Abstract
Description
− 上面の表面は、少なくとも3箇所の勾配の変化を有してリブまたは凹部を形成する;
− 勾配変化角度は90°である;
− 第1の板の上面は、少なくとも部分的に、曲線状の横方向の輪郭を有する;
− 経路は、少なくとも部分的に、正弦曲線状の形状である;
− 板または部品の長さは、300mm以上である。
− 組の厚さは、300mm未満である;
− 互いに向かい合う2つの表面、すなわち、上表面および下表面は、切削線の高さに対応する一定の幅のガイド内に、前記平面に関する少なくとも1本の勾配が変化する線を有する前記表面を付与するように決定される経路に沿って摺動自在に取り付けられる、終端の無いチェーンを用いて切削される;
− ブロックは、決定された経路に沿って、前記経路を形成するガイド内に摺動自在に取り付けられた終端の無いチェーンを用いて切削され、前記チェーンは、長手方向軸平面に関して対称であり、突出する切削端部を有する少なくとも一つの切削挿入部を一つの外側逃げ面上に含むリンクの集合として形成され、前記切削は、前記逃げ面に対して垂直な方向になされる;
− 上面の表面上の点の座標(x1(t)およびy1(t))および下面の表面上の点の座標(x2(t)およびy2(t))は、以下のように定義され:

Claims (10)
- 平面(5)のまわりに伸長する金属または複合材料のブロック(4,4'',4''',35)から切削することにより得られる板(2,3;12,13;21,22;40,41)または部品の組(1)であって、前記組は上面(7,33)を有する第1の板(2,12,21,40)または部品および下面(8)を有する第2の板(3,13,22,41)または部品を含み、第1の板(2,12,21,40)または部品の上面(7,33)は少なくとも2本の湾曲する、または平面(5)に関する勾配が変化する線を有する表面(7,33)を有し、第2の板(3,13,22,41)または部品の下面(8)はそれと向かい合う第1の板(2,12,21,40)の上面(7,33)を補完する形状の表面を有し、ブロック(4,4'',4''',35)の切削線(34)の高さに対応する一定の高さを付与または得ることを特徴とする板または部品の組。
- 上面(7,33)の表面が少なくとも3つの勾配(11,23,24,25,26,27,28)の変化を有して、リブ(29,30,31,32)または凹部を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組。
- 勾配変化角度(11,23,24,25,26,27,28)が90°であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の組。
- 第1の板(2,12,21,40)の上面(7,33)が少なくとも部分的に曲線状の横方向の輪郭を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の組。
- 切削線が少なくとも部分的に正弦曲線状の形状の経路(34)を辿ることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の組。
- 板(2,3;12,13;21,22;40,41)または部品の長さが300mm以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の組。
- 組(1)の厚さが300mm未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の組。
- 互いに向き合う2つの表面、すなわち、上面(7,33)および下面(8)が切削線(36)の高さに対応する一定の幅を有するガイド(10)内に、前記平面に関して、勾配(11,23,24,25,26,27,28)が変化する少なくとも1本の線を有する前記表面に付与するように決定される経路(34)に沿って摺動自在に取り付けられる終端の無いチェーン(9)を用いて切削されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の組。
- ブロック(4,4'',4''',35)が決定された経路(34)に沿って前記経路を形成するガイド(10)内に摺動自在に取り付けられた終端の無いチェーン(9)を用いて切削され、前記チェーン(9)が長手方向軸平面(5)に関して対称であり、突出する切削端部(51)を有する少なくとも一つの切削挿入物(50)を一つの外側逃げ面上に含むリンク(48,49)の集合として形成され、前記切削が前記逃げ面に対して垂直な方向になされる、請求項8に記載の組。
