特徴とする先行する1又はそれ以上の請求項に記載のバッテリー充電器(1)。
- 第1電源ユニット(3)と第2電源ユニット(6)の総出力が6000Wから7000Wの間であることを特徴とする先行する1又はそれ以上の請求項に記載のバッテリー充電器(1)。
- 前記電子制御ユニット(4)と前記第1及び第2電源ユニット(3、6)との間に機能的に接続された遮断手段(10)をさらに備え、前記遮断手段(10)は、故障が発生した場合、前記第1及び第2電源ユニット(3、6)の間、並びに、前記電源供給線(L)と前記バッテリー(B)との間の少なくとも一つの電気接続を切断できることを特徴とする先行する1又はそれ以上の請求項に記載のバッテリー充電器(1)。
- 前記遮断手段(10)が、前記電源ライン(L)及び/または前記バッテリー(B)からのエネルギー逆流をサポートする少なくとも電気部品を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリー充電器(1)。
- 前記遮断手段(10)は、少なくともヒューズを含むことを特徴とする請求項5及び6の1つ以上によるバッテリー充電器(1)。
